By Kerry Picket, Breitbart – “Matthew Leber spokesman for the American Patriot, Three Percent, sent Breitbart News photos of what American security contractors on the ground believe is a Muslim prayer rug found near the border in Arizona last week.

A member of the security team spoke with Breitbart News on Monday night saying they were on patrol right along the border came down into a wash and the area were working in just south of Sierra Vista in Coronado national forest.

‘That area is prime crossing from Yucca Springs over to Copper Canyon. And the reason that they use that area is anything from plain old Mexicans and South Americans to cartels and anybody else is because border patrol has a high point lookout area where in the Coronado national forest, tourists can come on up,’ He said.

He added, ‘The border patrol parks up there with a surveillance vehicle that has cameras and flares on it. The problem is with flares, you can’t see down into washes. You can see people crossing the border, but the second they get into the washes, border patrol lose them. So, when they told us that, we decided we would patrol those areas by the washes.’

The group patrolled along the border that was a patchwork of decades old rickety fencing made from train tracks and cattle enclosures. Eventually, they were 50 yards by the border and saw a break in the wash.

‘That’s when I saw this thing laying around. And I was like, ‘What the hell is that?’ We walked over there and I didn’t really want to pull at it not knowing what was on it. I poked a bit at it with a stick and noticed some of the Arabic writing and was just like, ‘Oh boy.’ I snapped a couple of photos and then went on our patrol.’

The same contractor told Breitbart News last week that six Special Interest Aliens (SIA’s) from Afghanistan, Iraq, and Yemen were picked up by U.S. border patrol near Laredo, Texas. Each one had 60,000 Iraqi Dinars ($51.00) apiece on them.

Jihadi insurgents rampaging across Iraq have seized nuclear materials used for scientific research from a university in the country’s north.

Iraq sent an urgent letter to the United Nations appealing for help to “stave off the threat of their use by terrorists in Iraq or abroad.”

Nearly 88 pounds of uranium compounds were kept at Mosul University, Iraq’s UN ambassador told UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in the letter ­obtained on Wednesday.

“Terrorist groups have seized control of nuclear material at the sites that came out of the control of the state,” Mohamed Ali Alhakim wrote, adding that such materials “can be used in manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.”

“These nuclear materials, despite the limited amounts mentioned, can enable terrorist groups, with the availability of the required expertise, to use it separate or in combination with other materials in its terrorist acts,” said Alhakim.

Just as with ISIS’ seizure of chemical weapons facilities, Obama Inc, the UN and the media keep assuring us that there’s nothing to worry about.

A US government source familiar with the matter said the materials were not believed to be enriched uranium and therefore would be difficult to manufacture into a weapon.

‘Believed’. Nothing to worry about. I’m sure that a terrorist group with billions of dollars that specializes in suicide bombings won’t figure out a way to kill people with it.

Obama responded to the crisis by fist-bumping with a metal gorilla and having a photo of himself taken with a guy wearing a horse’s head.

By BosNewsLife – “Several Christians were killed near Kenya’s violence-plagued coast and leaflets were distributed by suspected Islamic militants Wednesday, July 9, threatening to kill more Christians, residents said.

Among Christians killed in Lamu county were two men, Joseph Kangethe and Kenda Masha, who had remained in the Conveant Church, near Hindi village, following a Bible study when it was attacked by assailants, according to Christians familiar with the situation.

Monday’s killings followed attacks over the weekend on two heavily Christian villages in the area that left more than 30 people dead.

A Catholic church building in the village of Gamba, in neighboring Tana River County, was also razed the same night, some 46 kilometers (28 miles) outside Mpeketoni, a mainly Christian town where gunmen killed at least 57 people in a June 15 attack.

On Saturday night July 5, gunmen attacked both Gamba and the village of Hindi, which is in Lamu County. In Hindi, about 20 kilometers (12 miles) from Mpeketoni where some 20 assailants using guns and knives killed at least 13 people.

Among the dead Christians was Ken Mangara, a 12-year-old student at Kibiboni primary school, and Kenya Kazungu, in his 30s, who was found in a pool of blood with a Bible on his back, reported Morning Star News, a Christian news agency.

As many as 90 people have been killed in the last three weeks in violence blamed on al-Shabaab, a Somali-based militant group, which said it carried out a series of attacks last month that left at least 87 people dead.

It also claimed to have distributed leaflets warning predominantly Christian that ‘do not belong to Lamu county’ pack up and leave.

‘I found one of the leaflets hung on a wall in Mkunguni. Later, police came and pulled it down,’ Tabitha Munga, a grocer in the town told Kenyan media.” Read more.

By Sam Webb, Mail Online – “A terrorist organisation claiming responsibility for a number of attacks in Pakistan has apparently become the first foreign extremist group to pledge their allegiance to the Islamic State currently wreaking havoc across Syria and Iraq.

Tehreek-e-Khilafat has declared it will raise the flag of the Islamic State – formerly known as ISIS – above south Asia and Khurusan, an historical Islamic region comprising parts of Afghanistan, Iran, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

The move will be seen to bolster Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State, who has garnered the nickname ‘the invisible sheikh’ due to his elusive nature.

Described as the world’s most wanted man, militants operating under Baghdadi’s control have spread terror through Syria and Iraq in an attempt to form a new Islamic state in the Middle East.

The Sunni fighters, responsible for the brutal slaughter of thousands, have vowed to expand the so-called caliphate to huge swathes of Europe and Africa.

Tehreek-e-Khilafat, affiliated with the Pakistani Taliban, said in a statement: ‘From today, Sheikh Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi shall consider Tehreek-e-Khilafat and Jihad mujahideen fighters of Pakistan as one of the arrows among his arrows which he has kept for his bow.

The statement, featured in the Daily Telegraph, added: ‘We are praying from the almighty Allah to give us chance in our lives to see the expansion of Islamic State boundaries toward the Sub­Continent and Khurasan region in order to hoist the flag of Islamic State here.’

The deadliness of Pakistani terror groups was brought home in March, when gunmen stormed Pakistan’s main court complex in Islamabad on Monday, cutting down fleeing lawyers before blowing themselves up in a rampage that killed 11 people.

It was the worst terror attack in years in the capital, which has largely been spared the violence raging in many parts of the country.” Read more.

By Dalit Halevi and Ari Soffer, INN – “The Islamic State, or ISIS, has responded to critics who have questioned why its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is not actively supporting Hamas in fighting Israel.

After capturing vast swathes of Iraq and Syria, ISIS declared the regions under its control as a ‘Caliphate’, or Islamic state, and appointed Baghdadi as ‘leader of the Muslims’. While many jihadists celebrated the announcement, others – including Al Qaeda, which ISIS broke off from last year – have criticized the move for a variety of reasons.

Since the recent escalation between Israel and Islamist terrorists in Gaza, some of those critics have questioned why a self-declared ‘Caliphate’ is not rushing to the aid of Muslims in the Hamas-controlled territory.

In a statement a spokesperson for the group, Nidal Nuseiri reaffirmed that conquering ‘Bayt el-Maqdis’ (Jerusalem) and destroying the State of Israel is central to the group’s ‘jihad’, or holy war.

However, he pointed out that ISIS has been taking a systematic approach in its campaign, and outlined six specific stages it said needed to be fulfilled before taking on Israel.

Some of those ‘stages’ – building a firm base for an Islamic state in Iraq, and using it as a springboard to wage war in Syria and Lebanon – have already been achieved. But he said a number of other criteria still needed to be fulfilled before challenging Israel directly.

Among them, Nuseiri said that the US – seen as Israel’s greatest ally – needed to be weakened politically and economically via attacks on the American mainland, as well as US interests in Muslim countries. Additionally, the existing ‘Islamic State’ needed to expand its borders to cover all of ‘Greater Syria’ (which would include Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jorislamdan and possibly Gaza); such a state, he said, would then be in a position for a direct confrontation with Israel.” Source – INN.

By Henry Samuel, The Telegraph – “France foiled an Islamist terrorist plot to target the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and even a nuclear power plant, it emerged on Wednesday, as the country unveiled new, tougher anti-terror rules.

French police stumbled on the plans after decrypting coded messages between a 29-year-old Algerian butcher living in the Vaucluse, southern France, known only as Ali M, and one of the highest-ranking members in al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, or AQIM.

According to Le Parisien newspaper, in April last year, the married father of two who went by the pseudonym Abu Jaji was asked by his AQIM contact, whose web alias was Redouane18, to make ‘suggestions concerning how to conduct jihad in the place you are currently’.

Ali M suggested targeting nuclear power plants, ‘planes at the moment of take-off’, and a string of French landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre museum in Paris.

Failing that, he suggested launching terror attacks on ‘the modest and poor French population’ in markets or nightclubs, as well as police patrols.

In an apparent reference to the famed Avignon theatre festival, he also singled out ‘cultural events that take place in the south of France in which thousands of Christians gather for a month’.

‘The main walkways become black with people and a simple grenade can injure dozens of people, not to mention a booby trapped device,’ he said.

His contact then asked him to travel with a fellow would-be terrorist to Algeria to ‘benefit from a military training and training in combat techniques’.

After that, he would return to France, stake out targets and ‘await your instructions’.

Sky News – “Hamas militants have fired rockets towards the Dimona nuclear reactor facility, an Israeli military spokesman has said.

The official said three rockets were detected and the ‘Iron Dome’ defensive missile system was activated.

Writing on Twitter, the official said: ‘A few minutes ago, Palestinian terrorists in Gaza fired three rockets at Dimona. Two fell in open areas, Iron Dome intercepted the other.’

The Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, said it ‘launched three M75 rockets at Dimona’. The rockets have a range of about 80km (50 miles).

The strike attempt comes after the Israeli military has said it has shot down rockets fired by Palestinian militants at other areas, as Israel’s major air offensive over the Gaza Strip approaches its third day.

A spokesperson for the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) said at least eight rockets sent from Gaza were intercepted over Tel Aviv, Ashdod and Ashkelon on Wednesday.

Israel said a rocket hit the city of Zichron Yaakov on Wednesday afternoon, which is some 120km (75 miles) from Gaza, representing the longest-range rocket strike by Hamas on the state to date.

The IDF claims at least 48 missiles, sent by Hamas, which controls Gaza, ‘struck Israel’ since midnight.

Other locations targeted included Beersheva and Sderot in the south, Rishon Lezion, and Hadera in the north – 60 miles from Gaza.

In total, more than 300 rockets have been fired at Israel since the military launched Operation Protective Edge began on Monday night.

Fatah, the party of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, formed a Palestinian unity government with Hamas in May, though experts on the region say that the partnership is already all but dead.

‘For all intents and purposes the unity government is done,’ said the Foundation for Defense of Democracies’ Jonathan Schanzer. ‘I don’t see unity, cooperation between Hamas and Fatah looks dead, and no one is even talking about whether the unity government is functioning.

By M. A. Khan, Islam Watch – “Those, who are aware of the newly-released movie, ‘Aisha and Muhammad‘, by producer Imran Firasat should already know that Youtube stood in constant and firm vigilance with an iron-whip in hand to strike down any attempt to promote the movie on its website.

Youtube deactivated the first link of the movie within one-and-a-half hours of activation. The second link was deactivated faster that the first. That’s how youtube dealt with Imran Firasat’s movie.

What baflles us most is the fact that youtube fought hard a legal battle to keep the rather shoddily made video, ‘The Innocence of Muslims’, after one of it actresses, following death-threat from Muslims, initiated a legal proceeding against Youtube after it rejected her request to remove the video on the ground of defending freedom of expression. The protracted legal battle ran on for nearly a year, and in the final court verdict, youtube lost the case a few months ago, and regretfully deleted the video, terming it a bad day for freedom of expression.

Compared to ‘The Innocence of Muslims’, ‘Aisha and Muhammad’ is much more serious movie based on a much better-researched and better-written story setting with the critical elements of the movie fortified by accompaying references from original and respectable Islamic sources. Moreover, the story in the movie, which is rather grossly and lewedly described in Islamic sources, is presented in a very measured and restrained manner in this movie.

Having advised Imran Firasat on the production of the movie whenever he sought guidance, and seen it multiple times, I am firmly certain that Muslims will never protest, let alone engage in violence, over a movie like this, since it is based on the normative Islamic narratives of the past 14 hundred years. And so far, although various Islamic organizations are talking about insults of the prophet in the movie, are not calling upon the willing followers of Islam to take to the street in protest against it.

Amidst youtube’s resolute censorship of the movie, which has severely limited its reach to the viewers, now vimeo.com, which runs on a paid service platform, has also deleted the movie without any prior consultation with Imran Firasat, despite the fact that he paid for hosting the video on vimeo.com. Only after deleting the movie, they sent him an email to inform about the deletion…

The ground for vimeo.com’s removal of the movie is that it either ‘harass, incite hatred or depict excessive violence’. Those, who have watched the movie, will clearly know that neither vimeo.com or Muslims will be able to show anything in the movie that ‘harass’ anybody, ‘incite hatred’ against anybody or any community, or ‘depict excessive violence’.

Bangladesh: Mob Of Muslims Attack Church, Steal Everything Of Value Within It

AsiaNews – “A mob of some 50 robbers attacked the Catholic Church in Boldipukur on Sunday. The village is located in the Diocese of Dinajpur, some 440 km northwest of Dhaka.

With the help of local elements, the thieves rounded up the priests and nuns and then seized anything of value, like computers, laptops, cash, furniture, worth a million Bangladeshi taka (approximately US$ 13,000). After the robbery, priests and nuns were let go free.

Yesterday Bishop Sebastian Tudu (pictured), PIME Fr Livio Priest, and TOR Fr Jarom Rozario visited the parish church along with Robuil Islam, local deputy chief of police.

‘It is a typical attack against us,’ a sad Mgr Sebastian Tudu, bishop of Dinajpur told AsiaNews. ‘Muslims are trying to put pressure on Christians because we are a minority. We want security from local authorities. We want peace and justice.’

As priests and nuns now live in fear, scared after what happened, local police have been looking for the culprits, but so far, no one has been arrested.

The latest incident is nothing new. On 20 March 2010, a group of Muslims tried to seize Church land by force.

At that time, other attacks by Islamic extremists against the parish left 50 people injured, ten of them seriously. This caused panic and tensions in the area. In one case, the matter has lasted since 2010.

The parish includes about 2,000 people, mostly tribal Santal, Oraon and Mahali. From a social and financial point of view, most of them are poor, illiterate and do not have the papers to prove they own their ancestral lands. As local Muslims occupied their lands, disputes ensued.
