After the events of the past two weeks, this is the kind of statement from Israel that will surely rattle the heads of the Iranian leadership, and rightly so. Netanyahu is absolutely correct. Like so many terrorist leaders before them, the days of Iran’s Ayatollahs — of all like-minded followers of Islam’s beastly reign of terror and wickedness — are most certainly numbered. It will not entirely come at the hand of Israel, however. It will ultimately come at the Hand of the One who will fight on Israel’s behalf. And this, my friends, may indeed be sooner than many think …

Zechariah 14:2-3, “Indeed, I [Yahweh] will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle … Then Yahweh will go forth and fight against those nations, as the day when He fights on a day of battle …”

‘With every passing moment, the regime is bringing you — the noble Persian people — closer to the abyss,’ he says. ‘The vast majority of Iranians know their regime doesn’t care a whit about them. If it did care, if it cared about you, it would stop wasting billions of dollars on futile wars across the Middle East. It would start improving your lives. Imagine if all the vast money the regime wasted on nuclear weapons and foreign wars were invested in your children’s education, in improving your health care, in building your nation’s infrastructure, water, sewage, all the other things that you need. Imagine that.’

Israel National News – “Israel is currently conducting, or is about to begin conducting, ‘small-scale operations,’ or ‘border movements, into Lebanon, two US officials told ABC News.

The officials stressed that Israel does not seem to have fully decided whether to launch a ground operation in Lebanon, but that the IDF is prepared for one. Such an operation, if it takes place, is likely to be ‘limited’ in scope, they said.

The officials stressed to ABC that the goal of such an operation would be to allow tens of thousands of Israelis evacuated from northern Israel on October 8, 2023, to return to their homes – a goal which is not achieved simply by ‘decapitating’ Hezbollah.” Read more.

Israel Army Chief – Recent Lebanon Strikes Are Preparation For Ground Offensive – “Israel’s military chief has told troops that extensive air strikes in Lebanon targeting the armed group Hezbollah could pave the way for them to ‘enter enemy territory’. ‘You hear the jets overhead; we have been striking all day. This is both to prepare the ground for your possible entry and to continue degrading Hezbollah,’ Lt Gen Herzi Halevi said. The remarks by Lt Gen Halevi are the plainest indication yet from a senior figure that a ground invasion into Lebanon may be imminent.” Read more.

According to Iran, the killing of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah in Beirut “changes the rules of the game.” But that’s yet another Iranian lie among so many. What truly changed the rules of the game was October 7th …

The Jerusalem Post – “Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was killed in the IDF’s strike on Hezbollah’s headquarters in Beirut on Friday, the IDF announced Saturday morning. 

Almost 32 years after co-founding the Lebanese terrorist organization, Nasrallah was killed, alongside Ali Karaki, Hezbollah‘s commander of the southern front, and other Hezbollah commanders. 

Israel’s air force struck Hezbollah’s central headquarters using precise intelligence from the intelligence wing and defense system. The headquarters were based underground, under a residential building in the Lebanese capital.” Read more.

Iran: Israeli Strike On Beirut ‘Changes The Rules Of The Game’ – “Iran’s embassy in Beirut condemned Israel’s airstrikes on Dahiyeh, the southern suburbs of Beirut, on Friday, saying the strikes ‘represent a serious escalation that changes the rules of the game’. It added that Israel would be ‘punished appropriately’. Since Israel’s escalations in Lebanon, Iran has signalled that it is reluctant to get directly involved in Hezbollah’s fight with Israel.” Read more.

Hamas Rails At Israel Over Strike Targeting Hezbollah’s Beirut HQ – “Hamas condemns an Israeli strike on Beirut’s southern suburbs that Israel says targeted the headquarters of the Palestinian terror group’s Lebanese ally Hezbollah. ‘We… strongly condemn the brutal and ongoing Zionist aggression and escalation against the brotherly Lebanese people through savage airstrikes’ including today’s attack that targeted ‘residential buildings,’ Hamas, which is at war with Israel in Gaza, it says in a statement.” Read more.

Hezbollah’s HQ was built under multiple residential buildings in Beirut. Has justice been served? It undoubtedly has for a large number of Hezbollah leaders and operatives in recent weeks, but whether or not that will now include the terrorist leader Hassan Nasrallah remains to be seen. One thing is for certain, however. If Nasrallah was the target, Israel would not have flattened upwards of six residential buildings and used multiple bunker busters without solid intel telling them that Nasrallah was present …

The Times of Israel – “The Israeli Air Force carried out massive targeted airstrikes in the Lebanese capital of Beirut on Friday evening, with the military saying it had struck Hezbollah’s main headquarters.

The attack shook the Lebanese capital and sent thick clouds of smoke over the city. There were reports of many casualties in the multiple strikes.

Unconfirmed Hebrew media reports said Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was targeted, leading to widespread speculation and conflicting reports as to his fate.

A source close to Hezbollah said the Israeli strikes flattened six buildings. It was the heaviest attack in Beirut in almost a year of conflict between Hezbollah and Israel.

A Lebanese security source told Reuters that Hezbollah’s top officials are usually gathered at the site that was targeted.” Read more.
