Even when attempts are made to ban Sharia Law in the US, terror-linked Islamic supremacist organizations such as CAIR and their supporters — which have now deeply infiltrated society and politics — will never abandon their efforts to change our laws. Expect a new lawsuit to be filed soon against South Dakota by a group of ‘concerned citizens’ playing the victim card …

“South Dakota legislators this week overwhelmingly approved a law aimed at preventing Islamic law from creeping into its judicial system – a measure that supporters drafted in an effort to ward off the constitutional challenges threatening similar legislation in other states.

The measure, which is expected to be signed into law in the next two weeks by Republican Gov. Dennis Daugaard, attempts to avoid legal shoals by barring enforcement of “religious code” by U.S. courts, rather than focusing on foreign laws as other state laws have done.

Nonetheless, civil rights advocates are vowing to challenge the bill, saying it violates the First Amendment. Beyond that, critics say the South Dakota bill and similar legislation in other states unfairly stigmatize Muslims by signaling that their religious beliefs are dangerous to society and may gradually undermine American democracy.

Shariah law is a code of conduct that guides observant Muslims on many matters, including prayer, diet, marriage, business transactions and inheritance. Decisions derived from its codes are incorporated in contracts and wills, which can in turn wind up in American courts, as do contracts and wills based on other religious beliefs.

Supporters of legislation to ban consideration of Islamic law point to what they consider abhorrent and un-American practices — honor killings, limited child custody rights for women, tolerance of domestic abuse and cruel punishments, such as cutting off the hand of a thief — as examples of activities that could be sanctioned if U.S. courts were to consider Shariah law before rendering decisions.” Read more.

Flashback: CAIR promises to fight against legislation that bans implementation of ‘foreign laws’ – “Muslim leaders are saying a piece of legislation proposed by Rep. Dave Agema (R-Grandville) is actually an attack on Islam. In June, Agema proposed legislation that would ban the implementation of foreign laws. While the language of the proposal does not say it directly, it would ban Sharia or Islamic law. Agema told the Detroit News that the law is intended to preserve American laws.” Read more.

This is the same “religion of peace” advocate who issued a religious decree last year stating that “Every Muslim who meets a Zionist is entitled to kill him” …

Interestingly enough, this CAIR-sponsored ‘researcher’ fails to mention the fact that 80% of all mosques in America teach their Muslim congregations to hate Jews and Christians and would love to see Sharia Law supersede the laws of non-Muslim Western infidels. The fact that there now seems to be an ever-increasing number of American Muslims involved in supporting terrorism, planning bomb plots, and even threatening to behead enemies gives me the distinct impression that, despite any forced outward appearances, the Muslim community is anything but ‘healthy‘ and ‘well-integrated‘. In fact, given enough time the face of America will begin looking a lot more like France …

By Joel Gehrke – “Mosques in the United States have doubled in number since the September 11 attacks, with urban and suburban centers seeing an uptick in mosque construction over the last decade, according to a new report.

‘This is a growing, healthy Muslim community that is well integrated into America,’ Ihsan Bagby, who headed the research project — which was sponsored by the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Hartford Institute for Religion Research, among other groups — told The Washington Post. ‘Researchers conducting the national count found a total of 2,106 Islamic centers, compared to 1,209 in 2000 and 962 in 1994,’ The Washington Post reported.

The Washington Post offers the statistic as a sign of the Muslim-American community triumphing over the anti-Muslim ‘backlash’ supposed to be demonstrated by the opposition to the so-called Ground Zero mosque in New York City. But maybe the data vindicates those critics of the mosque who claimed to oppose the Ground Zero mosque construction not out of bigotry, but a very particular sensitivity regarding that mosque’s proximity to Ground Zero of the World Trade Center attacks.

‘When I look over there and see a mosque, it’s going to hurt,’ the New York Times quoted C. Lee Hanson, who lost a son in the September 11 attacks, as saying in 2010 about the Ground Zero mosque. ‘Build it someplace else.’

Apparently, Muslim-Americans have been doing just that for the last decade.” Source – Washington Examiner.com.

Flashback: New Study Shows That 80% of Mosques in America Teach Jihad Violence and Islamic Supremacism – “… Then there was the Center for Religious Freedom’s 2005 study, and the Mapping Sharia Project’s 2008 study. Each independently showed that upwards of 80% of mosques in America were preaching hatred of Jews and Christians and the necessity ultimately to impose Islamic rule. And now comes yet more confirmation that mosques in the U.S. are teaching these things, and again the percentage is remarkably similar: around 80% of mosques are found to be teaching jihad warfare and Islamic supremacism. Flashback: Report: Saudis Export Anti-Christian and Anti-Jewish Textbooks that Continue to Fuel Intolerance and Violence Around the Globe – “Textbooks used in Saudi Arabia’s schools contain virulent forms of anti-Christian and anti-Jewish bigotry that continue to fuel intolerance and violence around the globe, says a new report…  ‘Because of the Saudis’ great oil wealth, it is able to disseminate its textbooks … to many Muslim schools, mosques and libraries throughout the world. ‘This is not just hate mongering, it’s promoting violence,’ she said in an interview. Numerous polls over the past three years have shown that after a brief flurry of enthusiasm, regard for the United States among the world’s Muslims has declined precipitously. In some key countries, dislike for America is even lower than it was at the end of the administration of George W. Bush, whom liberal critics deemed culturally illiterate.

The State Department recently illustrated why reaching out has been such a failure. In mid-December, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton participated in a three-day international conference called the Istanbul Process regarding the implementation of United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) Resolution 16/18, adopted in March. The resolution ostensibly seeks to combat religious intolerance and was a U.S.-sponsored alternative to language pushed by the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) that would have imposed global blasphemy laws against critics of Islam. Resolution 16/18 calls on states to ‘foster religious freedom and pluralism’ and – in typical Obama administration apologetic style – stop religious profiling, which purportedly is a widespread American vice.

In her keynote speech at the conference, Mrs. Clinton noted a study by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life that found ’70 percent of the world’s population lives in countries with a high number of restrictions on religious freedom.’ What she left out was that the 2009 Pew report ‘Global Restrictions on Religion’ found that most states that had ‘high’ or ‘very high’ religious restrictions were countries with Muslim majorities.” Read more.
