Surrender? Israel Capitulates To Hamas Demands In Exchange For Israeli Hostages … Thoughts

I’m admittedly a little late to comment, but I’ve been somewhat conflicted. I loathe the thought that Israel may fully withdraw from Gaza and potentially end Operation Swords of Iron against Hamas just as the terrorist organization was suffering what appeared to be a mortal head wound and on the cusp of destruction. On the surface, Israel signing this “ceasefire” looked more like a surrender to Islamic terror. Hamas, their Iranian overlords and all other like-minded followers of Islam’s false prophet began to proclaim victory over Israel before the ink even dried, which only serves to embolden the predatory beast and those who marvel after it. After all, if unrelenting bombings by air and attacks on the ground from the most powerful military in the Middle East for over a year has still been unable to completely destroy this beastly terror, what can?

Revelation 13:4, “… and they worshiped the beast, saying, ‘Who is like the beast, and who can fight against it?'”

Though I have prayed for as many Israeli hostages as possible to return home alive, I did not expect it to be at the expense of Israel’s security. I wanted to see the IDF find, rescue and bring more hostages home. But that has been few and far in between. “Blessed are the peacemakers” we often say. And working towards a lasting peace is a blessing indeed. As long as any remnants of Hamas remain in Gaza, however, Israel will have no real security. And without security Israel will have no real peace.

It’s a bad deal. There’s no doubt about it. Some hate it and reject it outright. Others hate it and reluctantly support it. I’m still not sure where I stand since it was essentially the same deal presented to Israel a year ago before they invaded Rafah, a deal that was flatly rejected by Netanyahu at the time, and rightly so. The situation on the ground, however, has since shifted. Hamas top dog Ismail Haniyeh has been eliminated. Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar is erased from the land of the living. Mohammed Deif became one with a Gazan crater. Scores of Hamas operatives have likewise gone on to visit the deepest blackness for eternity. It’s a different Gaza today, both literally and figuratively, than it was a year ago.

Be that as it may, for the sake of any living hostages still being held captive by Hamas today, Israel needed to do something. Time was running out. If there was any good time to make a bad deal, perhaps that time was now. But whether this so-called “ceasefire” continues through to its second and third phase is yet to be seen. If Israel has proven anything to Hamas and all like-minded malignant monsters seeking to “free Palestine” from the river to the sea, however, it’s that there is no place Israel is unwilling to go to mete out justice. And if Hamas and their ilk have proven anything to us, it’s that the days of this “ceasefire” are surely numbered.

By OpIndia – “Zakir Abdul Karim Naik popularly known as Zakir Naik, an Indian fugitive residing in Malaysia, who is infamous for disseminating his radical religious propaganda has once again attracted attention on social media due to his highly offensive comments amid the ongoing controversy over Pakistani Muslim grooming gangs in the United Kingdom.

He attempted to rationalize rape with one of the most bizarre statements, in an old clip that recently went viral online. The video was uploaded over a year ago by a YouTube channel called ‘EnlighteningEcho,’ which consistently shares content related to Naik.

A question was posted by a man named Shafin Rashad from Kerala, India which read, ‘May Allah bless you! I have a query. May Allah forgive me if I’m saying something wrong. Allah is the most merciful and most gracious. If I rape a girl and kill her, but it is not proved in the court, resulting in my acquittal and freedom. After a long time, I truly repent for my actions before Allah as we know he can forgive all transgressions. However, if he forgives me too then where is the justice for the victim?’

Notably, rather than unequivocally denouncing the atrocious acts of rape and murder, Naik resorted to convoluted explanations and ultimately ventured to offer a justification for the heinous crime. He first quoted a verse from the Quran and claimed, ‘It is Allah who has created death and life to test which of you is good indeed. So this life is a test for thereafter. We are being evaluated. Allah examines different people in different ways. He tests some people by giving them luxury or others through poverty.’

He informed the questioner, ‘You are correct. If an individual has committed acts of rape and murder but genuinely repents and seeks forgiveness, five essential criteria must be met. Firstly, one must acknowledge that their actions were wrong. Secondly, it is imperative to cease such behaviour immediately. Thirdly, there must be a commitment to never engage in these actions again. The fourth step involves seeking forgiveness from Allah. If all these conditions are satisfied, then, inshallah, forgiveness may be granted, even for grave sins such as rape and murder as he is the most gracious, the most merciful.'” Read more.

Express – “Eleven people have been killed and at least 60 injured at Magdeburg Christmas market in Germany after a car ploughed into pedestrians, according to local media.

The German newspaper Magdeburger Volksstimme reports that at least 11 people are dead and likely 60 to 80 people have been injured in the attack. It also reports that police have arrested the driver and are said to be ‘looking for explosives’.

Sickening CCTV footage shared on social media shows a car speeding into pedestrians at the market.

Eyewitnesses also likened the attack and its aftermath to a warzone, with children heard crying for their parents in footage shared online.

Regional government spokesman Matthias Schuppe and city spokesperson Michael Reif said they suspected it was an attack.

Mr Reif said there were ‘numerous injured’ but did not give a precise figure.

‘The pictures are terrible,’ he said. ‘My information is that a car drove into the Christmas market visitors, but I can’t yet say from what direction and how far.’

Magdeburg, which is west of Berlin, is the state capital of Saxony-Anhalt and has about 240,000 inhabitants.” Read more.

Syrian Islamists Who Overthrew Assad: “We Are Coming For Jerusalem”

Zechariah 12:3, “… in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces …”

Well, that didn’t take long. In mere hours after taking Damascus, “moderate” Islamist fighters from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) are already showing their true ISIS and Al Qaeda colors by declaring support for Hamas in Gaza and vowing to soon take Jerusalem.

According to some foreign policy experts, Turkey’s Erdogan gains to benefit and is about to get his ‘Leader of the Muslim World’ moment. But with Hezbollah a shell of what it was and Hamas relegated to little more than a band of demoralized guerilla fighters, Shia Iran has become the biggest loser in the region next to Bashar al-Assad in the aftermath of recent events. Their “Axis of Resistance” is in tatters, and they know it. So when it looks like Plan A is no longer a viable option, we can be certain that Shia Iran is already hard at work on a Plan B. Expect Iran to soon be reaching out to both Erdogan in Turkey and HTS leadership in Damascus in an effort to “work together” in advancing “common interests.” As divided a kingdom as it is, the Shia and Sunni sects of Islam still hate one thing more than each other: Israel …

Damascus Is Fallen, Is Fallen: Syrian President Assad Flees Country As Terrorists Overrun Capital After Lightning Blitz

According to the prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah, a time is coming when the city of Damascus will face Divine judgment from the God of Israel. That judgment has not yet seen its fulfillment, but with Damascus now under the control of an Islamist army that is largely comprised of remnants from ISIS, Al Qaeda et al who have vowed to wipe out Jews and Christians, the reason for its impending destruction is coming into focus.

Damascus is not far from Israel. Trying to get as close as it can to its prey, a leopard can conceal itself and its intent before striking, but a leopard can never change its spots. The terrorists who have taken Damascus may rebrand their name and use Western buzz words like “freedom” and “peace” and “justice” in order to dissuade any attacks from the West, but an Islamist beast under a different name is still an Islamist beast. What the fall of Damascus entails for Israel and any remaining Christian communities in Syria for the immediate future, well, that remains to be seen. If history is any indication, however, it will not be long before these comouflaged animals begin to show their true colors …

Israel National News – “The rebel forces in Syria announced on Sunday morning morning that ‘the free Syrian people have toppled the regime of Bashar Al-Assad.’

Earlier, the rebels had reached ‘beyond enemy lines’ in the Syrian capital, Damascus, and had begun searching for President Bashar Al-Assad.

The rebels stated that they had freed prisoners from the Saydnaya military prison on the outskirts of the Syrian. Two sources from the rebel forces told Reuters that there appeared to be no Syrian army deployment in the city. Al Jazeera reported that officers and security officials withdrew from the Ministry of Defense headquarters in Damascus.

Meanwhile, two senior Syrian officers told Reuters that President Bashar al-Assad had left Damascus for an unknown destination. According to reports in Syria, Assad’s plane took off from the country shortly after the rebels took over the capital, but the plane later disappeared from radar and at this point it is unclear what happened to it.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, an opposition organization based in London, told the AFP news agency that the Syrian army and security forces had withdrawn from Damascus International Airport following the rebels’ advance toward the capital.

Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Razi Al-Jalali made a special statement following the toppling of the Assad regime in which he said that his government is ready to cooperate with any leadership chosen by the Syrian people.” Read more.
