Meanwhile, the Trump Administration is effectively telling Israel to refrain from defending itself. The fact that senior Hamas leadership has repeatedly and openly declared that they’ll only agree to a temporary ceasefire should put the world on notice that Islamist death cults like Hamas in and around Israel have zero intentions of giving up their munitions and their divine mission to destroy the state of Israel. But the world, as usual, will only blame Israel for yet another collapse of “peace” …

The Jerusalem Post – “The IDF began ‘a series of strikes’ against Hamas targets in southern Gaza in response to the terror group violating the ceasefire agreement on Sunday, the military announced.

The military condemned Hamas’s ‘blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement,’ which occurred when the terror group fired an anti-tank missile and opened fire on Israeli soldiers.

Earlier, the Prime Minister’s Office announced that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had instructed Israel’s armed forces to respond with force against Gazan terror targets during a consultation with Defense Minister Israel Katz and the heads of Israel’s security establishment.

As a result of Israeli air strikes in Gaza, 11 people were killed and others were wounded, Hamas’s armed wing, the Izzadin al-Qassam Brigades, later claimed.

The Emirati news outlet Erem News reported that among those was Yahya al-Mabhouh, a field commander in the Qassam Brigades.” Read more.

Gaza: 2 IDF Soldiers Killed, 3 Wounded In Rafah Attack – “The Israel Defense Forces announced on Sunday evening that two soldiers were killed and three were wounded in the attack by Palestinian terror operatives in Rafah during the morning hours. The military launched a wave of intense attacks on Hamas in response, with the violence leaving the fragile ceasefire teetering… The incident took place at around 10:30 a.m., in southeastern Rafah, close to the Salah a-Din Road. The area, east of the so-called Yellow Line, is under IDF control as part of the ceasefire deal with Hamas.
