Islam’s Tenuous Connection To Jerusalem
The city of Jerusalem is mentioned over 800 times in the Bible. In the Qur’an, however, it is mentioned as frequently as the Hindu Bhagavad-Gita, the Taoist Tao-Te Ching, the Buddhist Dhamapada and the Zoroastrian Zend Avesta. In other words, not even once …
Zechariah 12:2-3a, “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah [and] against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces …”

Antichrist: Arabic inscription written inside reads, “… of God speak only the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, is only an apostle of God… Far be it from [God’s] glory that he should have a son.”
Mohammed, who founded Islam in 622 CE, was born and raised in present-day Saudi Arabia and never set foot in Jerusalem. His connection to the city came years after his death when the Dome of the Rock shrine and the al-Aqsa mosque were built in 688 and 691, respectively, their construction spurred by political and religious rivalries. In 638 CE, the Caliph (or successor to Mohammed) Omar and his invading armies captured Jerusalem from the Byzantine Empire. One reason they wanted to erect a holy structure in Jerusalem was to proclaim Islam’s supremacy over Christianity and its most important shrine, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.
More important was the power struggle within Islam itself. The Damascus-based Umayyad Caliphs who controlled Jerusalem wanted to establish an alternative holy site if their rivals blocked access to Mecca. That was important because the Hajj, or pilgrimage to Mecca, was (and remains today) one of the Five Pillars of Islam. As a result, they built what became known as the Dome of the Rock shrine and the adjacent mosque.
To enhance the prestige of the ‘substitute Mecca,’ the Jerusalem mosque was named al-Aqsa. It means ‘the furthest mosque’ in Arabic, but has far broader implications, since it is the same phrase used in a key passage of the Quran called ‘The Night Journey.’ In that passage, Mohammed arrives at ‘al-Aqsa’ on a winged steed accompanied by the Archangel Gabriel; from there they ascend into heaven for a divine meeting with Allah, after which Mohammed returns to Mecca. Naming the Jerusalem mosque al-Aqsa was an attempt to say the Dome of the Rock was the very spot from which Mohammed ascended to heaven, thus tying Jerusalem to divine revelation in Islamic belief. The problem however, is that Mohammed died in the year 632, nearly 50 years before the first construction of the al-Aqsa Mosque was completed.
Jerusalem never replaced the importance of Mecca in the Islamic world. When the Umayyad dynasty fell in 750, Jerusalem also fell into near obscurity for 350 years, until the Crusades. During those centuries, many Islamic sites in Jerusalem fell into disrepair and in 1016 the Dome of the Rock collapsed.
Still, for 1,300 years, various Islamic dynasties (Syrian, Egyptian and Turkish) continued to govern Jerusalem as part of their overall control of the Land of Israel, disrupted only by the Crusaders. What is amazing is that over that period, not Read more…
Earthquakes, Animals Fleeing Yellowstone Spark Fears Of Volcanic Eruption
Sounds like something out of an Roland Emmerich movie …
RT – “Videos of bison seemingly fleeing Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming have sparked concerns among some bloggers that recent seismic activity could trigger the eruption of the park’s so-called supervolcano.
According to Epoch Times, multiple videos of such incidents have been posted online recently, one of which shows a herd of buffalo allegedly leaving the park and ‘running for their lives.’ Although people behind the discussion acknowledge there’s no way to predict when the park’s massive volcano could erupt, they believe the reaction of the Yellowstone’s animals could signal some kind of alert.
On March 30, Yellowstone was struck by the most powerful earthquake it has experienced since 1980 – a 4.8 magnitude quake that did no damage, but that some believe could be connected to the various animals’ movements.
‘Whether I believe this, or whether I don’t believe the story or not, I don’t know. I can tell you this story I saw this morning about the buffaloes running the street … whether or not it’s because of any activity in Yellowstone or not, I don’t know,’ said blogger Jay Lee, according to the Times.
‘But I’ll tell you this, whatever the case may be, that their running away from Yellowstone is an alert of some sort.’
Another video uploaded to YouTube, this time by self-described ‘survivalist’ and ‘search-and-rescue expert’ Tom Lupshu, claims, ‘Biologists aren’t sure if there’s been a stunning decline in the herd or if other factors have skewed the tally.’ Lupshu also said that helium releases in the area are 1,000 times above normal levels, and accused the US Geological Survey of not reporting small quakes occurring near the volcano.
‘Herds of bison running for their lives on the public roadways and they were not being chased or rounded up, the bison were running down the mountain slopes onto roadways running right past a filming crew,’ he added. ‘They detect something vast and deadly. The Yellowstone Supervolcano is the only thing there that would fit the bill.’
The supervolcano – which was found last year to be 2.5 times larger than previously thought – has not erupted in over 640,000 years, leaving some to speculate that a blast is overdue. If and when it erupts again, the volcano could potentially spew ash over large swathes of North America and cause trouble around the entire planet.
‘It would be a global event,’ Jamie Farrell of the University of Utah told the Associated Press last year. ‘There would be a lot of destruction and a lot of impacts around the globe.'” Read more.
Flashback: Is the Yellowstone Supervolcano Due For An Eruption? – “If the volcano located under Yellowstone National Park were to erupt, there would be catastrophic consequences. Scientists claim that a trace of ash and soot would cover almost all of the United States. The volcanic material lifted into the sky would block out the sun for a period of time, causing a global temperature decrease. The ash, combined with lower temperatures, would kill most crops—leading to a nationwide food crisis. ” Read more.
‘Noah’ Movie Is An Insult To Bible-Believing Christians And, Most Of All, An Insult To God
We can eat food that is 99% healthy and just 1% poison, but seemingly healthy food will not strengthen the body while poison destroys it. And poison, evidently, is what this movie is full of …
2 Timothy 3:16a, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction …”
By Ken Ham, Time – “As a Creationist and also a believer in the historical account of Noah and the Flood, I agree with atheist Darren Aronofsky’s statement about his just-released film ‘Noah’: It is the ‘least biblical’ of Bible-themed films. Any other agreement I have with the filmmaker’s take on the book of Genesis and its account of Noah ends right there. Further, I told a group of pastors earlier today that because I found ‘Noah’ to be a boring 2½ hour movie, it may be the worst film I’ve ever seen.
Except for some of the names in the movie, like Noah, his sons’ names, and Methuselah, hardly any remnant of the Bible’s account of the Flood in Genesis 6-9 is recognizable. Yes, there is an Ark in the film that is true to the massive biblical proportions, but it did not look like a seaworthy vessel. There were many animals that came to Noah and went on board the Ark, but there were far too many creatures crammed inside and certainly many more than were needed. Also, while the extreme wickedness of man was depicted, the real sin displayed in the film was the people’s destruction of the earth. Lost within the film’s extreme environmentalist message is that the actual sins of the pre-Flood people were a rebellion against God and also man’s inhumanity to man.
Noah’s misanthropy is revealed many times in the film. For example, when the girlfriend of Noah’s son Ham is caught in a trap and is about to be overtaken by some marauders, Noah leaves the girl to die at their hands. The film’s Noah wants to totally destroy the human race and doesn’t want his sons to have children. In perhaps the most shocking part of the film, Noah plans to kill his unborn grandchild, the child of Shem’s wife, if it is a girl. As Noah values his animals on board more than people and rants about it, he becomes a psychopath. Hollywood’s Noah is not the righteous man described in Hebrews 11 and other scriptures.
Even putting aside the movie’s scene that presents evolution’s alleged progression of simple animals to humans, I noted pagan elements in ‘Noah.’ His grandfather Methuselah is something of a witch doctor. In addition, Noah gets the idea of building the Ark after drinking a magical potion.
Ultimately, there is barely a hint of biblical fidelity in this film. It is an unbiblical, pagan film from its start. It opens with: ‘In the beginning there was nothing.’ The Bible opens with, ‘In the beginning God.’ That difference helps sum up the problem I have with the film. The Bible is about the true God of creation; the movie does not present the true God of the Bible.

Muslim Apologists Concerned About The Growing Response To So-Called Scientific Evidences For The Qur’an
2 Thessalonians 2:9-10, “The coming of the [lawless one] is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.”
Qur’an Sura 3:54, “… Allah is the best of the deceivers.”
By David Wood, Answering Muslims – “Some Muslims will say anything in defense of Islam, and some people are so gullible that they convert to Islam after hearing a load of outright deception.
For the past few decades, Muslims have been relying heavily on so-called ‘scientific evidences’ for the divine inspiration of the Qur’an. The claim is that, because the Qur’an contains numerous scientifically accurate statements that couldn’t have been known by Muhammad, the Qur’an must be the Word of Allah.
The problem is that the Qur’an doesn’t contain a single scientifically accurate statement that couldn’t have been known by Muhammad. Indeed, the Qur’an contains precisely the sort of nonsensical material we would expect from a seventh-century illiterate caravan trader.
For instance, the Qur’an claims that the sun sets in a muddy pool (18:86), that semen is formed between the backbone and ribs (86:6-7), that the earth is flat (88:20), that there are seven earths (65:12), that the sun orbits the earth (36:38-40), that human embryos are blood-clots (22:5), that the sky would fall on the earth if Allah didn’t hold it up (22:65), and that stars are missiles that Allah uses to shoot demons who try to sneak into heaven (37:6-10; 67:5).
Some critics of Islam are catching on to the deceptive tactics of certain Muslim apologists, and have begun correcting the propaganda. Muslim apologists like Dawahman and Hamza Tzortzis are concerned:
Oops: Senior Saudi Cleric Confirms The Qur’an Teaches That The Sun Revolves Around The Earth
Qur’an Sura 5:101a, “O ye who believe! Ask not questions about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble …”
If the “holy” Qur’an were truly holy it would need to be divine in origin. To be divine in origin would necessitate that any and all its claims be free from error, be they historical or scientific. Science has shown us that the sun does not set in a spring of murky water. The Qur’an says otherwise (Sura 18:86). Science has confirmed that the earth is spherical. The Qur’an says otherwise (Sura 2:22, 15:19, 50:7, 78:6-7, 88:20). Science discovered that the stars are not close to us. The Qur’an says otherwise (Sura 37:6). Science discovered that the moon does not emit light but rather reflects it. The Qur’an says otherwise (Sura 71:16). Science discovered that the earth did not exist before the creation of the universe. The Qur’an says otherwise (Sura 2:29). Science discovered that male sperm comes from the testicles, not from between the backbone and the ribs. The Qur’an says otherwise (Sura 86:6-7). Science discovered that flesh is formed before bones. The Qur’an, yet again, says otherwise (Sura 23:14). We can go on and on, but these blatant errors alone — embarrassing errors that Muslims are forced to somehow reinterpret, rationalize and otherwise explain away — all beg the question: What else in the “holy” Qur’an wrong about? …

That is the determination of the All-Powerful, the All-Knowing.’ Does the sun revolve around the earth? [Cleric]: There is no doubt about it. No word on whether or not they’re working to replicate the Cyberdyne Systems Model 101. President Obama’s Brother Declares His Intent To Destroy Israel
For peaceful purposes, of course. Even though the article notes up front that President Obama may not be his brother’s keeper, the President himself certainly believes that he is. And it may be true in more ways than one. Given the fact that the President believes an Israeli pull back to pre-1967 borders should be the basis for the creation of a Palestinian state certainly seems to advocate similar intent: For “peace” Israel must first be destroyed …

By Thomas Lifson, American Thinker – “President Obama may not be his brother’s keeper, but he certainly has honored his half-brother Malik. When he married Michelle Robinson, his best man was Malik. And the president of the Barack H. Obama Foundation? None other than Malik. And that very foundation was fast-tracked to nonprofit status approval at the same time that Tea Party affiliates were being grilled on the content of their prayers.
The Barack H. Obama Foundation was fast-tracked to IRS tax-exempt status at the same time that the IRS was abusing numerous Tea Party and conservative groups. While those groups’ tax-exempt applications were taking two years and mountains of paperwork and invasive queries about their memberships and activities, the Barack H. Obama Foundation won its status in just 30 days. That status was back-dated 38 months, which is against the law.
So when Malik Obama posts a picture of himself to the Foundation website, it carries a certain presidential imprimatur. Bryan Preston of PJ Media posted it:

An Obama Nation: Wall Street Advisor Says Actual Unemployment Rate Is 37.2%, ‘Misery Index’ Worst In 40 Years

By Paul Bedard, Washington Examiner – “Don’t believe the happy talk coming out of the White House, Federal Reserve and Treasury Department when it comes to the real unemployment rate and the true ‘Misery Index.’ Because, according to an influential Wall Street advisor, the figures are a fraud.
In a memo to clients provided to Secrets, David John Marotta calculates the actual unemployment rate of those not working at a sky-high 37.2 percent, not the 6.7 percent advertised by the Fed, and the Misery Index at over 14, not the 8 claimed by the government.
Marotta, who recently advised those worried about an imploding economy to get a gun, said that the government isn’t being honest in how it calculates those out of the workforce or inflation, the two numbers used to get the Misery Index figure.
‘The unemployment rate only describes people who are currently working or looking for work,’ he said. That leaves out a ton more.
‘Unemployment in its truest definition, meaning the portion of people who do not have any job, is 37.2 percent. This number obviously includes some people who are not or never plan to seek employment. But it does describe how many people are not able to, do not want to or cannot find a way to work. Policies that remove the barriers to employment, thus decreasing this number, are obviously beneficial,’ he and colleague Megan Russell in their new investors note from their offices in Charlottesville, Va.
They added that ‘officially-reported unemployment numbers decrease when enough time passes to discourage the unemployed from looking for work. A decrease is not necessarily beneficial; an increase is clearly detrimental.’
Then there is the Misery Index, which is a calculation based in inflation and unemployment, both numbers the duo say are underscored by the government. He said that the Index doesn’t properly calculate how Uncle Sam is propping up the economy with bond purchases and other actions.
‘These tricks, along with a host of other dubious accounting schemes, underreport inflation by about 3 percent,’ they wrote, adding that the official inflation rate is just 1.24 percent.
‘Today, the Misery Index would be 7.54 using official numbers,’ they wrote. But if calculations tabulating the full national unemployment including discouraged workers, which is 10.2 percent, and the historical method of calculating inflation, which is now 4.5 percent, ‘the current misery index is closer to 14.7, worse even than during the Ford administration.'” Source – Washington Examiner.
Michigan: Christian College Establishes Interfaith Prayer Room For Muslims
The “prophet” of Islam said that war was deceit. Thus we see Sharia Creep. We see Stealth Jihad. It’s all around us. Western Muslims will often praise the idea of “equality” when a conciliatory gesture grants them the opportunity to pray and elevate the Qur’an in a non-Muslim institution, but through all the propitious language and celebratory charade one thing remains abundantly clear: Non-Muslims have never been, nor will they ever be, considered equal to superior Muslims. Marygrove College is either woefully unaware, or simply doesn’t care, about what is being taught within the very Qur’an they’ve now accepted in their midst …
Qur’an Sura 8:55, “Surely the vilest of animals in Allah’s sight are those who disbelieve [non-Muslims] …”
Qur’an Sura 3:110, “Ye [Muslims] are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind …”
Qur’an Sura 8:12b, “… terrorize and behead those who believe in scriptures other than the Qur’an.”
Qur’an Sura 4:171, “O People of the Book [Christians], exceed not the limits in your religion or speak anything about Allah, but the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, is only a messenger of Allah … Allah is only one God. Far be it from His glory to have a son …”
Qur’an Sura 4:157, “And [for] their saying, ‘Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.’ And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them…”
1 Timothy 4:1, “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons …”
2 Timothy 4:4, “And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
By Ali Harb, The Arab American News – “Marygrove College, a private Catholic school, has established an interfaith prayer room, which will serve as a space for prayer for Muslim students. Marygrove’s president and staff, along with students and representatives from the Muslim community, celebrated on Wednesday Jan. 15, the grand opening of the room, reflecting the college’s diversity.
President of Marygrove College Dr. David Fike said the celebration of the interfaith prayer room is ‘symbolic’ of our coming together as diverse communities and individuals in the journey of life.
Imam Hassan Al-Qazwini of the Islamic Center of America stressed the common spiritual goal of all religions.
‘All roads lead to god,’ he said. ‘We worship him in different languages, and he’s the one who understands all languages. By celebrating the grand opening of this chapel, we are celebrating our commonalities. And I’m sure our commonalities outnumber our differences.’
Alia Zeidan, a Marygrove graduate, started attending the college in 2008. She said it was hard for her to drive 30 minutes to Dearborn to pray when she had morning and afternoon classes.
Zeidan proposed the idea of the prayer room in 2011 at a business class.
‘We have chapels in the school. I thought to myself why can’t Muslim students have a place to pray,’ she said. ‘I talked to [director of campus ministry] brother Jesse Cox about the issue, especially that the number of Muslims on campus was growing because of the soccer scholarships and the international studies program.’
Zeidan said she did not actively push the project, as she was busy with her academic life. But at the same, the school was following through with the proposal.
Janice Machusak, Marygrove’s director of mission integration, voiced Zeidan’s demands to the school’s leadership. The college consulted community organizations in Dearborn to pick an appropriate room.
In the Fall semester of 2013, which was Zeidan’s last, the room became available to students. Zeidan said she raised about $600 for rugs, prayer dresses and Qurans for the room.
‘I was very excited. I wanted to see it happen before I left,’ she said. ‘This room makes us feel equal. They have a place to pray; we have a place to pray. We believe in the unity of all religions. This school is like a family. You never feel alienated because of your faith.'” Read more.

New Jersey: Muslim Freed From Pipe At Water Treatment Plant, Faces Criminal Charges
An article in Al-Qaeda’s “Inspire” magazine recently included instructions detailing how water supplies could be poisoned by wannabe jihadists. Unfortunately, the article apparently failed to mention that aspiring terrorists would likely require an IQ of 70 or higher to have any chance of success. In all seriousness, it seems to me this gentleman would have been better off smoking a pipe than trying to meander his way through one …
Qur’an Sura 3:110, “Ye [Muslims] are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind …”
By Robert Spencer, Jihad Watch – “He ‘purposely climbed a six-foot fence with three or four layers of barbed wire on top.’ What could have been his motivation? Determined tourism? Extreme thirst?
The jihad threat to the water supply is real. And as far back as 2002, the feds arrested two jihadis who were carrying plans about how to poison water supplies. In 2003, al-Qaeda threatened to poison water supplies in Western countries. In 2011, a jihadi in Spain likewise planned to poison water supplies.
And in May 2013, seven Muslim ‘chemical engineers’ were caught trespassing at the Quabbin Reservoir, a key supply of water for Boston, after midnight. Only months later and indirectly did we hear that it was a ‘criminal matter.’ That same month, jihadists were caught in Canada who had considered poisoning air and water to murder up to 100,000 people.
‘Trespasser Freed From Pipe At United Water Plant In New Jersey, Faces Criminal Charges,’ from CBS New York, January 17 (thanks to G):
MANALAPAN, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) – Rescuers have freed a man who had been stuck for hours in a pipe at a water treatment plant in New Jersey.Officials told CBS 2 around 11:30 a.m. that 26-year-old Asef Mohamed, of Manalapan, had been freed and airlifted to an area hospital. He was 10 to 12 feet down the pipe, which was not in use, WCBS 880′s Levon Putney reported.
United Water spokesman Rich Henning said Mohamed broke into the plant that treats and pumps water for the township of Manalapan. Workers heard cries for help coming from the pipe around 7 a.m. Friday.
“This was a person that purposely climbed a six-foot fence with three or four layers of barbed wire on top,” Henning said.
United Water officials said they have no idea why Mohamed did it, but are now looking at ways to tighten up security, Putney reported.
Manalapan police announced Friday afternoon that Mohamed is being charged with fourth-degree criminal trespassing and may face additional charges as the investigation continues, CBS 2′s Steve Langford reported.
Henning said the outflow pipe is used for cleaning a storage facility and is no more than 24 inches wide. He said the water quality was not affected by the incident.
Manalapan’s mayor told CBS 2 the town is considering the possibility of having Mohamed pay for the cost of the rescue operation.
Iowa Church ‘Dialogue On Islam’ Ignores Muslim Persecution Of Christians
Just like most Christian churches in the West …
1 Timothy 4:1, “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons …”
Ephesians 5:11, “Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”
2 Corinthians 6:14b-15a, “… For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Belial?”

By Robert Spencer, Jihad Watch – “Sessions like these usually feature a smiling, soft-spoken local imam, but this one seems to be conducted solely by an academic who appears to be non-Muslim. Nonetheless, whenever people start talking about ‘misconceptions’ of Islam in contexts like this, they mean, ‘You see Islamic jihadists justifying violence and terror by referring to Islamic texts and teachings, but don’t believe your lying eyes. Believe me when I tell you that Islam teaches peace and those jihadists are misunderstanders of Islam. Only racists and bigots think there is a jihad threat, or that counter-terror operations are needed.’
However, the worst part of this is that no mention is made whatsoever of the Muslim persecution of Christians, which is one of those ‘world events’ that ‘play out around the globe’ that make people want to know about Islam in the first place. But we know that there are many Christians who think it best not to speak about such matters, and abandon Christians in Muslim countries to their fate: ‘Talk about extreme, militant Islamists and the atrocities that they have perpetrated globally might undercut the positive achievements that we Catholics have attained in our inter-religious dialogue with devout Muslims.’ — Robert McManus, Roman Catholic Bishop of Worcester, Massachusetts, February 8, 2013
‘Church Dialogue on Islam,’ from CBS2/Fox28, January 12 (thanks to Maxwell):
CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (CBS2/FOX28) – While world events play out around the globe, it can be hard to fully grasp the role that religion plays. One local church is helping people better understand the world around them, but not exclusively through Christianity.“Welcome to Christ Episcopal Church if you’re visiting. This is our Tour of Islam,” said Adult Formation Leader at Christ Episcopal Church Charles Crawley.
Islam is one of the world’s largest religions, accounting for about 20 % of the earth’s population.
But, “people are just trying to understand what it is, because we just don’t have a good basic understanding,” said Crawley.
Kirkwood Professor of Religion Dr. Peter Jauhiainen says people often narrowly define the religion.
“That provides a distorted understanding of what it’s all about,” said Dr. Jauhiainen. So Christ Episcopal Church organized its Tour of Islam. The idea is to help people of all faiths have a better understanding of world events and other religions.
“We, it seems to me, operate on rumors, on information from people who don’t have a complete understanding,” said Doug Anderson.
Those misconceptions can easily affect how we understand the world around us, both past and present.
“The other thing I remember from ’73 is the Arab Oil Embargo. Most of us are old enough to remember 25-cent gas,” said Dr. Jauhiainen.
Organizers say knowing more about our surroundings often leads to knowing more about other people, but simple tolerance isn’t enough.
“Tolerance is lower on the diversity scale if you want to speak that way. But to move to acceptance, approval and affirmation of people that are different than us,” said Crawley.
“I’m more concerned about understanding broad ideas and movements and changing attitudes, that’s more important,” said Dr. Jauhiainen.

Ariel Sharon Has Died, Late Jewish Rabbi Said Messiah Would Return After Former PM’s Death
Former Prime Minister of Israel, Ariel Sharon, has died. One of the Jewish world’s most revered religious leaders, Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri, claimed just before his own death in 2006 that he was visited by the Messiah. According to Rabbi Kaduri, he was told that the Messiah would not return until after the death of Ariel Sharon. Kaduri also wrote a note revealing the name of the Messiah that was not to be opened until one year after his death. In 2007 the note was opened, spelling out Yehoshua as the name of the Messiah. The name of Yehoshua is theophoric (bearing the name of God) and is the longform version of the Hebrew name of Yeshua (which means “salvation”), or Jesus in English. According to some, “Yehoshua” also means “YHWH’s Gift” …
Matthew 1:21, “She shall bring forth a son. You shall call his name Yeshua, for it is he who shall save his people from their sins” (HNV).
Romans 6:23, “… the free gift of God is eternal life in Messiah Yeshua our Lord” (HNV).

WND – “Sharon’s death is of interest to mystics in Israel as well as prophecy buffs around the world because of the prediction by Kaduri. Carl Gallups authored the book ‘The Rabbi Who Found Messiah’ and inspired a movie on the subject of the same name in late 2013.
In 2007, Kaduri, the most famous rabbi in Israel’s modern history, at 108 years old, left a cryptic death note revealing the name of the long-awaited Messiah. Within a year after the rabbi’s death, the note was reported to have been verified as authentic by some of Kaduri’s closest followers and then placed on Kaduri’s own website.
The purported Kaduri message proclaimed that Messiah’s name was Yehoshua, or Jesus.
It shocked the religious world.
Shortly thereafter the furor began. The note immediately disappeared from Kaduri’s website. The media refused to report further on the matter.
The Kaduri family, and several others close to the Kaduri ministry, began to claim that the note was a forgery or a mere fabrication – a cruel joke.
Gallups, an American pastor and former police officer, used his detective skills to piece the mystery together in ‘The Rabbi Who Found Messiah: The Story of Yitzhak Kaduri and His Prophecies of the Endtime,’ a book and movie combination that has reignited the controversy surrounding his prediction about the Messiah and Sharon.
Chuck Missler, founder of Koinonia House ministry, says that in the book, Gallups ‘explodes one of the biggest bombshells of our lifetime. ‘Many who have examined Kaduri’s prophecy have interpreted the urgent feel of it to mean that Messiah might appear very shortly after Sharon’s death,’ said Gallups. ‘This sense of urgency was strengthened by the fact that for several years prior to his death, Kaduri made several pronouncements of Messiah’s imminent return.'” Read more.
