Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei Praises President Obama for Calming War Drums

In other words, the man who recently called for the annihilation of all Jews worldwide is thanking President Barack Obama for his support. When the “Hitler” of the 21st century praises you for doing something “good” in their favor, something is very wrong …

“Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on Thursday praised US President Barack Obama for recent remarks in which he warned against ‘beating the drums of war.’

Calling Obama’s statement good, and a ‘departure from the illusion,’ Khamenei nonetheless criticized the US president for his steadfast advocacy of continued sanctions against Iran. It is a mistake to think Iran can be brought to its knees, Khamenei told a gathering of the clerical council, the Assembly of Experts.

At a White House press conference Tuesday on the heels of the AIPAC conference, Obama warned against the ‘casualness’ of talk of possible military action and American politicians’ ‘beating the drums of war,’ saying those who speak so loosely should consider the consequences of their words.

There would be consequences for the United States as well as Israel if a premature strike is launched on Iran, he added.” Read more.

Flashback: Ayatollah Khamenei: Kill All Jews Worldwide, Annihilate Israel – “The Iranian government, through a website proxy, has laid out the legal and religious justification for the destruction of Israel and the slaughter of its people. The doctrine includes wiping out Israeli assets and Jewish people worldwide. Calling Israel a danger to Islam, the conservative website Alef, with ties to Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said the opportunity must not be lost to remove ‘this corrupting material. It is a ‘jurisprudential justification’ to kill all the Jews and annihilate Israel, and in that, the Islamic government of Iran must take the helm.’” Read more.

I am very bothered by those who ‘just hate’ Obama yet have no logical reason why, except for the obvious, they like to hate the unfamiliar. When I see Obama making positive strides and being the President he promised, I am inspired. Creating ties with Iran diplomatically is diametrically better than Republican chest thumping and poo throwing, which would get our troops, who just got home, right back into a hopeless war.

I don’t hate Obama, but if you want some logical reasons why I detest his leadership and policies, here are but a few:

    * Obama treats Israel – the only true democracy and ally in the Middle East – more like an enemy

    * Obama placates to radical Islamists and Sharia Law, which has done absolutely nothing to advance peace or security (in fact, terrorism has increased under Obama’s “leadership”, and he seems to think it’ll just go away if he ignores it)

    * Obama claims to be Christian, but acts more like a non-practicing Muslim and someone who despises acknowledging God, unless you’re a Muslim

    * Obama continues to support Turkey, a country that now makes verbal attacks against Israel “a central feature” of its political discourse

    * Obama continues to support Egypt, a country now controlled by parties comprised of radical Islamists who openly express their desire to kill all Jews and end the peace treaty with Israel, and even employs members of the Muslim Brotherhood at the Whitehouse — and he’s perfectly satisfied with all of it

    * Obama continues to allow the radical Islamist group Hizb ut-Tahrir to operate in the United States when even some Muslim nations have banned them

    * Obama ignores Christians seeking asylum in the United States, while flooding America with Muslim immigrants

    * Obama continues to support the ‘Arab Spring’ which has already proven itself to be a pro-Sharia movement rife with anti-American, anti-Israel and anti-Christian sentiments

    * Obama bans a Jewish member of the Israeli Knesset, but allows Ahmadinejad and members of the terror organization Hamas into the country

    * Obama panders to Islam while ignoring Christian persecution

    * Obama acts like one who thinks he is above the law and ignores an order by a state judge to appear in court

    * Obama bows to the king of Saudi Arabia, a nation whose religious textbooks continue to fuel anti-Semitism, hatred and terrorism around the world

Much of this may all stem from the fact that Obama fails to understand the realities that exist in the Middle East and the roots of terrorism.

Is this the kind of leader that inspires you?

nickelsaver – thanks for the link – It nicely summarizes all of Obama’s anti christian objectives in one place – I think some of the fault could be put on the christian community itself – why are we not in an uproar defending Christ and our christian faith against this attack against us like the Islamists do for their corrupt and evil faith.

But the bottom line is if Obama gets in for another term he will have no reason at all to change for the better – in fact I would think that he would only become much more anti christian and socialist – I think the best that we can hope for is a GOP house and senate as I cannot see Romney or any of the others defeating him – between the elitist leftest media and the money at Obama’s disposal along with his corruptness and evil ways it will be very difficult.

I am praying that he will be defeated but from a human standpoint it would seem unlikely
