• Barack Obama’s ‘birth announcement’ Microfilm has been tampered with, according to photographic evidence.

• Original Obama ‘birth announcement’ newspapers sold for a high price. If Obama’s name was in those papers, why hasn’t someone come forward with the newspapers?

… Regarding the microfilms, it has to be established that even if the Obama birth announcements were actually in the newspapers, it does not prove a Hawaii birth. Hawaii parents are/were able to file birth documents in Hawaii as long as they were residents, regardless of the actual birth place of the child. Additionally, no proof was required of the birth; only a written statement had to be made. Section 57-40 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961, and other subsequent Hawaii birth laws that allow registration with no proof, or allow Foreign Birth registration, leaves an opening to claim Hawaii ‘birth’ without it being true. In 1961, once a birth document was filed with the Hawaii Department of Health (including those situations mentioned above as well as from the hospitals), the HDOH automatically issued birth announcements to the Hononlulu Advertiser and Star Bulletin.

People that believe Obama was born in Hawaii typically rely on the microfilm printouts of the ‘alleged’ Obama birth announcements from The Honolulu Star Advertiser and Star Bulletin. Talking heads like Bill O’Reilly pose foolish, illogical questions like ‘Are we supposed to believe that Obama’s mother planted the birth certificate in 1961 in Hawaii because she wanted Obama to be President?’ Maybe a better question would be ‘How many people from other countries come here illegally to specifically have their children born here so they can obtain U.S. citizenship?

However, none of the alleged more prominent journalists/talking heads, like O’Reilly and Chris Matthews (being the most prominent and most arrogant on the subject), have ever tried to find the original newspapers to confirm whether the microfilms are authentic. They just accepted what was fed to them by the Obama administration.” Read more.

Flashback: Israeli Science Website: Obama Birth Certificate Is Forged, ‘Should Raise Great Concern About The Suitability Of’ Obama As President – “Israel Science and Technology, the national database and directory of science and technology-related websites in Israel, has published an article asserting the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is a forged document. The website was created by a former science adviser to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel Hanukoglu, Ph.D… The website says that the White House’s release of the Obama document in April 2011, after years of controversy, ‘raised in our minds the possibility that there could be something suspicious about the information available on this document.’ The website conducted an independent analysis and cites others who came to the same conclusion. The website says the publication ‘of such a blatantly fake document about something so basic as the birthplace of Mr. Obama, should raise great concern about the suitability of the person who is holding the reigns on the most powerful country of the World.’” Read more.

In United States criminal law, “probable cause” is the standard by which an officer or agent of the law has the grounds to make an arrest, to conduct a personal or property search, or to obtain a warrant for arrest, etc. when criminal charges are being considered …

“PHOENIX – An investigative ‘Cold Case Posse’ launched six months ago by ‘America’s toughest sheriff’ – Joe Arpaio of Arizona’s Maricopa County – has concluded there is probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as President Obama’s birth certificate is a computer-generated forgery.

The investigative team has asked Arpaio, who is at a news conference in Phoenix live-streamed by WND TV that began at 3 p.m. Eastern time, to elevate the investigation to a criminal probe that will make available the resources of his Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

The posse says it has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.

Arapaio, known for his strict enforcement of immigration laws, commissioned the investigative team after local citizens presented him with a petition expressing concern that Obama might not be eligible for Arizona’s presidential ballot.

In addition to the live-streaming, WND is making available to the public a report distributed to media today by Arpaio’s investigators.

The posse, comprised of former law enforcement officers and lawyers with law enforcement experience, has interviewed dozens of witnesses and examined hundreds of documents. It also has taken numerous sworn statements from witnesses around the world.

Mike Zullo, Arpaio’s lead investigator, said his team believes the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records it may have in its possession.” Read more.

By Jerome R. Corsi – “NEW YORK – The computer graphics expert Fox News relied upon to claim the birth certificate the White House released April 27 was legitimate insists that the network must retract the story, claiming it deliberately misquoted him and continues to ignore his repeated requests.

Jean Claude Tremblay told WND that that none of his comments would permit the conclusion that the Obama birth certificate is an authentic document.

‘I no longer trust Fox News,’ he said, expressing anger verging on disdain for the way he feels the network treated him. ‘Despite my protests, Fox News will not allow me to correct their story.’

The controversy traces to a Web story by Fox News reporter Jana Winter two days after the White House released the birth certificate, titled ‘Expert: No Doubt Obama’s Birth Certificate is Legit.’

Noting that Obama doubters were claiming the birth certificate was a fake, Winter wrote, ‘But a leading software expert says there’s no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.’

‘I never said that,’ Tremblay insists. ‘Winter called me and talked to me for about five minutes on the telephone, and she never said she was going to quote me. Then she misrepresented what I said.'” Read more.
