BY TIMOTHY WHITEMAN, Examiner – “In the wake of the brutal public slaying of British soldier Lee Rigby at the hands of two admitted Islamic Jihadists, Muslim residents of the British country of Wales have expressed fear for their lives after two separate incidents that reportedly involved pork products and saliva, as reported by Wales Online on May 26, 2013.

According to the Welsh news portal, young Muslims living in Wales report that they now ‘fear a backlash’ and that ‘a rising tide of hostility will engulf them’ after the beheading of Drummer Rigby last week on a London street in broad daylight.

According to the British charity Faith Matters, they have taken it upon themselves to investigate an alleged spitting upon of an unidentified Muslim resident of an unidentified town somewhere in the general location of the Welsh capital city of Cardiff.

There was no indication in Wales Online if the alleged spatting upon was ever reported to police as a clear cut case of assault.

According to their official website, Faith Matters cited purpose is their aim to ‘reduce extremism and interfaith and intra-faith tensions’ via diversity development workshops, interfaith dialogue and other such related projects.

Also cited as a fear inducing threat, was the allegation of bacon was left outside of a local mosque the day after the Drummer Rigby’s killing.” Read more.

“Moderate” Palestinian Cleric

For years, we – and others – have been screaming that the Palestinians have no interest in peace and it doesn’t matter what the Israelis offer (unless the offer includes mass suicide).

Now this from Lital Shemesh, via the Jewish Times:

I participated in the Dialogue for Peace Project for young Israelis and Palestinians who are politically involved in various frameworks. The project’s objective was to identify tomorrow’s leaders and bring them closer today, with the aim of bringing peace at some future time.

The project involved meetings every few weeks and a concluding seminar in Turkey.

On the third day of the seminar after we had become acquainted, had removed barriers, and split helpings of rachat Lukum [a halva-like almond Arab delicacy] as though there was never a partition wall between us, we began to touch upon many subjects which were painful for both sides. The Palestinians spoke of roadblocks and the IDF soldiers in the territories, while the Israeli side spoke of constant fear, murderous terrorist attacks, and rockets from Gaza.

The Israeli side, which included representatives from right and left, tried to understand the Palestinians’ vision of the end of the strife– “Let’s talk business.” The Israelis delved to understand how we can end the age-old, painful conflict. What red lines are they willing to be flexible on? What resolution will satisfy their aspirations? Where do they envision the future borders of the Palestinian State which they so crave?

We were shocked to discover that not a single one of them spoke of a Palestinian State, or to be more precise, of a two-state solution.

They spoke of one state – their state. They spoke of ruling Jaffa, Tel Aviv, Akko, Haifa, and the pain of the Nakba [lit. the tragedy – the establishment of the State of Israel]. There was no future for them. Only the past. “There is no legitimacy for Jews to live next to us” – this was their main message. “First, let them pay for what they perpetrated.”

Winston Churchill once wrote:

Because there was “no evidence of any water quality issues.” So they’re free to go (and conduct more research for peaceful “career purposes” perhaps?) Whatever the authorities do now, it would be wise to keep a watchful eye on this group and anyone else trespassing under the cover of darkness in a no-trespassing zone where the lives of countless American could be at stake, especially when it’s precisely the sort of location known to be a potential target for Islamic terrorism …

Fox News – “Massachusetts State Police beefed up patrols around the reservoir that supplies Boston’s drinking water after seven foreign students were caught trespassing in the area late at night.With the city still jittery after the April 15 terror attack at the Boston Marathon, word that two women and five men, reportedly from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Singapore, had been found in the restricted area around the Quabbin Reservoir caused concerns. The reservoir serves Boston and some 40 other communities in the area.

‘As an extra precaution, water quality samples were analyzed at MWRA’s lab yesterday and all came back normal,’ Ria Convery, of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, told the Boston Herald. ‘There is no evidence of any water quality issues at the Quabbin Reservoir following the trespassing incident.’

It was after midnight on Tuesday morning when a state trooper on patrol at the reservoir spotted two cars parked on the grass near one of Quabbin’s entrances. The cop investigated and found a group of seven people, five men and two women walking from the water back to their cars. When the police officer asked why they were trespassing, members of the group replied that they were chemical engineers and recent college graduates who had an educational interest in the reservoir, according to police.

The group was briefly held at the scene while background and warrant check were conducted but let go after their records turned up clean.” Read more.

CBS Boston – “BELCHERTOWN (CBS) – Shortly after midnight Tuesday, seven people were caught trespassing at the Quabbin Reservoir.

State Police say the five men and two women are from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore, and ‘cited their education and career interests’ for being in the area. The men told police they were chemical engineers and recent college graduates.

The Quabbin, in Belchertown, is one of the country’s largest man-made public water supplies. Boston’s drinking water comes from the Quabbin and the Wachusett Reservoirs.

State Police say there were no warrants or advisories on any of the individuals and ‘there was no evidence that the seven were committing any crime beyond the trespassing.’

All seven were allowed to leave and will be summonsed to court for trespassing. The FBI is investigating and routine checks of public water supplies have been increased following the incident.

The seven individuals currently live in Amherst, Cambridge, Sunderland, Northampton and New York City. Police have not released their names because a court date has not been set.” Source – CBS Boston.

Flashback: Feds Arrest Al Qaeda Suspects With Plans To Poison Water Supplies – “Federal officials have arrested two Al Qaeda terror suspects in the U.S. with documents in their possession about how to poison the country’s water supplies, Fox News has learned. The first case involves James Ujaama, 36, who surrendered to the FBI last week in Denver. Sources say they found documents about water poisoning among several other terrorism-related documents in his Denver residence.” Read more.

It may mean nothing. Besides, according to Homeland Security, this man should be on a “trusted travelers” list and stop wasting federal agent’s time. What information could possibly be on his passport that he wouldn’t want the authorities to see? …

By Tresa Baldas, Detroit Free Press – “Federal agents arrested a suspicious traveler with an altered Saudi Arabian passport at Detroit Metro Airport over the weekend after discovering a pressure cooker in his luggage.

According to a criminal complaint filed today in U.S. District Court, the passenger, Hussain Al Khawahir initially told customs officers that he brought the pressure cooker for a nephew at the University of Toledo because pressure cookers are not sold in Saudi Arabia, the complaint said. The man then changed his story and admitted his nephew had purchased a pressure cooker in America before, but it ‘was cheap’ and broke after the first use.

Then came the Miranda rights.

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) enforcement officer read the passenger his rights and took him into custody.

But it wasn’t just the pressure cooker — a device that was used in last month’s Boston Marathon bombings — that raised red flags for border officials. The man’s passport also caught their attention.

According to the complaint, two customs officers noticed a page had been removed from the man’s passport when he arrived at Detroit Metro on Saturday from Saudi Arabia via Amersterdam. The passenger, who said he would be visiting his nephew in Toledo, said that he did not know how the page was removed from the passport, the complaint said. The passenger told the officers that the passport was locked in a box that only he, his wife and three minor children have access to in his home, the complaint said. His hometown was not listed in court documents.

A minute after being read his Miranda rights, the passenger invoked his right to remain silent, the complaint said.” Read more.

What else was the Pentagon expecting from someone who is commanded by their “religion” to hate non-Muslims, who would be offering prayers in the name of a god who calls Christians “infidels who blaspheme“ and the “firewood of hell“?  This is insulting. It is insane. It is inexcusable …

By Jessica Chasmar, The Washington Times – “The families of Navy SEALs killed in an August 2011 shoot-down of a helicopter in Afghanistan spoke at a press conference Thursday morning, citing a number of grievances, including an allegation that the Pentagon invited a Muslim cleric who ‘disparaged in Arabic the memory of these servicemen.’

In addition to blasting the Obama administration for the mission and for an official investigation they deemed a cover-up, the families complained that ‘military brass, while prohibiting any mention of a Judeo-Christian God, invited a Muslim cleric to the funeral for the fallen Navy SEAL Team VI heroes who disparaged in Arabic the memory of these servicemen by damning them as infidels to Allah.’

During the news conference, attorney Larry Klayman who is representing the grieving parents showed a video with audio of the prayer and a translation that scrolled over the screen.” Source – The Washington Post.
