An 18-page document was given to the Director of the Bureau of Federal Prisons.

Prosecutors argue Tsarnaev’s special restrictions are necessary considering what happened before, during, and after the Boston marathon attack.

They say he’s so dangerous, his contacts with the outside world should be severely limited.

‘During the days following the attacks Tsarnaev and his brother made additional bombs,’ according to the new paperwork.

There is now new information, according to NBC, about lines he wrote while hiding out in a boat in Watertown.

‘[Muslims] are beginning to rise. … Know you are fighting men who look into the barrel of your gun and see heaven, how can you complete with that? We are promised victory and we will surely get it,’ a report says Tsarnaev wrote.

By Todd Starnes, Fox News – “Soldiers attending a pre-deployment briefing at Fort Hood say they were told that evangelical Christians and members of the Tea Party were a threat to the nation and that any soldier donating to those groups would be subjected to punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

A soldier who attended the Oct. 17th briefing told me the counter-intelligence agent in charge of the meeting spent nearly a half hour discussing how evangelical Christians and groups like the American Family Association were ‘tearing the country apart.’

Michael Berry, an attorney with the Liberty Institute, is advising the soldier and has launched an investigation into the incident.

‘The American public should be outraged that the U.S. Army is teaching our troops that evangelical Christians and Tea Party members are enemies of America, and that they can be punished for supporting or participating in those groups,’ said Berry, a former Marine Corps JAG officer.

‘These statements about evangelicals being domestic enemies are a serious charge.’

The soldier told me he fears reprisals and asked not to be identified. He said there was a blanket statement that donating to any groups that were considered a threat to the military and government was punishable under military regulations.

‘My first concern was if I was going to be in trouble going to church,’ the evangelical Christian soldier told me. ‘Can I tithe? Can I donate to Christian charities? What if I donate to a politician who is a part of the Tea Party movement?’

Another soldier who attended the briefing alerted the Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty. That individual’s recollections of the briefing matched the soldier who reached out to me.

‘I was very shocked and couldn’t believe what I was hearing,’ the soldier said. ‘I felt like my religious liberties, that I risk my life and sacrifice time away from family to fight for, were being taken away.'” Read more.

“A country whose legal system routinely lashes women rape victims rather than punish the perpetrators should not have been praised effusively by members of the UN’s top human rights body,” said Neuer. “Instead the world should have addressed the Saudi regime’s use of cruel, inhuman and degrading punishments, such as flogging, amputations and eye-gouging.”

The Mirror – “White Widow Samantha Lewthwaite wrote a love poem to Osama Bin Laden during her time on the run, it emerged today.

Police discovered the ‘Ode to Osama’ on a computer during a search of the British terror suspect’s apartment in Kenya.

Lewthwaite is the world’s most wanted woman following last month’s horrific terror attack in a Nairobi shopping mall, which killed more than 70 people, including five Brits, by Islamic extremists al-Shabaab.

In the 34-line ballad, revealed by Sky News, the mum-of-four says her love for the dead terror chief is ‘like no other’ and vows to ‘revive what he started’.

She warns that al-Qaeda is ‘stronger and fiercer than ever’ and calls on other Muslims to ‘seek the victory until be are martyred.’

The last line sends a chilling warning to US President Barack Obama, who declared a victory against al-Qaeda following Bin Laden’s death.

It reads: ‘Their was no victory for you Mr Obama, the honour is his on martyred Osama!’

The Daily Mirror also uncovered a diary which reveals Lewthwaite’s horrific ambition for her sons, Abdullah, nine and Abdur-Rahman, to become suicide bombers.

The nine-page manuscript tells of grooming sessions encouraging them to follow the barbaric example of her first husband, 7/7 terrorist Germaine Lindsay.

Lewthwaite, from Aylesbury, Bucks, wrote that tales of holy war make the best bedtime reading for her little ones, gave advice on being the wife of a ‘mujahid’ (Islamic holy warrior), and attempted to ‘incite’ others to fight against ‘non-believers’.

She planned to write six chapters, including: ‘Guidance to Jihad/Islam’ and ‘Your reasons for fighting and leaving all you love behind’.

She proudly told how she is blessed to have had a holy warrior husband who ‘gave his all to Allah’ and ‘lived a life of terrorising the disbelievers’.” Read more.

They retreated taking dozens of hostages, leaving behind dead and wounded victims. The Italian said that targeted killings and kidnappings are frequent, but perhaps this is the first time that such a large-scale attack on Christians was carried out. Fear of new attacks has spread and nothing will be as before. The government is bound to send in the army and more fighting, revenge attacks and destruction are to be expected. Those who can have fled to other parts of the country, as people’s lives and the economy are on hold. From Gulf countries, money is being sent to ulemas, mosques and Qur’anic schools to train young people to fight and accept to become ‘martyrs for Islam’ against the Christian state. Salafists want an autonomous region for the Muslim minority on the island of Mindanao, which would join Malaya and Malaysian Borneo to form a single Islamic state.

All this does not make its way into front-page news, and yet there is more. Three days ago, an attack was carried out against a Christian wedding in Giza, in southern Cairo, that left four people dead and 18 wounded according to the latest report.

In Bangladesh, people have always adhered to a moderate form of Islam. At present, foreign missionaries and nuns are still allowed in, but in recent years, a number of Islamist movements and groups have stirred people up. They have called on the government to make the Sharia (Islamic law) the law of the land, holding up the country for days with non-stop strikes and demonstrations that often result in unnecessary violence (travellers and workers are stopped, beaten, stabbed and killed sometimes). The small Christian, Hindu and Buddhist minorities are under pressure and have to endure every day specious sentences, acts of injustice, and violence. As Bangladesh’s upcoming general election draws near, many fear the worse.

The Central African Republic is ‘one of the most destabilised states in the continent’ because of foreign Muslim gangs (from Nigeria, Chad, Niger, and Sudan) who seized power in the capital Bangui, ousting President Bozizé. As Mondo e Missione (October 2013) reported, ‘during the offensive by Seleka forces (the ruling Islamists), hospitals and health centres were looted and medical staff fled. The health situation is dramatic. […] Christians are being targeted by Islamic soldiers,’ a Protestant clergyman said, ‘tied, beaten and forced to hand over money to save their life …. Seleka rebels have ravaged and plundered places of worship, killing and forcing hundreds of thousands of people to flee, targeting especially Christians.’ In four dioceses in Central Africa, at least half of all Church assets have been heavily looted, destroyed or taken away. ‘Everywhere, people are leaving,’ Mgr Juan José Aguirre, bishop of Bangassou, said. ‘Civilians are killed and girls raped. They stole everything they could in the dioceses: cars, motorcycles, even refrigerators, television sets, blankets. They destroyed everything: from educational centres to children’s facilities.’ And ‘In Bohong, foreign Seleka soldiers did not spare a single hut belonging to non-Muslims residents,’ a report issued by the Diocese of Bohong said. ‘Throughout the city, except on the Muslim side, the same scene can be seen: roofless, empty homes and blackened walls ….'” Read more.

Harbingers Of Disaster? Rare ‘Sea Serpents’ Are Washing Ashore Southern California Beaches

CBS Los Angeles – “Could the appearance of rare ‘sea serpents’ washing ashore beaches in Southern California portend disaster?

The question comes following the discovery of the carcass of a rare 18-foot-long oarfish off the coast of Catalina Island on Oct. 13, followed by another snakelike 14-foot-long oarfish found on Oct. 18 in Oceanside.

Fishermen in Japan reported a sharp uptick in oarfish sightings in March 2010 following the massive magnitude-8.8 earthquake in Chile that same month, which marked almost exactly one year before the country was devastated by its own magnitude-8.9 quake in northeast Japan.

Oarfish, which can grow to more than 50 feet in length, are considered the longest bony fish in the world. They typically dive more than 3,000 feet deep, which makes sightings rare and has fueled various serpent legends throughout history.

According to traditional Japanese lore, oarfish rise to the water’s surface and beach themselves to warn of an impending earthquake, a notion that some scientists have speculated could be supported by the bottom-dwelling fish being more sensitive to seismic shifts.

Known as the ‘Messenger from the Sea God’s Palace,’ over a dozen ‘ryugu no tsukai,’ or slender oarfish, either washed ashore or were caught in fishing nets in the Ishikawa, Toyama, Kyoto, Shimane and Nagasaki prefectures near the quake’s epicenter months before the 2011 quake hit, according to several reports.” Read more.

Christian Pastors In Kenya Gunned Down By ‘Well-Trained Hit-Men’

By Stoyan Zaimov, The Christian Post – “Two Christian pastors were murdered in separate attacks in Kenya on Sunday, officials shared, with one found with a Bible on his lap sitting in a chair, preparing for Sunday morning service.

‘We found him with blood oozing from the head,’ choir member Morris Ali said of Pastor Charles Matole, leader of Mombasa’s Vikwatani Redeemed Gospel Church, according to Sapa-AFP.

Ali added that Matole had received death threats by text message before the incident.

A police investigation has been launched into the case, with clues suggesting that the attackers were well-trained hit-men who could have followed the pastor from his home, AllAfrica.com reported. Matole was shot from behind, and a cartridge from a pistol was recovered from the scene, but nothing was reported to be stolen.

‘He had received threatening death messages from unknown people. It was reported to the police but it was later concluded that the threats were sent by fraudsters from inside prisons,’ added his wife, Claris Matole.

The other incident took place in the town of Kilifi, north of Mombasa, where pastor Ebrahim Kidata of the East African Pentecostal Churches was found murdered in a patch of bushes. Kilifi county deputy speaker Teddy Mwambire confirmed that the cleric, in his mid-fifties and appointed just a few weeks earlier, appeared to have been strangled. What the world needs to realize is that the House of Saud is not just an enemy of Islam, it is indeed the arch-enemy of the entire human civilization. Palestinian Youth Magazine Publishes List Of ‘Sharp-Witted’ And ‘Wise’ Sayings It Claims Are Hitler’s

To bestow a pinch of sanity to their insane Nazi hero  …

By Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik, PMW – “The PA-associated educational youth magazine Zayzafuna, whose Advisory Board include PA Deputy Minister of Education Jihad Zakarneh and the Head of the Media Department of the PA Ministry of Education, Abd Al-Hakim Abu Jamous, published a list of ten short wisdom sayings that it claimed were said by Hitler. The youth magazine gave no introduction or comment on the list other than the title ‘Among Hitler’s sayings.’

Some of the sayings attributed to Hitler included:

  • ‘If you were stabbed in the back, know that you are in front’
  • ‘When the defeated smiles, he denies the winner the pleasure of victory’
  • ‘Don’t challenge a man who has nothing to lose’
  • ‘Don’t find fault in your wife’s taste for she chose you in the first place’

Palestinian Media Watch has not found the quotes attributed to Hitler. Several of them appear with slight variations on ‘words of wisdom’ websites, and are either anonymous sayings or attributed to other people. For example, ‘Don’t argue with a fool because people won’t be able to tell you apart’ has been attributed to Mark Twain; ‘We are all like the moon – we have a dark side’ has been attributed to Lebanese writer Khalil Gibran.

The purpose of attributing these ‘sayings’ to Hitler, it seems, is to present Hitler as a sharp-witted and wise person.

This is not the first time that the PA-associated youth magazine has presented Hitler in a positive light. In 2011, PMW exposed an essay in Zayzafuna that glorified Hitler and portrayed him as a role model. By Ruth Sherlock, The Telegraph – “The World Health Organisation has recorded the first suspected outbreak of polio for 14 years in Syria, sparking renewed alarm at the collapse of health care caused by the country’s civil war.

Doctors in Syria are also seeing a flare-up of typhoid, hepatitis, and the flesh-eating parasite, leishmaniasis, blamed partly on the inability to administer a proper vaccination programme and partly on poor living conditions and a much-reduced access to health care.

Some 22 people in the northeastern province of Deir Ezzor are now showing symptoms that are ‘very likely’ to be polio, Oliver Rosenbawer, from the WHO Global Polio Eradication Initiative told The Telegraph.

‘We still need final confirmation from a laboratory, but all the indicators show that this is polio,’ said Mr Rosenbawer.

For centuries, epidemics of polio, a highly infectious disease that invades the nervous system and can cause paralysis within hours, blighted countries across the globe, leaving hundreds of thousands of children and adults permanently incapacitated…

Until this outbreak in Deir Ezzor, in Syria the last recorded case of polio was in 1999.

‘We are worried about the suspected outbreak [in Syria],’ said Mr Rosenbawer. ‘As long as there is polio in one place, countries around the world are at risk…'” Read more.
