ISIS Terrorist: “You Cannot Imagine The Pleasure You Get From Cutting Off A Baby’s Head”
For the glory of “Allah” and his apostate apostle. Pure Islam. It’s pure evil …
Qur’an Sura 48:29, “Mohammed is [Allah’s] apostle. Those who follow him are ruthless to the unbelievers but merciful to one another.”
By Robert Spencer, Jihad Watch – “This savage also murdered four people at the Jewish Museum in Brussels. Clearly a murderous psychopath will find a belief system that encourages and justifies violence attractive. ‘French journalist tells of being tortured in Syria by Islamic terrorist,’ by Matthew Campbell, The Times, September 15, 2014 (thanks to Blazing Cat Fur):
A FRENCH journalist who was held hostage by rebels in Syria has given a chilling account of his ordeal at the hands of an Islamic terrorist who tortured him and bragged about beheading women and children.
Nicolas Henin, who was released in April, recalled last week how his captor, Mehdi Nemmouche, a French citizen of Algerian origin, appeared to take perverse pleasure in describing atrocities he had committed while fighting with Islamic State.
Nemmouche has since gone on trial in Belgium accused of the murder of four people in an attack on the Jewish museum in Brussels in May.
“Do you know what happens when I go into a Shi’ite home?” Henin recalled Nemmouche asking him one day. “First, there’s the grandmother — I only use one bullet on her, she’s not worth more — then the wife. First, I rape her, then I cut her throat.”
According to Henin — who was held for some time with James Foley, an American journalist murdered by Islamic State — Nemmouche continued: “Then I come to the baby. Ah, a baby! You cannot imagine the pleasure you get from cutting off a baby’s head.”
Nemmouche, 29, was the most brutal of several French jihadists guarding hostages in the basement of an eye hospital in Aleppo. Henin said Nemmouche had punched him several times in the face and ordered him to confess to being a French spy, which he denied. Nemmouche also terrorised about 50 Syrian prisoners in other cells. “The torture went on all night, until prayers at dawn,” Henin wrote in Le Point magazine.
“The howls of the prisoners alternated with shouts in French.”
For Henin, Nemmouche behaved like an “uncouth adolescent, eaten up by hatred and stupidity but not presenting the image you might expect of a terrorist”. Nemmouche idolised Mohamed Merah, who shot dead three French soldiers, a rabbi and three Jewish children in Toulouse in 2012. Nemmouche, he said, seemed less interested in dying as a “martyr” in Syria than getting on to the front pages.
Former Muslim To President Obama: “I Can Tell You, With Confidence, That ISIL Speaks For Islam”
This is a spot on smack down of Barack Hussein Obama, the wannabe Imam-in-Chief. Give it a listen …
Proverbs 14:8, “The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way, but the folly of fools is deceit.”
Brother Rachid on “A Message to President Obama From a Former Muslim” – “Dear Mr. President, with all due respect, sir, I must tell you that you are wrong about ISIL. You said ISIL speaks for no religion. I’m a former Muslim. My dad is an imam. I spent more than 20 years studying Islam. I hold a Bachelor degree in Religious Studies and I’m in the middle of my Master’s degree in Terrorism Studies. I can tell you, with confidence, that ISIL speaks for Islam. Allow me to correct you, Mr. President. ISIL is a Muslim organization. Its name stands for ‘Islamic State’ so even the name suggests that it is an Islamic movement. Their leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies. I doubt you know Islam better than he does …” Listen to more.
“A Message To The Allies Of America”: British Hostage David Haines Beheaded By ISIS Terrorists
According to Islam, laughter deadens the heart, but the maiming and murder of non-Muslims heals it. And “Allah” has evidently been healing a lot of Muslim hearts lately …
Qur’an Sura 47:4, “So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them …”
Qur’an Sura 9:14, “Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace, and assist you against them and heal the hearts of a believing people.”

CBC News – “ISIS militants fighting in Iraq and Syria released a video on Saturday that purports to show the beheading of British aid worker David Haines.
Reuters could not immediately verify the footage. Two U.S. journalists, James Foley and Steven Sotloff, have been executed by ISIS.
Haines, a 44-year-old father of two from Perth in Scotland, was kidnapped last year while working for the French agency ACTED.
British Prime Minister David Cameron condemned the killing and said he would bring the killers to justice.
‘This is a despicable and appalling murder of an innocent aid worker. It is an act of pure evil. My heart goes out to the family of David Haines who have shown extraordinary courage and fortitude throughout this ordeal,’ he said in a statement released by Downing Street.
‘We will do everything in our power to hunt down these murderers and ensure they face justice, however long it takes.’
The video entitled, ‘A Message to the Allies of America,’ opened with Cameron talking about working with the Iraqi government and allied Kurdish Peshmerga forces to defeat ISIS.
‘This British man has to pay the price for your promise, Cameron, to arm the Peshmerga against the Islamic State,’ said a masked man dressed in black with a British accent, standing over Haines, who was shown kneeling and wearing an orange jumpsuit.
The video then showed the beheading of the kneeling man.
At the end of the video, another hostage was shown and the masked man said he would be killed if Cameron continues to support the fight against ISIS.
In Washington, White House National Security Council spokeswoman Caitlin Hayden said she had no comment on the video and referred queries to the British government.” Read more.
Raymond Ibrahim: Beheading Infidels Is How Allah ‘Heals the Hearts of Believers’ – “To understand why the Islamic State not only decapitates its ‘infidel’ captives, but also mutilates and mocks their corpses — and all to sadistic laughter — one need only turn to the Koran and deeds of Islamic prophet Muhammad… According to Al-Bidaya wa Al-Nihaya (‘The Beginning and the End’), Ibn Kathir’s authoritiative history of Islam, ‘After that, he [Abdullah] cut his [‘Amr’s] head off and bore it till he placed it between the hands of the Prophet. Thus did Allah heal the hearts of the believers with it.’ This, then, is the true significance of Koran 9:14-15: ‘Fight them, Allah will torment them with your hands [mortally wounding and eventually decapitating ‘Amr], humiliate them [pulling his beard], empower you over them [standing atop him], and heal the hearts of the believers, removing the rage from their hearts [at the sight of his decapitated head].'” Read more.
Iraqi Christians: Obama’s Plans Against ISIS Will Not Be Enough
Because, unless Obama wishes to somehow redefine what “victory” and a “destroyed” Islamic State looks like, the only chance to truly succeed militarily against ISIS is with American combat troops on the ground. This echoes recommendations made by the President’s own military leaders, advice that the President himself ultimately overruled in favor of a more “politically-palatable light footprint approach.” Anything more would fly directly in the face of Barack “I-Won-A-Nobel-Peace-Prize” Obama’s non-declaration of war …
By Carlo Angerer, NBC News – “Christians who have fled the bloody campaign of ISIS in Iraq said U.S. plans to snuff out the Sunni militants will not be enough and that American combat troops are their only hope.
President Barack Obama pledged overnight to lead a ‘broad coalition’ of allies to tackle the threat of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham – but without American combat troops.
‘Only Americans can fix it,’ said one man taking shelter in an unfinished building in Erbil, a city of 1.5 million that has become a safe haven for religious minorities who have escaped and fled religious persecution at the hands of ISIS militants. ‘They should just send their soldiers into Iraq and Syria, not just fight from the air.’
He and others, who requested anonymity out of fear for their lives, said they do not see how local, Iraqi forces can defeat the extremists.
‘I was with the Iraqi army in Mosul for four years and I can tell you we did not do anything, just collected a salary,’ said the man, who fled from the Christian town of Qaraqosh. Qaraqosh, once a town of 40,000, has been terrorized by ISIS fighters amassing power and laying down harsh Sharia law.
‘We’re happy that the U.S. is conducting air strikes,’ another man said. ‘But it’s not enough. We need something to happen now.’
‘When the Americans were in Mosul, we had no problems,’ another man said. ‘When they left, the troubles started.'” Source – NBC News.

Report: Obama Overruled ‘Best Military Advice’ On Ground Troops To Fight ISIS – “The Washington Post reports today that when the president tasked military leaders with devising the best strategy to defeat ISIS, the Pentagon presented a plan that involved a limited number of combat “boots on the ground.” … ‘Such a mission was not the U.S. military’s preferred option. Responding to a White House request for options to confront the Islamic State, Gen. Lloyd Austin, the top commander of U.S. forces in the Middle East, said that his best military advice was to send a modest contingent of American troops, principally Special Operations forces… The recommendation, conveyed to the White House by Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was cast aside in favor of options that did not involve U.S. ground forces in a front-line role …” Read more.
Obama Repeats US Mission On Defeating Islamic State But Avoids The Word ‘War’ – “President Obama on Saturday restated his plan to destroy Islamic State but did not say the United States ‘is at war’ with the Middle East terror group, creating more uncertainty what exactly is the U.S. mission… The president’s language was almost identical to what he said Wednesday when he told the country in a prime-time TV address that the U.S. would launch direct air strikes in Iraq on the terror group and that he has OK’d such strikes in Syria… However, conflicting and at times seemingly evolving messages from top U.S. officials since the address has sparked concern about the president’s exact goals …” Read more.

Al Arabiya – “Syrian rebels and jihadists from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria have agreed a non-aggression pact for the first time in a suburb of the capital Damascus, a monitoring group said on Friday.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the ceasefire deal was agreed between ISIS and moderate and Islamist rebels in Hajar al-Aswad, south of the capital.
Under the deal, ‘the two parties will respect a truce until a final solution is found and they promise not to attack each other because they consider the principal enemy to be the Nussayri regime.’
Nussayri is a pejorative term for the Alawite sect, an offshoot of Shiite Islam to which President Bashar al-Assad belongs.
Syria’s armed opposition initially welcomed jihadists including Islamic State members in their fight against Assad.
But the group’s harsh interpretation of Islam and quest for domination of captured territory sparked a backlash against it that began in January.
A coalition of rebel groups pushed IS out of much of northern Syria, but it has recaptured much of that territory in recent months and has a strong presence in Hajar al-Aswad.
More than 180,000 people have been killed in Syria since the beginning of the uprising against Assad that began in March 2011.” Source – Al Arabiya.
Flashback: ‘Nowhere In Rebel-Controlled Syria Is There A Secular Fighting Force To Speak Of’ – “In Syria’s largest city, Aleppo, rebels aligned with Al Qaeda control the power plant, run the bakeries and head a court that applies Islamic law. Elsewhere, they have seized government oil fields, put employees back to work and now profit from the crude they produce. Across Syria, rebel-held areas are dotted with Islamic courts staffed by lawyers and clerics, and by fighting brigades led by extremists. Even the Supreme Military Council, the umbrella rebel organization whose formation the West had hoped would sideline radical groups, is stocked with commanders who want to infuse Islamic law into a future Syrian government. Nowhere in rebel-controlled Syria is there a secular fighting force to speak of.” Read more.
Nigeria: Hundreds Of Women And Children Trapped By Boko Haram Dying Of Hunger
When Islam rises, so too does misery and death …
Revelation 6:8, “And I looked, and behold a [chlōros – green] horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts [thērion – savage, brutal, bestial men] of the earth…”
By Hamza Idris, allAfrica – “The Bama Development Foundation (BADEFO) yesterday charged the federal government to be sincere in its utterances about happenings in Borno State, saying hundreds of women and children trapped in Bama town over 10 days ago are dying of hunger and stress.
The Foundation said corpses of youths who were massacred by Boko Haram insurgents were decomposing on the streets because no one could bury them.
Addressing a news conference in Maiduguri yesterday, Chairman of BADEFO, Mallam Mohammed A. Hassan, said Wednesday’s utterance by Mr. Mike Omeri, the coordinator of the Federal Information Centre to the effect that Nigerian security forces had taken over Bama from the insurgents was not true.
He said hundreds of youths have been killed by the insurgents, many others forced to join them to fight against Nigerian troops while many others remained trapped in their houses.
‘Posterity will not forgive us as a community based organization that is always agitating for development within Bama Local Government to sit on the fence watching conflicting reports from both print and electronic media over the unfortunate situation our good people found themselves. Since the day of the attack about 11 days ago, Bama, the second largest local government area in Borno State, is under the control of the Boko Haram sect. This is the whole truth and nothing but the truth. As a matter of fact, we are calling on the state and federal government to expedite action towards reclaiming Bama from the hands of terrorists as those in captivity are under serious trauma, starvation and distress with serious injuries.
‘Eleven days after the incident, no search and rescue operation has been conducted, no damage has been assessed, but we are aware that security and welfare of the people is the fundamental obligation of any meaningful government,’ he said.” Source – allAfrica.
Unsealed: A Closer Look At Revelation 6 And ‘The Four Horsemen Of The Apocalypse’ – “John describes the rider of the Black Horse in Revelation 6:5 as having ‘scales’ or ‘balances’ in his hands, employing the Greek word ‘zygos‘ which is also used metaphorically to refer to any sort of ‘burden’ or ‘bondage’ as well as the imposition of ‘troublesome laws’… In every facet of daily life a Muslim’s conduct must be based upon a strict set of Islamic laws, called the Sharia, and anyone failing to follow ‘Allah’s’ burdensome edicts must suffer draconian punishments, non-Musims included. But take a look at the Islamic world today. Is it exemplified by peace and justice and social harmony because of ‘Allah’s laws’? To the contrary, the Islamic world is ravaged by war, by deprivation, by desert and famine and starvation and pestilences, conditions that are true both physically and spiritually, both literally and figuratively. Because of ‘Sharia lawlessness’ the ‘Religion of Peace’ is typified by widespread destruction and disparity, and any number of recent headlines bear this out all too well.” Read more.
US Secretary Of State John Kerry: The US Is Not At War With ISIS
Now here’s a sure way to demoralize and discourage the coalition of the willing. If you’re not really at war with an enemy you’ve just declared war against, you’re already walking the path of failure …
James 1:8, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.”
By Elise Labott, Laura Smith-Spark and Ray Sanchez, CNN – “U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday would not say the United States is at war with ISIS, telling CNN in an interview that the administration’s strategy includes ‘many different things that one doesn’t think of normally in context of war.’
‘What we are doing is engaging in a very significant counterterrorism operation,’ Kerry told CNN’s Elise Labott in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. ‘It’s going to go on for some period of time. If somebody wants to think about it as being a war with ISIL, they can do so, but the fact is it’s a major counterterrorism operation that will have many different moving parts.’
Kerry made a distinction between ISIS and terror groups operating in Somalia and Yemen.
‘ISIL is an animal unto itself,’ he said. ‘And it is significantly such a threat because of the foreign fighters that are attracted to it — which you don’t see in Somalia or … Yemen.’ Most importantly, Kerry said, ISIL has attracted a ‘significant coalition’ that is determined to go and destroy it.
Kerry, in Jeddah for meetings with Arab leaders to enlist regional support for a coalition to defeat ISIS, defended the administration’s insistence that the 2001 authority to go after al Qaeda and affiliates applies to ISIS. He insisted that, despite the split between jihadist groups, the origin of ISIS as an al Qaeda affiliate is enough to consider them connected.
‘This group is and has been al Qaeda,’ Kerry said. ‘By trying to change its name, it doesn’t change who it is, what it does.’
Asked how much of the interpretation lets Congress get away from a vote on going after ISIS — a scenario lawmakers would like to avoid in an election year — Kerry responded ‘none.’
Kerry said the opposition battling the regime of President Bashar al-Assad in Syria has been outgunned and outmanned, but the administration believes that equation can change ‘if they receive proper training, if there are recruits that come in, and if it grows over a period of time.'” Read more.
“A Waste Of Time”: Experts Say Obama Plan To Rely On Airstrikes And Iraqi Troops To Combat ISIS Is Doomed To Fail
Will Barack Obama, who rarely has the stomach for war, do what ultimately needs to be done in order to win one? If not, then all the sabre-rattling and coalition building will be for naught, and an emboldened “Islamic State” will be viewed as virtually invincible in the eyes of the Muslim world …
Revelation 13:4b, “… and they worshiped the beast, saying, ‘Who is like the beast, and who can fight against it?’”
By Rowan Scarborough, The Washington Times – “Trying to uproot and destroy the Islamic State’s army of terrorists in Iraq without American ground troops, as President Obama promoted Wednesday night, is doomed to failure, national security experts say.
At the least, the president needs to get ground troops closer to the fight, say some politicians and analysts. He should introduce special operations units to advise and join the Iraqis on hunt-and-kill missions against Islamic State leaders, as well as insert controllers to point out targets for warplanes.
‘What a waste of time,’ said Larry Johnson, a former CIA analyst and counterterrorism official at the State Department. ‘We have not learned a thing in 80 years. [The Islamic State] is an army. The air power is not going to get the job done. Until you put troops in and kill these guys, they’re going to continue. They adjust to tactics. They meld into [the] civilian population.’
Militants in the Islamic State, also known as ISIS and ISIL, are so embedded in Mosul, Fallujah, Ramadi and other Iraqi towns that it will take skilled land combatants to evict them, block by block, analysts say. Relying on the Iraqi security forces, even with front-line U.S. air power, is iffy at best, because Iraqi troops have conducted mass retreats rather than standing and fighting in major battlefield offensives.
Said an Army officer in the Pentagon: ‘Air power alone cannot win wars. [The president’s] stated strategy ignores this widely accepted truth. But with troops on the ground, in very small numbers, we can team with Kurds and Shia to support those ground forces in rapidly defeating ISIS.’
Retired Army Gen. John Keane, an architect of the 2007 troop surge carried out by Gen. David H. Petraeus, said that, at the least, the campaign needs American advisers closer to battle.
‘If the U.S.-led coalition conducts a very aggressive air campaign that hits ISIS hard, sustained and simultaneous[ly] in Iraq and Syria, then ISIS will lose freedom of movement [and] initiative, and will become defensive,’ Mr. Keane said. ‘However, defeat requires a ground counteroffensive to retake lost territory, led by the Iraqi army and the Free Syrian Army [and] supported by close air support.’
Mr. Obama Wednesday night refused to characterize as a ‘war’ his new campaign to degrade and destroy the Islamic State. Instead, he likened it to long-term counterterrorism operations in Somalia and Yemen against al Qaeda and its spinoffs.” Read more.

Rumors Of War: Hamas Threatens To Attack Israel On September 25th
The current month-long “cease fire” ends on an interesting date. September 25th is the first day of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. It is also the first day of the 2014-2015 Shemitah year on the Hebrew calendar and one that could, if Rabbi Jonathan Cahn is correct, see monumental changes take place that will affect us all …
Luke 12:37a, “Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching …”
By Daniel Gordis, Bloomberg View – “Is a breakthrough in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict suddenly emerging, or is renewed war with Hamas imminent? Given that this is the Middle East, it should come as no surprise that there’s movement in both directions.
Egypt has presented a sweeping proposal for the creation of a Palestinian state, to be created on land that Egypt would willingly cede from the Sinai Desert, in an area contiguous with Gaza. The new state would cover five times the area now controlled by Hamas; Palestinians would abandon their demand for a state on the West Bank, but major Palestinian population centers there would be granted ‘autonomy,’ a murky concept long used in this region. This new Palestinian state would be demilitarized, but the substantial enlargement of Gaza would make it possible for hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees to be settled there.
Not surprisingly, reactions were varied. While Israeli leaders praised the initiative and deemed it worth exploring, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas reportedly rejected the deal out of hand. In classic Middle East fashion, after Abbas had rejected the deal, Tayeb Abdel-Rahim, secretary general of Abbas’s office, denied that the deal had ever been offered. The report of the proposal on Israeli Army Radio, he said, was ‘baseless.’ Why his boss would have rejected a deal that had never been suggested in the first place was not clear.
While Egypt is being creative, however, the winds of renewed war are beginning to blow. Over the past several days, the Israeli press has consistently noted that the quiet we’re now enjoying may prove short-lived. Avi Issacharoff, a former Arab affairs correspondent for Haaretz, wondered aloud in Times of Israel whether Israel was headed towards a renewed conflict with Gaza. With Israeli-Hamas negotiations apparently going nowhere, Avigdor Lieberman, Israel’s pugnacious Foreign Minister, warned that Hamas would never consent to being disarmed — and lest Israelis imagined they could live with that, he insisted that Hamas was no less dangerous to Israel than Islamic State. YNet noted that Hamas had begun re-digging the tunnels that the Israeli Defense Forces had destroyed; the report included responses from residents of the area that if the tunnels were really being rebuilt, Israel would have every justification for renewing the war.
As if those tunnels were not sufficient, Israeli TV reported on Friday night that the IDF is preparing for a ‘very violent’ war with Lebanon’s Hezbollah, which possesses 100,000 rockets (including 5,000 powerful, long-range missiles), and has apparently also dug tunnels into Israel.
It was all a reminder to Israelis that even if the Egyptian plan were ever to get traction (highly unlikely), Israel’s problems would hardly be over.
But there was also a more ominous note, the importance of which was overlooked by many. Ismail Haniyeh, second in command of Hamas’ political wing, warned the other day that if Israel does not lift the siege on Gaza, fighting will resume on Sept. 25.” Read more.
Turkey And Germany Say No To Obama Plan Against ISIS, 10 Arab Nations Join Coalition
I’m not surprised that Turkey is refusing to assist Obama against the Islamic State. Turkey, as it stands, has been accused of being one of the biggest ISIS supporters in the region. Then again, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia have all assisted the rise of ISIS in some way, yet are three of the ten Arab nations now joining the coalition against the terror entity they helped to build up. By Howard Koplowitz, IBT – “An airstrike campaign in Syria won’t have Germany’s support, and Turkey said it will only cooperate in humanitarian missions in the fight against the Islamic State as U.S. allies weighed in Thursday on President Barack Obama’s plan to ‘degrade and destroy’ the militant group. It’s unclear what role Britain will play, while Israel has applauded the stragety against the militants also known as ISIS or ISIL.
Germany’s Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier questioned whether Obama’s plan of airstrikes and equipping moderate Syrian rebels was adequate. ‘We haven’t been asked, nor will we do it,’ he said of the airstrikes. ‘We need to be honest with ourselves in the current situation, we don’t yet have a final, blanket strategy which guarantees that we’ll be successful against ISIS and similar groups.’
Turkey, a crucial U.S. ally in the Middle East that borders Syria, said it won’t allow the U.S.-led coalition to launch strikes in Syria from its air bases. It also won’t participate in any combat operations. ‘Turkey will not be involved in any armed operation but will entirely concentrate on humanitarian operations,’ an unnamed Turkish government official told Agence France-Press.
There was initial confusion after British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said earlier on Thursday the U.K. ‘will not be taking part of any airstrikes in Syria,’ according to AFP. A spokesman for British Prime Minister David Cameron said Hammond meant to say that the U.K. would not be bombing Syrian President Bashar Assad, the Guardian reported. Obama’s plan does not include any strikes against the Syrian leader.
Israel has emerged as the strongest proponent of the plan.” Read more.

Sometimes the support came with the tacit nod of approval from those regimes; often, it took advantage of poor money laundering protections in those states, according to officials, experts, and leaders of the Syrian opposition, which is fighting ISIS as well as the regime. ‘Everybody knows the money is going through Kuwait and that it’s coming from the Arab Gulf,’ said Andrew Tabler, senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy.” Read more.

By Daniel Greenfield, FrontPage Mag – “‘Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel,’ Samuel Johnson said. A few centuries later his fellow Englishman, Winston Churchill, quipped, ‘The United States invariably does the right thing, after having exhausted every other alternative.’
It’s not true of the United States, but it is true of Barack Obama who, having exhausted every alternative that involved appeasement or pretending that ISIS wasn’t a threat, has decided to do the right thing.
As long as he gets enough applause for doing it.
With his approval ratings, particularly on American leadership and national security, lower than Assad’s, he decided to exploit September 11 to butch up his foreign policy image.
After spending the last few years ignoring ISIS, he delivered a carefully timed speech vowing to take it on. The speech might have been a little more credible if it had not come from the man whose inaction allowed ISIS to take over parts of Iraq and Syria and who early this year was dismissing it as a JV team.
The scoundrel who lied and claimed that he had defeated Al Qaeda has been reborn again as a patriot who is promising to… defeat Al Qaeda. Even his usual boast of defeating Al Qaeda has been carefully walked back to a claim of having defeated ‘much of al-Qaida’s leadership in Afghanistan and Pakistan’.
That brief moment of near honesty is diminished only by the fact that the war on Al Qaeda had moved on to the Middle East long before Obama even took office. It was Obama who decided to divert away from fighting Al Qaeda in the Middle East on a failed attempt to defeat the Taliban and an even more failed attempt to negotiate peace with the ‘moderate’ Taliban.
Obama’s strategy is a kitchen sink approach that promises air strikes for the patriots and multilateral coalitions for the appeasers. There will be coalitions with Sunni Arabs and with a new ‘inclusive’ Iraqi government. There will be coalitions with everyone. A UN session will be chaired. Syria will be bombed and ‘terrorists who threaten our country’ will be hunted down.
And all of it will happen without a single American soldier being put at risk.
It’s an utterly incoherent and calculatedly unobjectionable speech by a failing politician that fails to address why we’re in this mess and what past policies we have to rethink to get out of it.
In a telling sign, Obama’s giant goodie bag of ISIS proposals also includes arming ISIS.” Read more.

Jordanian Politician: Islamic State’s “Doctrine Stems From The Qur’an And Sunnah … There Is No Such Thing As ‘ISIS Ideology’ — It’s Islam”

Professor David Thomas, and a host of other non-Muslims to walk in and explain to him that he is misunderstanding Islam, and that the Islamic State has nothing whatsoever to do with the genuine article.
Muhammad Bayoudh Al-Tamimi also faces a good deal of opposition on this from Muslims as well.
