he University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) scientists have diagnosed the mysterious disease, which has caused death of 4,000 camels in Cholistan desert. According to the UVAS scientists the disease was identified and diagnosed at University Diagnostic Lab (UDL) of University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore. BC Sockeye Salmon Threatened by Mystery Virus

A four-year study headed by Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has detailed a peculiar phenomenon in British Columbia’s waters: an unknown virus may be killing off large numbers of Fraser sockeye salmon.  In studying B.C.’s renowned Fraser River sockeye, DFO researchers tracked adult salmon in the ocean and river to determine if successful and unsuccessful spawners were physiologically distinguishable prior to reaching the Fraser River.  Read more.

First, it was birds falling from the sky, then thousands of dead fish washing up on shore.  Now, more than 40,000 Velvet swimming crabs have wound up dead on England beaches. The possible reason?
