Scientists: Russian Meteor Was ‘The Most Powerful Event Ever Recorded’, Shockwave Went ‘Round The World Twice’

Greater signs are coming …

Luke 21:25-26, “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.”

The Telegraph – “The study, which has appeared in the science journal Geophysical Research Letters, included data from the International Monitoring System (IMS) network operated by the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organisation (CTBTO).

Researchers used sensors normally deployed to detect evidence of nuclear tests to gather evidence of what they describe as ‘the most powerful event ever recorded’ by the system.

Around 1,000 people were hurt when the 10,000 tonne space rock burned up above Russia.

Alexis Le Pichon, from the Atomic Energy Commission in France and colleagues report that the explosive energy of the impact was equivalent to 460 kilotons of TNT.” Source – The Telegraph.

With all (and I do mean ALL) the events of Matthew 24:5-24, Luke 17:26-29 and 2 Thess 2 happening now, it suggests to me that there are two types of prophecy being fulfilled. Prophecy that is localised to the Middle East region and those directly involved with Israel and prophecy that is worldwide.

With something as geopolitically and prophetically pivotal as Israel and the Middle East taking center stage on a daily basis, I agree.
