Yet as one Muslim visitor recently attempted to claim, “we love Jesus much more” than even Christians do. The fact of the matter, however, is that the Qur’an has intentionally altered and corrupted the original narrative of Jesus as recorded in the Gospels and has abandoned the truth of Christ and His mission, inventing instead a false narrative around a false “Jesus.” According to Islam, God is not a Heavenly Father and Jesus is not His only begotten Son. And we know what Scripture has to say about those who deny precisely that …

The Fruit Of Islam: Dead Christians

The Daily Star (Lebanon) – “The Syriac Orthodox bishop of Mount Lebanon and Tripoli George Saliba Wednesday denounced Muslims as enemies of Jesus, accusing them of a history of violence and oppression against Christians.

‘What is happening in Iraq is a strange thing, but it is normal for Muslims, because they have never treated Christians well, and they have always held an offensive and defaming stand against Christians,’ Elnashra.com reported Saliba as saying in a radio interview.

‘We are not calling for armament and war; we don’t have the capacities,’ Saliba said. ‘We used to live and coexist with Muslims, but then they revealed their canines [teeth].

‘They are the enemies of Christ and they do not differ from the Jews in terms of treating Christians.’

The bishop accused Muslims of centuries of violence against Christians, condemning the attacks on the Christians of Iraqi Mosul.

‘[They don’t] have the right to storm houses, steal and attack the honor of Christians,’ Saliba said. ‘Most Muslims do this, the Ottomans killed us and after that the ruling nation-states understood the circumstances but always gave advantage to the Muslims.’

Saliba also said Muslim generations are raised on bad feelings against Christians, saying this applies to the majority of Muslims.

‘Islam has never changed, and Muslims have been educated on the bad treatment of Christians,’ he said.” Read more.

By Nuri Kino, FOX News – “‘Please, the world needs to know: We are captives, we don’t have water or electricity here in Aleppo but it is nothing compared to the fear we have toward the Islamists. Why is no one doing anything to save us?’

A young Assyrian Christian woman in Aleppo, Syria, spoke these words to me during a phone call a few days ago. She is stuck in the country with her three small children.

In wake of the ISIS invasion of Iraq, reports (long overdue) are emerging about the persecution of Christians and other minorities in the country. Yet ISIS is committing the same atrocities against non-Muslims in Syria, too.

Mosul, Iraq’s second-largest city, has been emptied of almost all Christians. Ten days ago, ISIS – who now call themselves the Islamic State (IS) – distributed fliers to Christians that read: ‘Convert, Pay Jizya, Leave or Die.’

The Christians fled in droves before the Saturday deadline for their decision.

The scant few who remained were weak, old or injured and could not flee. A man who lost his leg in a bombing a couple of days prior to the deadline was forced to convert to Islam at gunpoint, according to his relatives.

Aleppo, Syria’s largest city, also has been nearly emptied of Assyrians, Armenians and other non-Muslims.

These are the words spoken to me by the father of the three children stuck with their mother in another phone call: ‘It’s happening right in front of their eyes and no one is lifting a finger to stop it. Please be our voice, we beg you — make them do something to save us from being slaughtered.’

The husband has fled to Sweden. He had a plan of bringing his family later. But for now, he has left them behind, and they are in severe danger.

After our conversation, I thought at first, what kind of man is he to leave his family behind? Then I realized I’ve interviewed thousands of refugees who have been similarly deserted in countries like China, Thailand, Chad, or have had friends and family who have drowned in their attempts to flee. Maybe this young man was threatened by the Jihadists and decided to flee rather than risk his entire family’s life.” Read more.

The “prophet” of Islam was evidently under the false impression that Rome somehow referred to all of Christendom. Apparently “Allah” had no idea that other Christian denominations would exist outside of Catholicism. But since Muslims believe Mohammed to be the most perfect man to ever live and free from error (his errors pertaining to science and history and even Christianity itself obviously don’t count) the false belief that Rome symbolizes all of Christendom is therefore a permanently ingrained misconception of Islam. On the grounds of Biblical Scripture, the symbolic home of Christianity is not Rome. The symbolic home of Christianity is Jerusalem. It is therefore not surprising that, according to Islam, all non-Muslim inhabitants of Jerusalem must be converted/killed and the city reconquered for “Allah” and his prophet, otherwise Islam’s “Day of Judgment” will not come. So while “Rome” may be in the jihadi cross hairs, the ultimate target of Mohammed’s number is Jerusalem …

Sheikh Yousef Al-Qaradawi quoted this hadith a few years ago and added: ‘This means that Islam will return to Europe as a conqueror and victor, after being expelled from it twice – once from the South, from Andalusia, and a second time from the East, when it knocked several times on the door of Athens.’

And the Saudi Sheikh Muhammad bin Abd Al-Rahman Al-’Arifi, imam of the mosque of King Fahd Defense Academy, once boasted: ‘We will control the land of the Vatican; we will control Rome and introduce Islam in it. Yes, the Christians, who carve crosses on the breasts of the Muslims in Kosovo – and before then in Bosnia, and before then in many places in the world – will yet pay us the Jiziya [poll tax paid by non-Muslims under Muslim rule], in humiliation, or they will convert to Islam.’

Sky News – “At least five people have been killed and eight injured in a bomb attack on a Catholic church in a mainly Christian area of Kano, the largest city in Nigeria’s north.

The attack came shortly after the end of mass, police spokesman Frank Mba said on Sunday.

‘We suspect an IED (improvised explosive device) that was thrown from across the road’ at the Saint Charles Catholic church in Kano’s Sabon Gari district, which has suffered previous attacks by the Islamist group Boko Haram.

‘We heard the explosion at around 2.15pm and moments later a police anti-bomb truck sped past in the direction of the scene,’ said local worker Idowu Kazim.

On June 23, a bomb blast at a public health college in the city killed at least eight, while on May 19, a suicide car bomb attack in Sabon Gari killed at least four people, including a young girl.

Tribulation: Christians Throughout The Middle East

By Catholic Online – “There is no rest for the wicked – or for those fleeing with their lives, it appears. Islamic State militants have now launched a mortar attack against the village of Tilkif in an attempt to break into one of the towns in the Nineveh Plain, where families driven from Mosul have found refuge.

The militia of the self-proclaimed Islamic Caliphate having successfully driven all the Christians and Shiites from the city of Mosul in Iraq, has stepped up their campaign on ruthless persecution.

‘The attack started from a village controlled by jihadists,’ Father Paul Thabit Mekko, a Chaldean priest told the Fides news agency, ‘but was rejected by the Kurdish Peshmerga troops.

‘In the night, panic had driven dozens of Christian families to flee to Dohuk, but the Kurdish soldiers who were controlling a checkpoint told them that the situation was under control and could return home.’

Both towns lie north of Mosul. It was at this besieged Iraqi city that an ultimatum from the Islamic State last week to either convert to Islam or die, left the ancient city devoid of Christians. The Peshmerga are known to be fierce troops, fighting for a Kurdish independence movement in the north of Iraq.

As the Fides news agency outs it, on the one hand, the attack represents proof that the militia of the Islamic Caliphate are not content with controlling Mosul and would like to extend control over the Nineveh Plain. The reaction of the Peshmerga, notes Father Thabit Mekko, confirms that the Kurds are determined to protect this area from jihadist militants…

The official in charge of distributing rations in the Rifaq neighborhood said he had received orders from ISIS to cut the rations. Mr. Fadel Younis, the official in charge for the Kifaat neighborhood, said that he had received a similar order and a threat from ISIS, and was warned that if he gives rations to Christians and Shiites he will be charged and prosecuted according to sharia law.” Read more.

By Walid Shoebat – “Feisal Bin Shaman Al-Anzi is a Saudi doctor whose story sparked public controversy throughout the Middle East. His family went all over the media and were claiming that he was simply a humanitarian who treats patients at his clinic in Mosul Iraq.

The questions about his whereabouts came up as Al-Anzi was killed, somehow, and he was announced as a casualty of the ISIS. But photos of him taken in his last days in Mosul show a different story altogether …

Do these photos need more explanation?

I think not.

Just how many Muslim doctors are there who give the hippocratic oath while in the closet they give oath to Jihad will never be known. But it gets to prove that education and the appearance of civility are not evidence for not being involved in terrorism. Educated folks can be savages. Feisal’s photo carrying the knife was circulated and under it written ‘Bithabh Jeenakum’, one of the most popular Muslim songs, which means, we came to behead you.

And if you think I am kidding, just take a look at some examples. Shoebat.com obtained some eye opening videos.

For example, Bidayyat.org is a website with its domain in California has tweaked the Arabic song ‘Ji’nakum Bithabh’ (we come to behead you) to include whomever Islamists want the enemy to be. Bidayyat does not include the original lyrics of the song but sort of tweaked it to show that such songs can be directed to all sorts of peoples.

‘We are going to behead Catholics,’ and even the ‘Armenians,’ so says Bidayyat asking in a way ‘whats next after the Shiites’.

The song with different variations is sung in regular day-to-day private and public gatherings, weddings and on the streets, balconies and homes. It is sang by old men doing the Muslim rosary, teenagers and even by little children.” Read more to see photos and videos.

WorldWatch Monitor – “After every known Christian is reported to have left Mosul, Islamic State fighters, IS, have now taken over a monastery near the largely Christian town of Qaraqosh, 32 miles southeast of Mosul.

 According to Agence France Presse IS expelled its three resident monks, a cleric and a few families living there, ordering them to leave on foot with nothing but their clothes.

 Members of the self-proclaimed ‘Islamic Caliphate’ stormed the ancient fourth-century monastery Mar (Saint) Behnam, run by the Syriac Catholic church on Sunday July 20.

 ‘You have no place here anymore, you have to leave immediately,’ a member of the Syriac clergy quoted the Sunni militants as telling the monastery’s residents.

 According to AFP the monks walked several miles before being picked up by armed Kurdish fighters who drove them to Qaraqosh.

 The BBC reported that Syriac Catholic leaders have said priceless manuscripts, about both the history of Iraq and the Church, are now at risk in the monastery.

 Militants of IS are reported to have killed Dr. Mahmoud Al-Asali, a professor of Law at the University of Mosul on July 21.

 According to Ankawa.com, Al-Asali, a Muslim, was killed for objecting to IS looting and destroying Iraqi Christians’ possessions in Mosul, but WWM could not independently verify this.

 The office and residence of the Syrian Catholic Archbishop of Mosul, Yohanna Petros Moshe (in one building) has been burned down.

He is now in Qaraqosh where World Watch Monitor spoke to him: ‘My concern now is how to feed and shelter all the people who have fled’ he told us.

Syrian Catholic priest Nizar Semaan, who works with Archbishop Moshe, said to Agenzia Fides that the international community has a ‘disturbing passivity to what is happening in that area.’

Semaan continued, ‘For example, the time has come to include these groups in the list of terrorist organizations condemned by international bodies, and above all it is necessary to make public the names of the countries and forces that finance them. Intelligence agencies and the governments of various countries certainly know where certain weapons and money, that keep these groups going, come from. It would be enough to stop the flow for a month, and these groups would not have any more force.’

He also said it is necessary to involve leaders and followers of Sunni Islam in an effort to isolate the jihadist groups.

On Friday, the Al Qaeda splinter group IS issued an ultimatum to Iraqi Christians living in Mosul. They said by Saturday July 19 at noon (Iraqi time) they must convert to Islam, pay a fine or face ‘death by the sword.'” Read more.

Five Assyrians, Including Two Nuns Brutally Beaten, Raped And Burned In Northern Iraq – “Sister Utoor Joseph (left) and Sister Miskintah’s charred bodies were found near Mousl, second largest Iraqi city which was overran by Saudi militants. The Assyrian television channel Ishtar TV is reporting that 5 Assyrians who have gone missing in Mosul were found killed . Two nuns from the Daughters of Mary Order, Sister Miskintah and Sister Utoor Joseph, were found burned. Sisters Miskintah and Utoor managed an orphanage for girls in Mosul, in the Khazraj neighborhood near St. George Church.” Read more.
