‘Diabolical’: Christians Are Being Tortured, Slaughtered In The Sinai Just For Being Christians, ‘I Was Hung For Days’
Revelation 6:9-11, “… I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, ‘How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?’ Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.”
By Chris Mitchell, CBN News – “JERUSALEM, Israel — From the West Coast of Africa to the deserts of Sinai, Bedouin tribes are conducting a human trafficking trade on a massive scale.
It’s no secret. The trade reaps millions of dollars and deals with human misery. It could be stopped but so far no one has dared.
‘By that time I had lost sense (sensation) in both my hands,’ an Eritrean torture victim told CBN News. ‘It was a result of the accumulated torture but mainly because (both) of my wrists were tied up so tightly, (and I was) hanged up from the ceiling for three days, the blood was cut off from my hands and the flesh started to literally drip from my hands.’ …
This man is just one victim of this widespread modern-day slavery, kidnapping, and torture trade in the Sinai desert. There are many pictures and videos of this horrible practice on the Internet.
For this story, this Christian man from the African country of Eritrea is going by ‘Philip,’ but that’s not his real name. CBN News covered his identity for his protection.
‘In some cases, we were tortured simply because we were Christians,’ he told us, his chest trembling slightly as he spoke.
‘Sinai was always a place for human smuggling, but since around two years ago — even a bit more — it started also to be a place of human torture,’ Shahar Shoham, director of Physicians for Human Rights, told CBN News.
Shorham has documented more than 1,300 cases of torture in the Sinai. Those survivors, like Philip, made it to Israel. But most of the cases of torture are not documented.
‘They torture them in horrible methods, like hanging upside down from the ceiling, like using electric shocks, like burning them on their bodies,’ Shorham said...
This story begins in Eritrea, where many like Philip fled from its brutal dictatorship. He traveled to a United Nations refugee camp in Sudan. There he was kidnapped by a Bedouin tribe.
They transferred him — along with many others — through Sudan, Egypt, and all the way to the Sinai desert and their torture camps.
What happens next in these camps is diabolical.” Read more.
Unsealed: A Closer Look At Revelation 6 And ‘The Four Horsemen Of The Apocalypse’ – “John describes the rider of the Black Horse in Revelation 6:5 as having ‘scales’ or ‘balances’ in his hands, employing the Greek word ‘zygos‘ which is also used metaphorically to refer to any sort of ‘burden’ or ‘bondage’ as well as the imposition of ‘troublesome laws’ … conduct must be based upon a strict set of Islamic laws, called the Sharia, and anyone failing to follow ‘Allah’s’ burdensome edicts must suffer draconian punishments, non-Musims included… The fruit of Islam and its laws have produced and will continue to produce the type of conditions that precipitate and perpetuate all sort of pestilences, all manner of plagues, any number of conflicts and hardships both inside and outside the Islamic world… It is my view that we are already within the 5th Seal … After a relative lull, Islamic persecution has literally exploded once again in the aftermath of 9/11 and the rise of the Arab Spring. The Prophet Daniel writes that this final Beast would be ‘dreadful and terrifying’ and would ‘speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One’ …” Read more.
Flashback: Saudi Arabia: Prominent Religious Leader Calls For Slavery To Be Legalized Once Again Because ‘Slavery Is A Part Of Islam’ – “Slavery is explicitly permitted in the Koran. Recently Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan, a prominent Saudi religious leader called for slavery to be re-legalized throughout the kingdom. According to the Sheik, a member of the Senior Council of Clerics: ‘Slavery is a part of Islam. Slavery is part of jihad, and jihad will remain as long there is Islam.’ In thought and deed this way of thinking is common throughout the Islamic world. Abu Ishaq al-Huwanini, an Egyptian Cleric proudly proclaims he wishes to apply the ancient Shar’i code of enslaving populations which refuse to pay the jizia (poll tax) or converting to Islam when defeated at the hands of a Muslim nation.” Read more.
The World Is Under Attack By Radical Islam, ‘The Truth Cannot Be Denied’
By Rachel Molschky, Cherson and Molschky – “Muslims are attacking Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists and any other non-Muslims or fellow Muslims from different denominations around the world. In just the past few days, there have been several incidents where militant Muslim groups have killed innocent civilians for not sharing their beliefs.
On July 6, militants from Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram in Nigeria, stormed a secondary school. They began shooting the students and burning them alive in their dormitory. It happened just before dawn while the children were still sleeping. Initial reports counted 29 dead children and one adult, however, altogether 42 bodies were found, many charred beyond recognition.
Boko Haram is against what they perceive to be a Western-style education. Since 2010, they and other similar and affiliate groups have killed around 1600 civilians in suicide bombings and attacks like this one. They’ve attacked schools, healthcare workers administering vaccinations, government employees, teachers, etc.
Farmer Malam Abdullahi found the bodies of two of his sons, a 10-year-old shot in the back as he apparently tried to run away, and a 12-year-old shot in the chest. ‘That’s it, I’m taking my other boys out of school,’ he said as he wept over the two corpses. He said he had three younger children in a nearby school.
Just a few days before, terrorists went to the home of a primary school headmaster and killed his entire family. And on June 16, an attack on a school killed seven students, two teachers, two soldiers and two extremists. One day later, another attack killed at least nine students sitting at their desks.
In India on Sunday, a Buddhist temple in Bodh Gaya was attacked as nine blasts left five people injured. Two other bombs, one near an 80 foot Buddha statue and another at a bus stop, were defused by police. The attack on this particular temple is especially significant as it is believed by Buddhists that Lord Buddha had attained enlightenment there under a tree on the premises. Additionally, Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama makes frequent trips to Bodh Gaya and Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa had visited it six months back. A total of 52 countries have established their monasteries here.
There has been tremendous violence between both Muslims and Buddhists lately however, and this attack is thought to be an act of vengeance for the thousands of Muslims killed in Myanmar. Both Buddhists and Muslims have been killing each other, and now groups like Al Qaeda and Lashkar-e-Toiba are using the attacks to incite more violence worldwide.
Earlier this year, Muslim groups brutally attacked 76 Hindu families and five Hindu temples in Bangladesh. Their houses were burned, and the families were left helpless. Muslim violence in Bangladesh has led to the slaughter of many Hindus and the rape of Hindu women.
In Egypt, Coptic Christians have been the target of Muslims for many years, and their situation worsened under Morsi as anti-blasphemy convictions against Christians became more and more prevalent. But that was just the tip of the iceberg. Christians are kidnapped and forced to convert to Islam, women are raped, Christians are murdered, and churches are burned. Now with the violent protests, ousting of Morsi and military taking over, rapes, beatings and murders are happening on a daily basis. Just the other day, Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda supporting militants Read more…
Exposed: The Final Conversation Between Islamist President Morsi And The Egyptian Military
Islamist President Mohammed Morsi vowed to “make it war” and only cared about himself and the Islamist agenda. But then again, that’s the attitude that he and the Muslim Brotherhood have always had from the very beginning …
By Raymond Ibrahim, Frontpage Mag – “On July 5, El Watan (‘the nation’), one of Egypt’s most popular newspapers, published the final dialogue between General Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Dr. Muhammad Morsi, which took place on Tuesday July 2, a few hours before Morsi’s final speech to the Egyptian people. A reporter who was taken to an adjacent room was allowed to witness and transcribe their conversation from a TV screen. I translate the entire speech as it appears on El Watan below:
Exchange Between Morsi and Sisi
Morsi: What’s the military’s position concerning what’s going on? Is it just going to stand by watching? Shouldn’t it protect the legitimacy?
Sisi: What legitimacy? The entire army is with the will of the people, and the overwhelming majority of people, according to documented reports, don’t want you.
Morsi: My supporters are many and they won’t be silent.
Sisi: The army will not allow anyone to destroy the nation, no matter what happens.
Morsi: What if I don’t want to leave?
Sisi: The matter is settled and no longer up to you. Try to leave with your dignity and tell those whom you call supporters to go back to their homes in order to prevent bloodshed, instead of threatening the people through them.
Morsi: But this way it will be a military coup, and America won’t leave you alone.
Sisi: The people concern us, not America. And since you’ve started to talk this way, I’ll talk to you candidly. We have evidence to condemn you and to condemn many governmental officials of compromising Egypt’s national security. The judiciary will have its say and you will all be judged before the whole people.
Morsi: Okay, can you permit me to make a few phone calls and then afterwards I’ll decide on what to do?
Sisi: You are not permitted; but we can let you check up on your family only.
Morsi: Am I imprisoned or what?
Sisi: You are under arrest from this moment.
Morsi: Don’t think the Brotherhood is going to stand by if I leave office. They will set the world on fire. Read more…
Tensions Rise: Egypt Summons Turkish Ambassador In Protest Against ‘Ankara’s Interference In Egyptian Affairs’
Does the “king of the North” wish to see the old “king of the South” back in the reins of power? It certainly looks that way, and Egypt’s new leadership isn’t taking too kindly to it. Although we are certain where the end ultimately leads, what we are not always certain of are some of the roads that must be trodden to get there. “Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch” …
Daniel 11:40a, “At the time of the end the king of the South will engage him in battle, and the king of the North will storm out against him with chariots and cavalry and a great fleet of ships …”
By Elad Benari, INN – “Egypt’s foreign ministry summoned Turkey’s ambassador to Cairo on Tuesday, in protest against ‘Ankara’s interference in Egyptian affairs,’ Al Arabiya reported.
The Egyptian move came after Turkey described the overthrow of former president Mohammed Morsi as ‘unacceptable coup’, in a reaction that was seen in Egypt as the strongest reaction from overseas.
On Friday, Turkey’s prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned the military intervention that toppled Morsi as an enemy of democracy.
Erdogan chastised the West for failing to brand the ouster a coup.
Referring to his country’s history of coups, Erdogan warned that such military uprisings come at a heavy price and must not be tolerated.
‘No matter where they are… coups are bad,’ Erdogan said in televised remarks. ‘Coups are clearly enemies of democracy.
‘Those who rely on the guns in their hands, those who rely on the power of the media cannot build democracy…. Democracy can only be built at ballot box,’ said Erdogan, who had forged friendly relations with Morsi during the Egyptian’s one-year in power.
A day earlier, in a rare show of unity, both Erdogan’s ruling AK Party and its opposition Republican People’s Party condemned Morsi’s overthrow.” Read more.

Egypt: Morsi Supporters Open Fire On Mar Mina Church As Islamists Declare ‘Change Comes By The Bullet Alone; NOT The Ballot’
Thank goodness the Muslim Brotherhood and their supporters are “moderates”, otherwise they would have opted for bigger bullets …
By Mohamed Rashed, Egypt Independent – “Masked gunmen opened fire at Mar Mina Church in Port Said’s al-Manakh early Tuesday and managed to get away, according to state-run news agency MENA. No casualties were reported.
Army and police squads arrived at the scene of the attack and efforts are being undertaken to identify the perpetrators.
This is the third such attack in 24 hours. Yesterday, unknown attackers assaulted Port Said’s western seaport and the province’s traffic police department.
A priest was killed Saturday in Masaeed in North Sinai.
The attacks come days after Egypt’s army toppled Islamist president Mohamed Morsy, yielding to mass protests demanding early elections. Morsy’s Islamist supporters have protested the army’s decision.
Several Jiahdist leaders have been quoted in media reports as saying they vow to fight to defend Morsy’s legitimacy.” Source – Egypt Independent.
Islamist Groups: Egypt’s Crackdown Vindicates Use Of Violence – “The Egyptian army’s escalating crackdown on supporters of the country’s ousted Muslim Brotherhood government is being seized on by many radical Islamists as proof that violence, not democracy, is the only solution to the region’s problems… ‘When will the Muslim Brotherhood wake up from their deep slumber and realize the futility of their efforts at instituting change?’ asked the Somali militant group al-Shabab, an al-Qaeda affiliate, in a comment posted on Twitter after Morsi’s overthrow last week. ‘Change comes by the bullet alone; NOT the ballot,’ the group said in another tweet.” Read more.
Brother Against Brother: Fears Of Muslim Sectarian Violence In London After Sunnis Attack Shiites

By Timur Moon, IBT – “Anti-terrorism police are investigating claims of sectarian violence between Shi’ite and Sunni Muslims after an Iraqi refugee was attacked in a suspected hate crime in central London.
Five men have been arrested following the attack, which took place in Edgware Road on 10 May after a rally against the Syrian regime, where radical cleric Anjem Choudary was a speaker.
SO15, the Metropolitan Police’s counter-terrorism branch, has been drafted in to conduct the investigation into violent disorder and suspected grievous bodily harm.
The suspects, all aged between 18 and 38, are on bail pending further inquiries.
In a second incident at the same event a Sunni man was attacked after being mistaken for a Shi’ite, according to reports. No arrests have been made.

Egypt: Muslim Brotherhood Supporters ‘Rage’ Against Christians, ‘Their Priority Was … Establishing An Islamic Caliphate’
By Joseph DeCaro, Worthy News – “Mobs of Muslims enraged over the forceful removal of the Muslim Brotherhood-backed Mohamed Morsi from office have retaliated against Christians across Egypt, according to Morning Star News.
The attacks came as part of nation-wide protests that culminated Friday in what Morsi supporters called a ‘Day of Rage’.
And it was: hours after the Egyptian military announced that it had expelled Morsi and his cabinet from office, reports of attacks against Christians and their properties by Brotherhood supporters began to surface.
The first attack came Wednesday in the village of Delgia where dozens of Morsi supporters attacked Al Eslah Church, looting the building and attacking local Coptic-owned homes; the mob then moved on to St. George Catholic church in Delgia, pelting it with rocks and setting its rectory on fire, according to Morning Star.
Later that same day, Egyptian troops prevented Muslim mobs from attacking both the Church of the Holy Virgin in Marsa Matrouh and the Coptic cathedral in Qena, so the mobs looted local Christian-owned homes and businesses instead.
On Friday, The Egypt Independent reported that after a Muslim was killed in a fight with a Copt in Naga Hassan, west of Luxor, Muslims began looting and burning dozens of Christian-owned homes and businesses, later attacking the Church of the Virgin Mary in downtown Luxor.
Samia Sidhom, managing editor of the Weekly Watani, said attacks by Morsi suppporters came as no surprise.
‘Everyone was expecting they would take their revenge.’
Sidhom said people wanted Morsi out because he was more interested in consolidating the power of his Freedom and Justice Party, a political proxy of the Muslim Brotherhood, than putting Egypt on the path to prosperity.

Egypt: Military Closes Muslim Brotherhood Headquarters In Cairo After Finding Stockpile Of Weapons Inside
Since they planned on using the weapons to maim and even kill for “peaceful purposes”, does that still make the Muslim Brotherhood a “peaceful” organization? …
Middle East Online – “Egypt’s prosecution ordered the closure of the Cairo headquarters of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Freedom and Justice Party after police found weapons inside it on Monday, a security official said.
Police found ‘flammable liquid, knives and arms to be used against the June 30 protests,’ the official said, in reference to demonstrations that saw millions take to the streets to demand the resignation of Islamist president Mohamed Morsi.
Forty-two loyalists of Egypt’s ousted president were killed on Monday while demonstrating against last week’s military coup, triggering an Islamist uprising call and dashing the army’s hopes for an interim civilian administration.
The Muslim Brotherhood, which has led demonstrations against the overthrow of Morsi last Wednesday, said its supporters were ‘massacred’ when police and troops fired on them during dawn prayers outside an elite army headquarters in Cairo.
The military blamed ‘terrorists’ while witnesses, including Brotherhood supporters at the scene, said that the armed forces fired only tear gas and warning shots and that ‘thugs’ in civilian clothes had carried out the deadly shooting.
Prominent liberal leader Mohamed ElBaradei called for an independent inquiry into the bloodshed. Turkey strongly condemned the killings.
The conservative Islamist Al-Nur party, which won almost a quarter of votes in a 2011 parliamentary election and had given its support to the army’s overthrow of Morsi, said it was pulling out of talks on a new government in response to the ‘massacre’.
The bloodshed happened outside the headquarters of the elite Republican Guard, whom the Brotherhood accuses of betraying Morsi.” Read more.
Al-Qaeda Leader Calls For ‘Victims And Sacrifices’ In Egypt To Create Islamist State, ‘The Battle Isn’t Over, It Has Just Started’
By Nouran El-Behairy, Daily News Egypt – “Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri commented on the current events in Egypt in a video released online, in which he criticised Islamists for losing power and not uniting to implement Sharia.
‘The battle isn’t over, it has just started…the Islamic nation should offer victims and sacrifices to achieve what it wants and restore power from the corrupt authority governing Egypt,’ Al-Zawahiri said.
He said that the struggle in Egypt was clear, claiming that secular groups united with the church and empowered by ‘Mubarak’s armed forces’ supported by the West waged a battle against Islamist forces in Egypt that strove to implement Sharia.
He scorned the Supreme Constitutional Court, labelling it a ‘secular’ court.

Egyptians Against Egyptians: Islamists Call For ‘Intifada’, Accuses Military Of Firing On Demonstrators, 51 Killed, Hundreds Wounded
By Robert Tait, The Telegraph – “Pro- and anti-Morsi factions staged competing rallies in Cairo, with those who supported last week’s military intervention attacking US President Barack Obama for his alleged support of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Mr Morsi’s supporters marched on the defence ministry and the Republican Guard headquarters promising to free the former president from detention. But they failed to bring enough people on the streets to pose a threat either to the army or to the dominant anti-Morsi cause in the capital.
‘We will continue our peaceful demonstrations,’ Ahmed Aref, the senior Brotherhood spokesman, told The Daily Telegraph. ‘We are the owners of a just cause. Legitimate rights do not disappear with time. We are facing an enforced disappearance of the legitimate president.’
But there were more dramatic calls for resistance from militant groups.
Salafi Jihad issued a call to ‘intifada’, a ‘clarion call for Islamic revolution’.
‘Anyone who knows an advocate or a sheikh or a revolutionary should call him to urge him to mobilise,’ a statement said.
There has already been an upsurge in militant violence since the generals ousted Mr Morsi, particularly in Sinai, long a hotbed of jihadist activity.
Intelligence reports have warned of a build-up of weapons, some stolen from Gaddafi arms stores in Libya, some headed for Gaza but held up by the block on smugglers’ tunnels.
On Sunday there were reports that gunmen killed a soldier in Sinai. Egypt: Death Toll Now At 75 As New Islamist Group Arms Itself, Calls Military Coup A ‘War Against Islam’
It’s a “war against Islam.” That wasn’t hard to figure out …
By JAMES RUSH, JILL REILLY and JAYMI MCCANN, Mail Online – “A newly formed Islamist group is threatening to use violence to impose Sharia law on Egypt after branding the army’s ousting of the Muslim president a declaration of war on its faith.
Ansar al-Shariah in Egypt said it would gather arms and start training its members, in a statement posted on an online forum for militants in the country’s Sinai region yesterday and recorded by the SITE Monitoring organisation. The army’s move, which was backed by mass rallies across Egypt, has raised fears Islamists could desert officially-recognised groups like Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood and move to more militant movements.
The group’s sinister declaration came as fierce clashes between supporters and opponents of the ousted president overnight left 36 dead and a further 1,079 injured, and a Coptic Christian priest was shot dead by gunmen in a suspected sectarian attack blamed on Islamist insurgents. The latest fatalities brings the overall death toll to at least 75 in a chaotic week for Egypt.
The most deadly clashes were in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria, where 14 people died and 200 were wounded. In central Cairo, pro and anti-Morsi protesters fought pitched battles late into the night with stones, knives, petrol bombs and clubs as armoured personnel carriers rumbled among them. It took hours to restore calm.
The Nile River bridges around the landmark Egyptian Museum where the street fights raged were still covered with the debris of rocks and shattered glass this morning…
Ansar al-Shariah said in its statement the military overthrow, the closing of television channels and the death of Islamist protesters all amounted to ‘a war declared against Islam in Egypt’, SITE reported.
The group blamed the events on secularists, supporters of Mubarak and Egyptian Coptic Christians, state security forces and army commanders, who they said would turn the country into ‘a crusader, secular freak’.
It denounced democracy and said it would instead champion Islamic law, or sharia, acquire weapons and train to allow Muslims to ‘deter the attackers, preserve the religion and empower the sharia of the Lord’, SITE reported. ” Read more.

World’s Most Influential Sunni Cleric Issues Fatwa: All Egyptians Must Support Morsi And The Muslim Brotherhood
This is the same cleric that defends Hitler and supports nuclear terrorism, affirms the death penalty for anyone who leaves Islam, denies that Jews had ever lived in the land of “Palestine” before and calls for the complete destruction of Israel. In other words, devout Muslims love this guy and take him seriously …
Reuters – “A leading Qatar-based cleric declared in a religious edict, or fatwa, on Saturday that Egyptians should support ousted President Mohamed Morsy of the Muslim Brotherhood and the military should withdraw from the political scene.
Egyptian-born Youssef al-Qaradawi, one of the most prominent Sunni clerics in the Middle East, said in the fatwa posted on his website that the military’s intervention to depose Morsy on Wednesday was against democracy and the constitution.
‘Doctor al-Qaradawi issued a fatwa on the necessity to support the elected Egyptian president Mohamed Morsy, and to retain the constitution… and calling on al-Sisi and those with him to withdraw to preserve legitimacy and democracy,’ the posting said.
He said many scholars from Cairo’s al-Azhar Islamic university, Egypt’s pre-eminent Muslim institution, agreed with him…
Qaradawi, chairman of the International Federation of Muslim Scholars, has been a vociferous supporter of the revolutions that roiled Arab countries in 2011. Last month he called for a holy war in Syria against President Bashar al-Assad.” Read more.
