Memorandum Of Misunderstanding: US President Donald Trump Abandons Israel, Betrays Iranian Protesters To Pursue Fake Peace Deal … While Turkey Vows To “Take Back” Jerusalem

06/17/2026 Leave a comment

Watching from the sidelines for the last four months, recent developments have become a real headscratcher. One thing that has become increasingly clear, however, is that US President Donald Trump doesn’t seem to fully understand the type of people he is dealing with in Iran. On February 28th, 2026, Trump announced to the Iranian people protesting against the Ayatollah and his Islamist regime — a regime that had just slaughtered tens of thousands of its own people — that “the hour of your freedom is at hand.” At the onset of Operation Epic Fury, the Islamist beast in Iran had even appeared to receive a headwound that it would never recover from. Trump’s words of encouragement to Iranian protesters exemplified his belief that the elimination of the Ayatollah and top Iranian leadership would quickly spell the end of the regime. Fast forward to today, and though weakened militarily, the Iranian regime still remains and with a mouth that is just as loud and boastful as ever. To the detriment of the Iranian protesters hoping for freedom, the regime’s closure of the Strait of Hormuz, rising oil prices and upcoming mid-term elections in America have exposed Donald Trump’s lack of resolve, forcing the US President to live up to his TACO “Trump Always Chickens Out” sobriquet from critics.

Instead of President Trump using overwhelming and unrelenting military force to finish the job he started, Trump’s short-sightedness believed that an overwhelming and unrelenting war of words would force the regime to crumble. They haven’t. Now, in a continual state of myopia, Trump has instead opted to reward the Iranian beast with concessions and allow it to remain in power, as long as they promise to behave. If this is indeed now Trump’s plan, it is a betrayal of Israel’s national security as well as the freedom-loving protesters of Iran, a betrayal made entirely under the pretense of a feigned “peace deal” with a Satanic, apocalyptic death cult that is ideologically incapable of actually living peacefully and which remains literally hell-bent on the destruction of the “Zionist entity” by any means necessary (and more so now than ever before). Donald Trump is so determined to save face and present himself as both a “peace” maker and “deal” maker to end the war and bring down oil prices that he is willing to risk showing the Islamic world the one thing that puts Israel in even greater harms way than before the war began: American weakness.

If this is truly the end of the current conflict with Iran, it exudes a lack of resolve on the part of Israel’s one and only true ally and serves nothing but to embolden Israel’s enemies and those who hate her — a message that sends signals to one of Israel’s most avowed enemies in particular — that America will no longer be the defender of the one and only Jewish state. If America has now chosen to watch from the sidelines under the pretense of of a deal promising “peace and security” then Israel may be left to fend for herself. And if Israel’s enemies believe that she has now been left to fend for herself, we can expect a whole new storm front to soon develop from the north, one that will also be brewing in the name of “peace and security” …

The Washington Institute For Near East Policy: Trump Told Iranians To Keep Protesting. Then He Abandoned Their Cause – “As reports emerged that the United States and Iran were finalizing a memorandum of understanding, the Iran-based dissident rapper Toomaj Salehi posted a short video reacting to the news—and his continued opposition to the Islamic Republic. ‘Iran’s freedom has never been dependent on the will of another country,’ he said. ‘So this path won’t reach a dead end—whether through war, an agreement or even the support of other countries.’ Defiantly, he noted, ‘Iran’s freedom-seekers are still alive.’

While the world waits for details of the agreement electronically signed this week, what’s sinking in for some Iranians is the realization that regardless of who occupied the White House — Democrat or Republican — during the 47 years of the Islamic Republic, Iranians who joined in cyclical anti-regime protests were, in the end, fighting alone. And today, Iranians are worse off than they have been in decades.

Anti-regime Iranians have been on an emotional roller coaster for months. Protests that began in late December turned into a bloody January uprising in which security forces killed thousands of civilians. President Donald Trump urged the Iranian people on Jan. 13 to keep protesting, promising that ‘help is on its way.’ Many of those Iranians who took to the streets — some of whom openly called for multilateral foreign intervention because they realized they couldn’t overthrow their oppressors alone — have endured countless hardships over the past 15 tumultuous weeks. Meanwhile, they watched as U.S. officials negotiated with the regime that had slaughtered fellow Iranians, including children, and even said they would be honored to meet those leaders…” Read more.

In the world of Bible prophecy, sometimes you don’t need to connect the dots. Dots sometimes have a way of connecting themselves. During an iftar event in Ankara on Thursday 2/19/2026, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan reinforced a doctrine of unilateral, cross-border security operations, boasting about how Turkey’s military prowess proactively neutralizes threats to national security at the source and would do so “without seeking permission from anyone.” But make no mistake about it. While on the surface this message was directed at the PKK in Turkey and Syria, what lies beneath was Erdoğan‘s direct warning to the “greatest threat” of all to regional peace and security: Israel

Yenişafak English – “President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan affirmed Türkiye’s proactive security doctrine Thursday, stating that Ankara neutralizes threats at their source beyond national borders without seeking external permission. Speaking at an iftar program with families of martyrs at Çankaya Mansion, Erdoğan emphasized that Türkiye now takes all necessary steps both within and beyond its frontiers to ensure national security.

Erdoğan reported significant advances in the 16-month-old ‘terror-free Türkiye’ initiative, noting a ‘serious decrease in security risks directed at our country, both within and beyond our borders.’ He expressed determination to permanently rid Türkiye of the terrorist scourge that has ‘burned the hearts of our nation for nearly half a century,’ crediting operations by armed forces and security units for severely restricting terrorist organizations’ mobility.

The president highlighted Türkiye’s defense industry evolution from approximately 80% foreign dependency to nearly 80% domestic production capability. ‘Today, we can meet almost all our needs ourselves in nearly every field, including uncrewed aerial vehicles, armed UAVs, missiles, rockets, ships, helicopters and tanks,’ Erdoğan stated, adding that fighter jets and aircraft carriers represent the next frontier. This self-sufficiency underpins Türkiye’s capacity for autonomous security operations.

Erdoğan noted positive developments in neighboring Syria, revealing that an agreement was reached last month to resolve the situation in northern Syria without bloodshed, with the process toward full integration now underway.” Read more.

Turkish President Erdoğan Calls Israel The “Greatest Threat” To Regional, Global Security – “Israel is the ‘greatest threat’ to the region’s stability and security, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Saturday in a phone call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. President Erdogan said ‘Israel, under the Netanyahu administration, poses the greatest threat to the region’s stability and security, and this has been reaffirmed through its recent attack on Iran,’ Türkiye’s Communications Directorate said in a statement on X… The Turkish president said ‘the international community’s silence in the face of the occupation and genocide in Palestine has emboldened Israel in its lawless and aggressive actions.’ … He added that the attacks, which caused nuclear leaks, once again revealed ‘how irresponsibly Israel threatens both regional and global security.'” Read more.

Turkish President Erdoğan Lambasts Israel For Undermining Stability In Syria – “The Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has lambasted Israel for undermining stability in neighbouring Syria… ‘Turkey will not allow Syria to be dragged into a new vortex of instability,’ Erdoğan told attendees at the Antalya diplomacy forum on the southern Turkish coast, accusing Israel of ‘trying to undermine the 8 December revolution’, in reference to the insurgency that toppled the former Syrian president Bashar al-Assad after decades in power… Tensions between Israel and Turkey have grown since Assad’s overthrow, peaking after Israeli forces pounded three military bases across Syria with airstrikes… Turkish officials have established fast ties with Damascus, while negotiating a reported defence pact that could see Turkish forces using Syrian airspace and establishing bases on the ground.” Read more.

Former Israeli PM: Turkey Is The New Iran, ‘A Sophisticated And Dangerous Adversary Who Seeks To Encircle Israel’

And encircle it will. “Turkey is the new Iran” is a sentiment that has been blowing in the geopolitical winds for some time. It isn’t something that former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennet suddenly pulled out of thin air. Bennet, like many in Israel’s political, military and security echelon, has been paying attention to the words emanating out of Ankara and the Turkish media for many years. If there’s one thing the Jewish people have learned from the Hebrew scriptures, it’s the importance of paying attention to what’s being written on the proverbial wall. And it turns out that the message coming into focus loud and clear today is one that was written thousands of years ago. Prophecy is in motion …

Israel National News – “Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett addressed the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations on Tuesday in Jerusalem, touching on regional threats and internal Israeli challenges.

Speaking about Turkey, Bennett warned that ‘a new Turkish threat is emerging’ and declared that ‘Turkey is the new Iran.’ He described Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as ‘a sophisticated and dangerous adversary who seeks to encircle Israel.’

Bennett stated that Qatar and Turkey are ‘nourishing an Islamic Brotherhood monster that eventually might be as dangerous as the one created by Iran.’ He added that Turkey and Qatar are gaining influence in Syria, Gaza and elsewhere, ‘surrounding us with a new choke ring.’

According to Bennett, Turkey is attempting to turn Saudi Arabia against Israel and establish what he called a hostile Sunni axis with a nuclear Pakistan. ‘We must act, in different ways but simultaneously, against the threat from Tehran and against the hostility of Ankara,’ he said…” Read more.

Trump’s “Board Of Peace” Inches Forward… And It’s An Islamist Trojan Horse In The Making

“Giving Turkey a role in Gaza’s future is a strategic mistake that will sooner or later, reborn Hamas or end up with a new militia with Hamas’s goals, with another name.” – Howidy Hamza, Gaza-born Peace & Human Rights Advocate

Successful real estate developers are often visionary, prescient thinkers who are able to instinctively recognize the type of people they can trust to be in partnership with. For a former real estate developer who knows how to play a good political game of 4D chess, watching US President Trump seemingly so oblivious to the foregone conclusions of partnering with an avowed enemy of the “Zionist occupiers” for Gaza’s “Board of Peace” is baffling. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan — who has long desired to be viewed as the leader of the Islamic world — is repeatedly on record threatening to invade Israel, vowing to punish Israel, calling upon the surrounding nations to unite and attack Israel and declaring that Israel’s coming destruction will be Allah’s divine punishment. Real peace with “Zionists” is not in Erdogan’s vocabulary. With so many other Islamic nations of the same mind when it comes to the future of Israel, the only peace that Erdogan and his ilk envision is one that eventually precludes any Jewish presence whatsoever from the river to the sea. It is, therefore, no surprise to see the leadership of Hamas — brothers in the same Islamist Jew-hating faith with Erdogan — reportedly now telling agencies in Gaza to prepare to “cede power” as part of Trump’s “peace” plan. Something much more sinister is happening behind the scenes. Keep watching. The wheels of prophecy are spinning …

By Uzay Bulut, Gatestone Institute – “After supporting the Hamas terrorist group for more than a decade, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, along with US President Donald J. Trump, now reportedly plan for Turkey to be part of the international ‘Board of Peace’ that will operate in Gaza.

‘The deployment of Turkish forces in Gaza is bad news,’ notes journalist Christine Douglass-Williams:

“Consider that Erdogan has referenced Hamas as a ‘liberation organization,’ hosted its leadership in Ankara, and granted them Turkish passports. Turkey and Qatar are well-known Muslim Brotherhood supporters. With Turkey also supporting Syrian jihadist President Ahmed al-Sharaa, as well as its increased partnership with Iran and the fact that it considers the Taliban a friend, Israel is left worse off than when Hamas managed Gaza, given the sheer power of Turkey (which is increasing)….

“The deployment of Turkish forces in Gaza and the sale of F-35s to Erdogan are not policy ideas but a method: regional management through personal deals and assurances rather than hard reality. Trump himself illustrated this approach when he dismissed the issue as if it were a neighborhood misunderstanding: Israel ‘will be fine’ and Turkey ‘won’t use them against you’. This is not policy; it is a dangerous assumption. In the Middle East, it does not work.”

Palestinian journalist Hamza Howidy warned:

“It seems that Turkey, despite its public ties to Hamas, led by Erdogan, who recently described Hamas as a ‘liberation movement,’ will be somehow part of Gaza’s ceasefire; trucks with Turkish flags were spotted today in the Gaza Strip.

“Giving Turkey a role in Gaza’s future is a strategic mistake that will sooner or later, reborn Hamas or end up with a new militia with Hamas’s goals, with another name.”

The ‘Gaza peace deal,’ brokered by Trump in September, envisions an international force that will see to it that Hamas is completely disarmed while effectively presiding over areas now controlled by the terrorist organization. This means that Trump is actually expecting that these international countries — all Hamas’s fellow Muslims, Muslim Brotherhood supporters, and dedicated opponents of Israel – will actually force Hamas to disarm and live quietly side-by-side in harmony with Israel, a state that, at some point, they all have indicated they would like to see destroyed.

In a January 5 interview with Bloomberg, Erdogan stated that the success of a so-called international stabilization force in Gaza would ‘depend on the inclusion of actors with legitimacy on the ground.’ From Erdogan’s own words, it should be easy to tell whom he regards as illegitimate. It is not the Palestinians. Erdogan added:

“You will appreciate that, in this sense, it would be difficult for any mechanism without Türkiye to gain the trust of the Palestinian people. We are in the position of a key country for such a mission due to our deep historical ties with the Palestinian side, the security and diplomacy channels we have conducted with Israel in the past [evidently very much in the past, before he began sending flotillas with weapons to attack Israel. Ed.], and our regional influence as a NATO member country. Our political will is clear; we stand ready to take on any responsibility for a lasting peace in Gaza.” [Emphasis added]

Erdogan’s regime, however, through its continuous support for Hamas, has not brought a lasting peace; it has brought lasting terrorism. Erdogan’s own words reveal his intentions…” Read more.

Will Iran Fall? Islamic Republic Says It’s “Ready For War” With Israel & America As Regime Clings To Power, Internet Is Shutdown Nationwide And Mass Protests Rock The Nation

01/08/2026 7 comments

The sea and the waves can be unpredictable. One moment they’re relatively calm and peaceful, the next they’re the deadly product of tumultuous winds. Today, a Persian tempest against Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his Islamist regime is underway as the sea and the waves roar in force once again. There are rumors of IRGC defections, Iranian elites preparing contingencies abroad and the Supreme Leader himself ready to flee to Moscow if demonstrations continue to spread. Protesters are likely hearing rumors themselves of an imminent collapse. But will the regime fall? If the regime shows too much weakness then the protests are likely to spread, not diminish. If the regime shows too much force then President Donald Trump may make good on his threat to attack the regime directly. Handling demonstrations with the “utmost restraint” and hoping it eventually peters out is, for now, the only conceivable path forward for the Islamist regime as it hangs by a delicate thread. But that can change, quickly.

In light of Bible prophecy, the question of whether the theocratic regime in Iran falls is an interesting unknown. What we know for certain from Ezekiel 38 and 39, however, is that forces from Iran will in some way, shape or form take part in the upcoming battle of Gog and Magog. The writing is already on the wall. Turkey will take the lead and be the head of the spear, but whether Iran’s participation is driven militarily by officials still in power or unofficially by a mass of Islamist mujahideen from a split and fractured Iran who remain loyal to the Ayatollah’s apocalyptic Islamist vision to destroy the “Zionist regime” remains to be seen. Though a majority of Iranians believe the government should abandon its call to destroy Israel, about 30% of Iran — a nation with an estimated population of 92 million — arguably supports the Ayatollah and his apocalyptic vision. That’s no small number to scoff at.

Bible prophecy is often cryptic by design and can be fulfilled in ways we don’t expect. However it plays out, Iranians and others from the nations surrounding Israel will certainly partake in the upcoming war against the Jewish state. While the sea and the waves roar today, larger clouds of chaos continue to rise on the horizon and like sharks that follow scent trails carried by the currents, the eschatological bloodlust of Islamists seeking the only guarantee of paradise in Islam — to kill Jews en masse and to die for the cause of Allah — will spur a chaotic and intense feeding frenzy as soon as they smell one hint of Jewish blood. Keep watching. Prophecy is in motion …

Gatestone Institute: Selling F-35s To Turkey Guarantees A New War Against Israel

12/15/2025 Leave a comment

Israeli security officials are warning that “Turkey is quietly working on a plan to encircle Israel.” From Libya and Sudan, meetings with Iranian military officials and its demand to deploy troops in Gaza in the name of regional “peace and security” and stability, plans against Israel are well underway behind the scenes. US President Donald Trump knows how to read, but when the writing on the wall differs from his own vision for Israel and the region, Trump believes he can rewrite the message. This time, however, the art of the deal is in Turkey’s court …

By Con Coughlin – “US President Donald Trump may believe that selling F-35 stealth warplanes to Turkey will help the country forge closer ties with the US at the expense of Russia. The reality, though, is that by providing such sophisticated fighter jets to a country that supports Hamas terrorists — and whose president recently said that ‘Israel will have no choice but to kneel in front of Turkey’ — Trump is merely stoking the flames of a future war aimed at destroying Israel.

Trump’s problematic relationship with Ankara dates back to his first term in the White House, when he removed Turkey from participation in the multinational F-35 programme after it purchased Russia’s supposed state-of-the-art S-400 air-defence system, which was designed with the express purpose of shooting down F-35 warplanes.

In recent months, though, Trump appears to have revised his previous decision, not least because he is under the impression that Turkey played a key role in helping to persuade Hamas to agree to Washington’s 20-point peace plan for ending the war in Gaza, and possibly his hope that Turkey might join his Abraham Accords.

Trump was gushing in his praise for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s role in securing the ceasefire. ‘President Erdogan was fantastic. He really helped a lot, because he’s very respected,’ Trump declared after Hamas finally agreed to sign up to the ceasefire.

Since then, Erdogan has worked hard to capitalise on his good standing in Washington, seeking to promote himself as a close ally of the US who can use his strong ties with Hamas to the Trump administration’s benefit.

Apart from being a staunch supporter of Hamas’s terrorist leadership, Erdogan is also on the record as stating that a future war between Turkey and Israel is a distinct possibility…

The Israelis are particularly concerned about Turkey receiving the warplanes so long as Erdogan remains in power.

Israeli security officials are warning that Turkey is quietly working on a plan to encircle Israel, extending its influence in countries such as Syria, in anticipation of a future conflict…” Read more.

Australia: Muslim Terrorists Open Fire In Broad Daylight During Jewish Hanukkah Celebration At Sydney’s Bondi Beach, Numerous Fatalities Reported

Australia has been going down under for years. Like so many nations all across the Western world, Australia’s immigration policies and myopic “leadership” has, for decades, openly invited scores of Muslims to immigrate and live alongside those whom the Qur’an says must be hated, fought against and killed. With chickens now coming home to roost we can, unsurprisingly, expect violent Islamic terrorism targeting both Jews and Christians to only increase in Australia and beyond as we approach the Second Coming of Jesus Christ …

The Times of Israel – “Two gunmen shot dead at least 15 people on Sunday at a Hanukkah event being held at Sydney’s Bondi Beach to mark the first night of the Jewish holiday, Australian authorities said, in one of the deadliest attacks targeting Jews outside Israel in decades and the worst on Jews abroad since Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attack.

Jewish leaders in Australia and Israeli officials described the deadly shooting as an outgrowth of rising antisemitism globally since October 7, 2023, with many accusing the Australian government of doing too little to protect the country’s Jewish community.

Australian officials declared the incident a terror attack, and the country’s prime minister vowed to ‘eradicate’ antisemitism.

Among those killed was Rabbi Eli Schlanger, an emissary of the Chabad Lubavitch movement who had worked there for 18 years, according to Chabad sources.

Authorities initially said on Sunday that 11 had been killed and 29 wounded, including two police officers. But Ryan Park, the health minister for the New South Wales state, where Sydney is located, told media on Monday morning that 16 people had died, including a child who had died of their wounds in a hospital, and that the number of wounded was ‘around 38.’ …

Jeremy Leibler, president of the Zionist Federation of Australia, said the attack would likely lead to a mass exodus of Australian Jews, many of whom had already been considering leaving the country.

‘This may be the worst attack on Jews anywhere in the world since October 7, and it’s the second-worst mass shooting in Australian history,’ he said. ‘I don’t know what happens now.’ …” Read more.

Israel Roasts Hamas, Exposes A Century Of Arab Rejection Of Peace

By Catherine Salgado, PJ Media – “From the Grand Mufti’s alignment with Hitler to the Hamas charter, and from the Arab invasion of 1948 to the Oct. 7 massacre, Israel has always tried to choose peace, and the Muslim Arabs have always insisted on destroying it.

The Israeli foreign ministry packed nearly a hundred years of Arabs rejecting peace to destroy Israel into a little over a minute of hard-hitting video. Israel is not the reason Hamas has repeatedly violated the ceasefire or the Palestinian Authority is still rewarding terrorists through pay-for-slay. This conflict has roots going all the way back to the founding of Islam and its inherent command to Jihad…

A cycle emerged even before Israel’s modern rebirth on the lands it held in ancient times by God’s divine grant (Joshua 1:4, Genesis 17:8), centuries before Islam was invented. From the early 20th century on, and especially after Israel’s re-founding, the Muslim Arabs are always offered a deal more favorable to them than to the Jews (hence the creation of Jordan). The Arabs refuse the deal, and immediately or soon after launch a war against Israel…” Read more.

US Secretary Of State Marco Rubio: The Islamic World Is Up To Something Way Bigger Than We Think …

12/05/2025 Leave a comment

How do you tell someone about the beast in the Book of Revelation without saying “the beast in the Book of Revelation”? Whether he realizes it or not, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio did an excellent job of it during a recent interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News …

Revelation 13:15-18, “And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. And it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate [ψηφίζω – ‘reckon’] the number [ἀριθμός – ‘multitude’ of people] of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is [χξς – ‘In The Name of Allah’ in Arabic].”

Revelation 17:16, “… the beast will hate the prostitute [whore of Babylon]. They will make her desolate and naked, and devour her flesh and burn her up with fire…”

Secretary Rubio: “Radical Islam has shown that their desire is not simply to occupy one part of the world and be happy with their own little caliphate. They want to expand… It seeks to expand and control more territories and more people… And they are prepared to conduct acts of terrorism… assassinations, murders, you name it. Whatever it takes for them to gain their influence and ultimately their domination of different cultures and societies. That’s a clear and imminent threat to the world and to the broader West, but especially to the United States, who they identify as the chief source of evil on the planet. The reason why they hate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the leadership of the UAE, of Bahrain, is because they’ve allowed the United States to partner with them… They consider them infidels for it. They hate Israel. But they also hate America, and they hate anywhere in the world that we have influence [and] they seek to attack it…” Watch the video below.

Spot on video here by David Wood. “You will know them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:16). And the “fruits” of the likes of Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, Nick Fuentes et al have rotted to the core. If anyone considers themselves politically conservative yet obsessed recently with disseminating Jewish blood libels and conspiracy theories because they’ve been convinced that God has suddenly decided He wants absolutely nothing to do with the land of Israel or the Jewish people, then they’re suffering from a severe case of brain rot, a theological pathogen that foments a form of spiritual amaurosis. But there is a cure. It’s called Truth: The Jewish people, even while in disbelief, are still God’s people. The land of Israel, as contested as it is today, is still God’s land. And the geopolitical winds that, as we speak, are blowing against this tiny nation are all still part of God’s eternal plan

Turkey Issues Arrest Warrants Against Israeli Leaders For “Genocide” And “Crimes Against Humanity” In Gaza

11/09/2025 Leave a comment

Sounds like Turkey is setting up yet another pretext to support its upcoming invasion of Israel. Before Hamas terrorists waged its 10/7/2023 war against the “Zionist occupiers” to wipe out as many Jewish men, women and children as inhumanely possible, the estimated population of Gaza stood at approximately 2.1 million. Two years later, after Israel launched its war of “genocide” against Gaza, the estimated population now stands at — wait for it — an estimated 2.1 million. Yes, the “Palestinians” in Gaza are having just as many babies as those dying from natural causes and war. Unlike Turkey, which killed millions during the Armenian genocide, it seems that Israel is the most ineffective fighting force in the history of the world when it comes to committing actual “genocide” and “crimes against humanity” …

The Istanbul chief public prosecutor’s office on Friday announced arrest orders for 37 senior Israeli officials, including Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz, National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir and army chief Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir.

The officials are accused of committing genocide and crimes against humanity in Gaza, as well as ordering attacks on the Global Sumud Flotilla, which was carrying humanitarian aid to the blockaded enclave.

Israel condemned the move, with Foreign Minister Gideon Saar saying it ‘firmly rejects, with contempt’ the charges, and calling them ‘the latest PR stunt by [Turkish President Recep Tayyip] Erdogan’.

The Turkish prosecutor’s statement said Israel’s actions in Gaza since October 2023 have included systematic attacks on civilians, hospitals and critical infrastructure…

The prosecutor’s office said the proceedings are continuing ‘with precision and in all aspects’.

Turkey last year joined South Africa’s case accusing Israel of genocide at the International Court of Justice.

Israel’s former foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman wrote on X that the arrest warrants for senior Israeli officials ‘clearly explain why Turkey should not be present in the Gaza Strip – directly or indirectly’ …” Read more.

5 Reasons Why The Events In Gaza Are NOT “Genocide” – “As images and accounts of human suffering in Gaza dominate headlines and social media, the accusation that Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza has gained traction… A United Nations Commission of Inquiry (COI) has also accused Israel of committing genocide in Gaza and claimed that top officials, including Prime Minister Netanyahu, orchestrated these acts… The modern-day Jewish state was created after the Nazis committed the genocide known as the Holocaust, murdering six million Jews… the implied hypocrisy that the survivors of genocide are now committing one of their own makes for a powerful talking point in the war of words… Here are five reasons why the use of the term genocide to describe Israel’s self-defense campaign is inaccurate, misleading, and dangerous…” Read more.

Neo-Ottomanism Rising: Turkey’s Regional Influence Is Growing In Libya, Sudan And Beyond

The prophet Ezekiel 2,600 years ago foresaw a war that would take place just prior to the Second Coming of Christ, one that would end with Yahweh Himself physically intervening against the invading armies and changing world history forever. According to Ezekiel, Turkey would be at the forefront of a coalition of nations that would come against Israel, with Iran from the east and Libya & Sudan from the west mentioned by name specifically as nations that would march in lockstep with Turkey’s lead. Is it just some astounding coincidence that, more than two millennia later, the very nations singled out by the prophet Ezekiel now openly stand in virulent opposition against a re-establish Israel? Is it a freakish happenstance that the very nation singled out by Ezekiel as leading this coalition is today the very nation that is both exercising significant political & military influence of the nations prophesied to be with them and is openly calling upon the surrounding nations to unite against Israel? In the world of Bible prophecy, my friends, there are no coincidences …

The New Arab – Turkey And Libya Strengthens Ties – “Turkey’s role in Libya has undergone a remarkable transformation over the last 14 years. Back in 2011, Ankara, a NATO member, initially rejected a military intervention, offering mediation instead between the then-Gaddafi government and rebels.

Two months later, it joined the military campaign in support of the rebels, eventually toppling the Gaddafi government. By September 2011, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, then prime minister, landed in Tripoli to tell Libyans that Turkey stands with them as brothers.

By 2021, he said that ‘Turkey’s success in Libya, both diplomatically and militarily, has led to a reshuffling of the cards – not only in the Mediterranean, but across the world’. His assessment proved prescient.

Today, Ankara is no longer the hesitant regional power it once was, but a de facto regional superpower, outfoxing nearly all others, including major international actors who, back in 2011, poured political capital and military resources into Libya in an attempt to remould the country to their liking.

Turkey today not only dominates the political scene in the fractured country, but also wields decisive influence over its future …

Its role as guarantor of a recent peace deal between the Radaa militia and the Government of National Unity (GNU), averting clashes in Tripoli, underscores this reality. As Libyan expert Hafed Al-Ghwell, a senior fellow at Johns Hopkins University, told The New Arab, ‘nothing happens today in Libya without Turkiye‘ …

Today, Turkey controls military bases, enforces binding security agreements, wields a controversial maritime memorandum of understanding, and secures lucrative economic contracts – cementing its influence across western Libya.

With Western powers fractured and regional rivals hesitant, Ankara has become Tripoli’s indispensable partner.” Read more.

Turkey And Sudan: A Growing Alliance – “As in Libya in 2019, foreign powers, including Turkey, have intervened in Sudan to support their local allies with weapons and mercenaries… Turkey’s involvement in Sudan underscores its ambition to expand its influence in East Africa and the Red Sea region… Following the outbreak of the war in April 2023, President Erdoğan received General al-Burhan at his palace in Ankara in September 2023, and the two held a closed-door meeting in New York one year later in 2024. After the second meeting, Erdoğan remarked, ‘Türkiye’s relations with Sudan are developing with each passing day, and the solidarity between the two countries will continue to grow stronger.’ … Turkey’s involvement in Sudan aligns with Ankara’s broader regional strategy, as demonstrated by its interventions in Libya …” Read more.

A Neo-Ottoman Crescent Is Rising As The Shi’ite Crescent Crumbles – “It seems that the term ‘total victory’ does not apply to the Middle East, because in this region one never truly wins – one merely replaces adversaries. For the first time in decades, Israel has managed to deliver a crushing blow to the Shi’ite axis led by Iran. The Shi’ite Crescent, stretching from Tehran through Baghdad and Damascus to Beirut, has been dismantled. This is a remarkable strategic achievement, credited to Israel’s unprecedented boldness, ingenuity, and creativity on the battlefield. Yet in the Middle East, every vacuum fills quickly. The collapse of the Iranian threat is now giving way to a new one, equally deep but far more sophisticated and subtle – the neo-Ottomanism of the Muslim Brotherhood, led by Turkey and Qatar… even as Hamas is crumbling in Gaza, it may well be reborn in new forms, sustained by the Brotherhood network that surrounds it. Already now, with the fighting in Gaza subsiding, we see Ankara and Doha’s fingerprints on nearly every aspect of the ‘day after.’Read more.
