The poll was taken yesterday morning during the BBC’s Saturday Morning Live show, and asked ‘Is multiculturalism working?’ Just 5 percent said ‘Yes’; 95 percent said ‘No’.

Breitbart London’s James Delingpole was a guest on the show. During the discussion of the results, he said: ‘I think the thwacking great majority in that poll says it all. The multicultural experiment in Britain has failed totally and people have finally realised how much it has failed. Rotherham was just one example; we’re seeing cases all around the country. It has been a disaster. I think that this is going to be the turning point.”

Also on the show was the left-wing journalist Owen Jones, who extolled the virtues of interracial sex and claimed: ‘fortunately the actually scientific polling suggests that’s quite a pessimistic answer. Yes there are always tensions which we need to work on. We need to bring our communities together. But Britain has one of the highest levels of interracial relationships in the whole world.

We need to break down segregation like faith schools. We concentrate poor people in particular areas because of the lack of social housing, and that disproportionately affects people from black and minority ethnic communities.

’Let’s promote communities which are mixed and live together, and let’s take on the obstacles and concerns that people have.’

However, growing evidence suggests that multiculturalism itself is responsible for increasing segregation in Britain. Last year the Daily Mail reported on the phenomenon of ‘White flight’ – that is, white British people moving out of London in vast numbers. Between 2001 and 2011 some 620,000 white British people left London, tipping the ethnic makeup of London into majority non-British heritage.

According to a Gallup poll released Friday that tracked responses for the first six months of 2014, 72 percent of Muslims said they approve of the president, compared with just 20 percent who disapprove.

Mormons were the least approving religious group, with 18 percent of Mormons approving and 78 percent disapproving of the president. Mormons in the past have ranked as the most conservative major religious group in the U.S.

World Tribune – “The administration of President Barack Obama has been identifying Muslims in the military in an effort to encourage their presence.

Officials said the Defense Department has been keeping records and tracking Muslims. They said the administration sought to attract Muslims both to the military and to the Pentagon.

‘Our nation and our entire military family remain stronger because of the service and sacrifice of people of all faiths, including the thousands of patriotic Muslim Americans who have served and still serve in this long period of war,’ Deputy Defense Secretary Robert Work said last week.

The U.S. military currently has 4,500 uniformed Muslims, the Pentagon said on July 3. It was not clear how the Pentagon identified the Muslims. The department has not given statistics on members of other religious faiths.

In 2009, a U.S. Army Maj. Nidal Hasan, shouting ‘God is great,’ opened fire and killed 13 of his colleagues. Later, authorities acknowledged that Hasan, a psychiatrist, was linked to Al Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula.

Critics have accused the administration of promoting Islam as the preferential faith in the United States. Over the last year, a senior adviser to the Homeland Security Department, Mohamed Elibiary, issued a statement that said the U.S. Constitution was ‘Islamically compliant’ and that a Muslim caliphate was ‘inevitable.’

‘I said America was an Islamic country not a Muslim country,’ Elibiary said in a Twitter post on June 30.

On July 3, Work attended the annual Pentagon ceremony of Iftar, or the evening dinner after a day-long fast that continues throughout the Muslim month of Ramadan. The Pentagon has been conducting the ceremony since 1998 in commemoration of Islam.” Read more.

By Kerry Picket, Breitbart – “Matthew Leber spokesman for the American Patriot, Three Percent, sent Breitbart News photos of what American security contractors on the ground believe is a Muslim prayer rug found near the border in Arizona last week.

A member of the security team spoke with Breitbart News on Monday night saying they were on patrol right along the border came down into a wash and the area were working in just south of Sierra Vista in Coronado national forest.

‘That area is prime crossing from Yucca Springs over to Copper Canyon. And the reason that they use that area is anything from plain old Mexicans and South Americans to cartels and anybody else is because border patrol has a high point lookout area where in the Coronado national forest, tourists can come on up,’ He said.

He added, ‘The border patrol parks up there with a surveillance vehicle that has cameras and flares on it. The problem is with flares, you can’t see down into washes. You can see people crossing the border, but the second they get into the washes, border patrol lose them. So, when they told us that, we decided we would patrol those areas by the washes.’

The group patrolled along the border that was a patchwork of decades old rickety fencing made from train tracks and cattle enclosures. Eventually, they were 50 yards by the border and saw a break in the wash.

‘That’s when I saw this thing laying around. And I was like, ‘What the hell is that?’ We walked over there and I didn’t really want to pull at it not knowing what was on it. I poked a bit at it with a stick and noticed some of the Arabic writing and was just like, ‘Oh boy.’ I snapped a couple of photos and then went on our patrol.’

By Nick Hallett, Breitbart – “Members of an Islamist group condemned by Tony Blair and David Cameron have been appointed to the governing bodies of schools in London. The Sunday Express reports that members of Hizb ut-Tahrir have been, or currently are, governors at two schools.

Although the group is non-violent, it campaigns for a worldwide Islamic state and has been branded ‘extremist’. Both Tony Blair and David Cameron have tried to ban it.

Mohammed Abdul Kuddus, who is described by the group as a senior member, has now been revealed to be a governor of Kobi Nazrul Primary School in Tower Hamlets.

The school has just been subject to an urgent inspection after achieving poor results in standardised government tests following a breakdown in relations between staff and governors.

Meanwhile, at Cleves Primary School in neighbouring Newham, Yusuf Patel served as governor from 2007 to 2011. He was also an activists in Huzb ut-Tahrir until 2010, and previously invited Tahir Alam, an alleged ring leader in the ‘Trojan Horse’ plot, to speak at seminars. The plot involved an alleged attempt by hardline Muslims to take over the governing bodies of schools in Birmingham.

These seminars were held to encourage Muslim parents to become governors ‘with the aim of bringing real change through greater participation from the Muslim community in education’.

Mr Patel also wrote a pamphlet urging Muslim parents to become school governors so they could influence school policy on sex and relationship education (SRE). The booklet says that children must be taught that ‘relationships outside of marriage are completely forbidden’.

It even adds that under Sharia law, the punishment for breaking this is 100 lashes.” Read more.
