There are an estimated 44 million Muslims living in Europe today. With Islamic fundamentalism, supremacy and the lawlessness that follows continuing to metastasize within Muslim communities all around the world, what would happen if an event were to occur in the Muslim world that is broadcasted to the global Ummah as being eschatologically pivotal for Islam? Whether it’s an upcoming surprise attack against Israel by the surrounding Islamic nations or something else, it will be a triggering event that won’t only awaken known radical elements within the Muslim population. It will also “radicalize” and awaken many who are considered “moderate” today. As bad as it has already become across Europe right now, I fear we haven’t seen anything yet …

UK: Failed ‘Asylum Seeker’ Develops Sudden Urge To Kill Someone – “Murderer Haybe Cabdiraxmaan Nur has been sentenced to life in prison for stabbing to death 37-year-old Gurvinder Singh Johal in the St Peter’s Street branch of Lloyds Bank in Derby. The victim, a father-of-three who ran the Hens and Chickens Bar and Grill in Queensferry Gardens, Shelton Lock, was standing in a queue when he was attacked by the 47-year-old defendant… The court heard today that Nur was born in Somalia and paid £400 to be brought to the UK illegally. Spain: Four Illegal Migrants Arrested For Gang-Raping Student – “Four illegal North African migrants have been arrested on suspicion of gang-raping and robbing a Spanish student found abandoned ‘semi-conscious’ on a park footpath. Germany: ‘Allahu Akbar’ Muslim Stabs Lufthansa Passengers During Flight – “Violent incident aboard a Lufthansa flight from Chicago to Frankfurt am Main. Praneeth Kumar Usiripalli, 28, is alleged to have stabbed two teenagers with a fork from the in-flight cutlery set aboard the Lufthansa aircraft. One of the teenagers suffered an injury to his collarbone, the other to the back of his head… ‘When the crew tried to subdue Usiripalli, he allegedly raised his hand, formed a gun with his fingers, put it in his mouth and pulled an imaginary trigger,’ the public prosecutor’s report continues. Germany: Syrian Jihadist Arrested While Planning ISIS Attack – “A 22-year-old Syrian national was arrested in Berlin on Saturday as authorities came to believe the man may have been planning a ‘jihadi’ attack in support of the Islamic State, DW News reported, citing officials. A spokesperson for Berlin prosecutors told the German newspaper that the suspect was planning ‘a jihadi-motivated attack.’ The suspect was detained by a unit of the police Special Task Force after officers seized equipment for making a bomb during a search of three residential addresses linked to him… Dobrindt added that the Syrian national had arrived in Germany in 2023, and there were early indicators that he was making preparations to carry out an attack… According to prosecutors, the man shared ISIS propaganda on social media, including songs about jihad.” Read more.

The Jerusalem Post – “Turkey’s full suspension of economic and trade relations with Israel, coupled with the closure of its airspace, marks an unprecedented escalation that could have far-reaching consequences, Dr. Hay Eytan Cohen-Yanarocak of Tel Aviv University warned in an interview with Maariv.

‘A country will completely cut its economic and trade relations with another and closes its airspace to its planes, only during wartime,’ Cohen-Yanarocak said. ‘This move is unprecedented, removes mutual dependency, and could lead to strategic escalation.’

The rupture followed Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan’s announcement earlier this week. According to Cohen-Yanarocak, the deterioration had been building for months. ‘It didn’t surprise me. I’ve been waiting a long time for these gradual steps,’ he said, pointing to earlier maritime sanctions. ‘The moment Israel declared its intention to expand the military operation in Gaza, they made the decision that very same day to impose maritime sanctions.’

Israeli forces exposing surveillance devices that had reportedly been sold to Damascus by Turkey gave Ankara the trigger it needed. ‘You could say it was expected to happen, but they were waiting for a specific incident in order to play this card,’ he noted…

The break also reflects President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s wider ambitions. ‘Erdogan wants to restore past glory, to once again make Turkey the strongest Muslim state,’ Cohen-Yanarocak explained. ‘And when there is some Muslim entity, such as Gaza, that is in serious trouble, the Turkish leader sees himself as the leader of all Sunni Muslims.’ …

The chances of mending ties soon are slim. ‘As long as we don’t see an end to the war, I don’t think it’s possible to put the genie back in the bottle,’ Cohen-Yanarocak said. ‘On paper, it can be done, but there’s a political price.’

With Turkey ‘reaping major political capital from the war in Gaza,’ he added, reversing course will be increasingly difficult. What began as a temporary protest, he concluded, has now become ‘a structural change in relations, with consequences that will extend far beyond the end of the current war.'” Read more.
