The men asked two passing women and a man if they were Finns. When the answer was yes, they attacked the three – this was a racist act according to the Helsinki District Court which sentenced the men to six months’ imprisonment suspended and damages and fines.

One man, in his 40s, was found guilty of four counts of assault (one of the victims was beaten twice), defamation, theft, an immigration violation and obstruction of an official. The other, in his 30s, was found guilty of petty assault, theft, an immigration violation and obstruction of an official.

The Washington Post – “JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Florida teen accused of traveling to the Middle East to train with terrorists is facing federal charges.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Tampa announced Thursday that a grand jury has indicted Shelton Thomas Bell, 19, of Jacksonville, on charges of conspiring and attempting to provide material support to terrorists. He faces up to 15 years in prison for each of the two charges.

According to the indictment, Bell had planned to travel to the Arabian Peninsula and join Ansar Al-Sharia, which is an alias for al-Qaida there. The group has taken responsibility for multiple attacks on Yemeni forces, including a suicide bombing during a parade in May 2012, which killed more than 100 Yemeni soldiers. The group has also claimed credit for a series of armed assaults in March 2012, killing more than 100 people, including Yemeni soldiers.

A woman who answered the door at one of Bell’s last known addresses in a small, rural neighborhood in Jacksonville said she was his mother and that his lawyer had advised her not to talk. Asked if she had any indication of what led to the charges, she said, ‘None at all.’

Investigators reported that Bell and others between May and September 2012 engaged in physical, firearm and other training to prepare for armed conflict in the Middle East. Bell is also accused of soliciting others, including young people, to travel overseas with him to train.

According to court records, Bell made video and audio recordings intended to be distributed to others once he arrived in the Middle East. The purpose was to solicit and recruit others there to participate in violent jihad, federal authorities said.

The federal indictment says that Bell and an unidentified person performed ‘a night-time mission’ and vandalized religious statues at a Jacksonville cemetery. The court records also describe how Bell participated in firearms training for an upcoming fight, recorded terrorist recruiting videos and bought a pair of black, tactical gloves for use in combat.

In September 2012, Bell and a juvenile went to Amman, Jordan, and made contact with someone who investigators claimed could help them travel to Yemen to participate in violent jihad.” Read more.

WYFF 4 – “DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. —A Georgia woman accused in her neighbor’s stabbing death appeared in court, threatened a judge and demanded to be released from jail.

Sahara Tabriz Fakhir, 32, is charged with murder in the death of Jerry Wheeler, 66. Fakhir appeared in court Thursday morning.

When a judge asked if Fakhir planned to get an attorney, she said Allah was representing her and would seek vengeance if the judge didn’t release her from jail.

Wheeler, who owned an auto shop, was found dead June 19 when his son came to check on him. Authorities have not disclosed a motive in the homicide.

Jail records show Fakhir is being held without bond on a murder charge. She is charged with giving a false name, birthdate or address.” Source – WYFF 4.

‘The next thing you know, they’re in someone’s home who is requiring this of them for a safe place to sleep and from there the dark path begins,’ said Melinda Giovengo, Executive Director of YouthCare.

It happened to a 16-year-old girl in West Seattle. She was kicked out of her house and a friend said she could stay with her and 32-year-old Yussuf Abdulle at an apartment in the 8400 block of Delridge Way SW.

Investigators said Abdulle made the girls have sex with different men three to seven times a day and drugged them with marijuana, ecstasy and methamphetamine. The victim told police Abdulle would sleep near the door of the apartment with a gun and told her there would be a price to pay if she tried to leave.

‘Guns, beatings, the stories are pretty horrific of what happens to these young people to keep them under the control of these monsters,’ Giovengo said. ‘Our biggest efforts have to be in preventing how young people end up in that situation.’

The 16-year-old was able to get out of the apartment and went to a local hospital for help.

Yussuf Abdulle has been charged with kidnapping and two counts of promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor.” Read more.

BBC – “A 75-year-old woman has been ‘sexually assaulted in broad daylight’ while sitting on a bench in a Salford park, police have said.

Her attacker asked if he could ‘practice his English with her’ in Peel Park at around 14:00 BST on Thursday.

He then asked her sexual questions and ‘kissed her and touched her inappropriately’, before running off.

Det Con Lucy Pearson said he ‘took advantage of kindness and sexually assaulted an elderly woman’.

The man was described by police as being in his mid 20s and of average build, with a middle eastern accent.

He was wearing a black sweatshirt with a yellow logo on the left sleeve, black trousers, black shoes, black rimmed glasses and was carrying a pink A4 folder.

Ms Pearson said there were ‘a number of people in the park due to the recent good weather’ who may have witnessed the attack.

Many of the sex crimes are being perpetrated by Muslim child grooming gangs responsible for drugging, raping and torturing hundreds and possibly thousands of British girls.

But another wave of sex crimes involves predatory Muslim taxi drivers who are raping female passengers. The number of so-called taxi rapes is snowballing to such an extent that a British judge has issued a warning that no woman can expect to be safe while traveling in a cab.

Reliable statistics on taxi rapes nationwide are difficult to obtain, and Freedom of Information requests seeking accurate data on cab-related sexual assaults are routinely denied (here and here).

However, a much acclaimed report produced by the London Metropolitan Police Service estimates that on average there are a total of 1,125 sexual assaults, including rapes, each year involving taxi drivers in just London; this works out to approximately 22 sexual assaults against women by taxi drivers each week in England’s capital city alone.

Moreover, according to a report entitled, ‘Ending Violence against Women and Girls in the UK,’ published by the Home Office in March 2013, only around one in ten women who experience serious sexual assault report it to the police. As a result, one can infer that the actual number of taxi rapes across Britain as a whole is far greater than many are willing to admit.

Apart from a few high-profile cases, taxi rapes are rarely reported by national newspapers in Britain, apparently because the politically incorrect crimes are not deemed to be newsworthy.

But a survey of stories buried deep inside local newspapers shows that taxi rapes are occurring in all parts of England, Wales and Scotland on an almost daily basis.

In a recent case in London that was reported by national newspapers, Mohamed Hacene-Chaouch, 46, was sentenced to seven years in prison for raping a 24-year-old female passenger in his unlicensed taxi. Hacene-Chaouch — an Algerian married father of five — assaulted the woman after she got lost in Soho, central London.

The woman, who had been celebrating a friend’s birthday and had become inebriated, told the jury that the last thing she remembered was being in the back of a car and being taken to an ATM machine. She said she drifted in and out of consciousness but woke up inside the car in front of her east London home to find Hacene-Chaouch raping her. Although Hacene-Chaouch denied the allegations, the crime was filmed by CCTV cameras.

Judge Wendy Joseph at the Old Bailey accused Hacene-Chaouch of being a sexual predator and said: ‘It must have been clear to you that she was helplessly and hopelessly drunk. She trusted you to take her safely home. She was clearly vulnerable, she was obviously helpless and in your power, and I regard this as a significant feature.’ Joseph added: ‘I haven’t heard a single word of remorse in any way, shape or form.’

Hacene-Chaouch — who was acquitted of an almost identical attack in London in 2004 — showed no emotion and stared straight ahead as the judge read the sentence. But as he was told he would be banned from working or seeking work as a taxi driver for 10 years, he gestured to his wife, who was watching the proceedings in the public gallery, and shouted: ‘Allah is great! The 25-year-old was in the United Arab Emirates on a business trip when she was raped and reported the assault to the local police.

Dubai police did not believe her, and instead took her passport and jailed her on suspicion of having had sex outside marriage.

The Norwegian woman reported the sexual assault in March this year, after which she had to spend days in a cell before she was allowed to use a telephone.

With the help of family members, the Norwegian consulate was able to negotiate a release and she has been living under the protection of the Norwegian Sailor’s Church until her sentencing this week.

‘I received the harshest sentence for sex outside marriage, harshest sentence for drinking alcohol and on top of that I was found guilty of perjury,’ the woman told Verdens Gang.

‘It is a terrible situation she is in,’ said Gisle Meling, the priest at the Norwegian Sailor’s Church.

‘We are very surprised and had hoped it would go another way, but we live in a country which has a justice system which draws its conclusions with the help of Sharia law.’

She was sentenced to one year and four months in jail but as Norway has no extradition treaty with Dubai, her future is uncertain.” Read more.
