By Debbie Schlussel – “I would love to know the immigration status of Oussama T. Othman a/k/a Oussama Talal Othman of Dearbornistan Heights. On Tuesday, he was arraigned on Tuesday on a charge of first-degree murder for the brutal killing of Margaret Sheppard Webb of Dearbornistan in 2004. The case had been a cold case until recently. Webb’s body was found with severe head trauma and a burned torso. Yup, more ‘Religion of Peace’ ‘peacefulness.’

This isn’t the first time for Othman. A Michigan Court of Appeals docket shows that criminal cases were brought against Othman in both 1998 and 2007 and that he was convicted in both cases, serving time in prison as recently as November 2007. The State of Michigan Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS) shows that Othman has been convicted of crimes in four separate incidents from 1995 to 2005, including criminal sexual conduct, obtaining money under false pretenses, and drunk driving.
