Lying Wonders: Allah’s Name Appears On Beef At Nigerian University

03/02/2013 60 comments

Texans can finally breathe a sigh of relief. The proof is in the pudding. Well, ok, it’s on the beef, if this wondrous sign of miracle meat is to be believed …

2 Thessalonians 2:9-10, “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.”

By Saheed Salawu, Nigerian Tribune – “WHAT appears as the inscription ‘Allah,’ an Arabic word for God, appeared on a piece of meat in the University of Ibadan.

The incident attracted the attention of many who had visited the institution to catch a glimpse of the mystery meat.

A 200Level Biochemistry student, Miss Khayrah Ola-Kareem, residing in Queen Elizabeth II Hall of the institution, who is at the centre of the incident, said the meat was among other pieces that were brought by her mother on Tuesday.

According to her, she first noticed the strange sign after the meat simmered from boiling.

‘As the pieces of meat started to simmer, an inscription of God’s name in Arabic Language, which translation is Allah, began to appear on one of them. The more the meat boiled, the clearer the inscription became,’ she said.

Miss Ola-Kareem explained that she decided to fry that piece of meat in the hope that the sign would disappear, but it became more engraved after the process.

She said although she is a Muslim, she was shocked by the development.

The lady said it took showing her Christian floor mates the word Allah in its Arabic form in the Quran before they could believe her.

At a press conference held at the institution’s Central Mosque on Thursday, president of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN), University of Ibadan, Mr Alli Abdul Salam, said the incident was one of the signs of Allah’s existence.

He noted that the incident was not new, as there had been a series of such developments in the past, ‘which are signs for man to reflect on the power of Allah, as well as authenticity of Islam.’

The piece of meat is at present in the custody of the MSSN.” Source – Nigerian Tribune.

Flashback: Lying Wonders: Islamic Scholars Now Say the Qur’an Can Also Be Used to Cure Incurable Non-Muslims – “Here’s a wonderful update to this story.  As it turns out, the Qur’an can cure an infidel after all, even if they’re worthy of death and destined for hell, ‘the most vile of created beings’ (Qur’an 98:6). The only caveat, however, to invoke this miraculous healing by the power of Greyskull Allah is that you first pay one of the best of peoples so that they can recite it for you. (And it’s probably wise to hire a male, since men are worth more according to the Qur’an and possess twice the intelligence of a women, so you’ll likely double the bang for your buck).” Read more.

Chad: Children Starve To Death As Islamic ‘Doctors’ With ‘Healing Gift From Allah’ Throw Common Sense Into The Wind

12/23/2012 5 comments

Allah apparently neglected to attend medical school …

Fox News – “MOUSSORO, Chad – On the day of their son’s surgery, the family woke before dawn. They saddled their horses and set out across the 12-mile-long carpet of sand to the nearest town, where they hoped the reputed doctor would cure their frail, feverish baby.

The neighboring town, almost as poor and isolated as their own, hosts a foreign-run emergency clinic for malnourished children. But that’s not where the family headed.

The doctor they chose treats patients behind a mud wall. His operating room is the sand lot that serves as his front yard. His operating table is a plastic mat lying on the dirt. His surgical tools include a screwdriver. And his remedy for malnourished children is the removal, without antiseptic or anesthesia, of their teeth and epiglottis…

There are now 32 clinics equipped with the latest technology to halt starvation, most within a few hours’ walk of affected families. If a child makes it to one of these centers in time, the chance of survival is remarkably high.

Yet acute malnutrition is only getting worse in the Sahel, where every year, cemeteries fill up with the bodies of children who wasted away within walking distance of help.

In 2010, 55,000 children were treated for the most acute form of malnutrition in Chad. In 2011, it was 65,000. The expected caseload for 2012 is 127,300, according to the report published in June. Overall, in the eight countries in the Sahel, the number of admissions has doubled in just three years…

Eight-month-old Abdallah Lamine had been sick for a month, but it wasn’t until he started vomiting that his parents made the trip to the medicine man, Haki Hassane…

The remedy the healer prescribes for malnourished children is the removal of the epiglottis, the tiny ball of flesh that hangs from the back of the throat, which he says ‘gets in the way of the food.’ For fever, he prescribes the removal of the child’s teeth.

In baby Abdallah’s case he prescribed both. He grabbed the baby by one arm, placed him on the mat and pinned him down. As the child began to shriek, he dug the unwashed screwdriver into the baby’s pink gums, until four tiny teeth popped out.

The healer wiped down the holes in the child’s mouth with a corner of a ratty blanket, stained with the blood of the other children he’d treated that day. Then he handed the petrified, whimpering toddler to his stone-faced mother.

Tooth extraction and the removal of the epiglottis is common in this part of Chad. Elsewhere, the treatment for diarrhea is burning the child’s anus with a rod heated over a fire…

… Already malnourished children who have their epiglottis cut can’t eat for at least a week, says health official Blague. When the child does eat, the open wound often gets infected. This worsens the malnutrition.

Because the infection can last several weeks, families believe their baby has simply contracted a different ailment. Chad’s government has never addressed these harmful practices. The issue remains extremely sensitive, in part because the healers claim their gift came from Allah …” Read more.

‘Sharia Medicine’: Egyptian Clinic Treats People … With Camel Urine

10/01/2012 7 comments

By Raymond Ibrahim – “A recent Egyptian TV program showed how Islamic Sharia law’s many prescriptions do not merely clash with modern-day concepts like free speech and religious freedom, but even with medicine and science.

On September 16, popular TV persona Wael El-Ibrashi hosted Dr. Zaghlul al-Naggar, a prominent Islamic thinker and Chairman of Egypt’s Committee of Scientific Notions in the Quran, on the topic of medical science and Islam. Inevitably the idea of drinking camel urine as a form of therapy—first proposed in the 7th century by Muslim prophet Muhammad—came up.

Not only did Dr. Naggar promote this practice, but he made the staggering announcement that right now in Egypt a medical center in Marsa Matrouh actually specializes in treating people with camel urine, all in accord with the prophet’s advice.

Other Egyptian thinkers joined the show via satellite, including Khaled Montaser (who earlier exposed the Islamic world’s ‘inferiority complex’). At one point, while delineating how science and medicine work, Montaser reminded that urine is where all the body’s toxins are carried out, asking ‘so, shall we drink it for health?’ Naggar simply responded with arrogance: ‘I am older than you and more learned than you: you are not going to teach me; I will teach generations of people like you.’

Egyptian thinker, Sayyid al-Qemany—whose strong support for rationalistic thinking and the separation of religion and state caused Egypt’s Islamic establishment to pronounce him an apostate infidel—also joined the show via phone, deploring the very idea that drinking camel urine could heal people.

Referring to Naggar’s announcement that there is a clinic specializing in treating people with camel urine as a ‘catastrophe’ that only indicates how far Egypt has sunk, Qemany called on Egyptian health officials to verify if such a medical center truly exists, saying this is a serious issue involving the health of Egypt’s citizenry.

Naggar tried to defend the ‘salutary benefits’ of camel urine by arguing that European pharmacies produce a medicine that contains female urine (possibly a reference to HCG). Qemany replied that such medicines are not based on drinking crude urine but are synthetic, exclaiming, ‘does this mean I should go drink my wife’s urine?!'” Read more.

Lying Wonders: Iran Promotes ‘Discovery’ Of The ‘Gospel Of Barnabas’, Claims It Will Cause ‘Worldwide’ Collapse of Christianity

05/24/2012 8 comments

Islam’s Messiah “al Mahdi” isn’t the only thing that remains hidden today.  Yet again, the “prophets of Persia” have concealed Truth by touting the false and poorly written “Gospel of Barnabas” in an effort to promote Islam. Unsurprisingly, while Iran claims the book “predicts” the coming of the “prophet” Mohammed, it neglects to disclose the fact that, among other things, written in Aramaic on the front cover is an inscription revealing that “this book is written on the hands of the monks of the high monastery in Nineveh, in the 1,500th year of our Lord.” Spelling errors, Qur’an contradictions and historical inaccuracies aside, if predicting the coming of Islam’s prophet nearly 900 years after the fact can somehow be twisted in an effort to advance the cause of Islam, then anything can.

Christian” archaeology undermines the Qur’an. “Jewish” archaeology undermines the Qur’an. Even “Islamic” archaeology undermines the Qur’an. But when it comes to an ideology whose foundations are grounded in lies and deception, the only facts that need apply are those that can be distorted to undermine the Truth …

By Reza Kahlili – “Iran’s Basij Press is claiming that a version of the Gospel of Barnabas, found in 2000, will prove that Islam is the final and righteous religion and the revelation will cause the collapse worldwide of Christianity.

Turkey confiscated a leather-bound text, written on animal hide, in an anti-smuggling operation in 2000. Turkish authorities believe the text could be an authentic version of the Gospel of Barnabas, one of Jesus’ apostles and an associate of the apostle Paul.

This version of the Barnabas Gospel was written in the 5th or 6th century and it predicted the coming of the Prophet Mohammad and the religion of Islam, the Basij Press claims.

The Christian world, it says, denies the existence of such a gospel.

However, religious scholars have said another version of the Barnabas Gospel, discovered a century ago, was written less than 500 years ago, which would post-date Mohammad.

In Chapter 41 of the Barnabas Gospel, Basij claims, is this statement: ‘God has hidden himself as Archangel Michael ran them (Adam and Eve) out of heaven, (and) when Adam turned, he noticed that at top of the gateway to heaven, it was written ‘La elah ela Allah, Mohamad rasool Allah,’’ meaning Allah is the only God and Mohammad his prophet.

The Turkish army has taken possession of the Barnabas Gospel because the ‘Zionists’ and the governments of the West are trying to suppress its contents, Basij Press claims.

According to the Barnabas Gospel in Turkey’s hands, Basij Press says, Jesus was never crucified and that not only is He not the son of God, but that He himself predicted the coming of the Prophet Mohammad. The book even predicts the coming of the last Islamic messiah, the report says. Read more…

Lying Wonders: Baby Boy Born In Nigeria ‘Clutching A Copy Of The Holy Quran’ Hailed A ‘Miracle’ By Imams And Islamic Scholars

05/20/2012 3 comments

2 Thessalonians 2:9-10, “The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.”

For those who may not know, the name of Satan is “heylel” in Hebrew (Isaiah 14:12, “Lucifer”). The Arabic equivalent is the word “hilal”, which means “crescent moon” …

“OLALEKAN OLABULO reports on the baby boy, who at childbirth in Lagos a few days ago was found clutching a copy of [the] Holy Quran.

The most talked about issue in Lagos and Ogun states in the last one week, is the birth of a baby, who was said to be clutching a miniature Quran, in his hand, at the time of his birth.

The birth of the baby, who was later christened Abdul Wahab Iyanda Irawo, has generated serious argument and discussions from Muslims and Christians alike…

The 32, Shonde Street, Ijeshatedo home of the 32-year-old mother of the baby, became a Mecca of sorts. People from different backgrounds stormed the house to catch a glimpse of the new born baby whose fame had spread to the east, west, north and South of Lagos and Ogun states. Residents of the two-storey building were forced to accommodate the large crowd, who daily besieged the house.

The new baby became an instant commercial merchandise as his photo instantly found its way into calendars, soft sell magazines and tabloid. He became a reference point for Islamic scholars during homily. Millions of naira have exchanged hands since the birth of Abdul Wahab Irawo, as people also gave out money as gifts to his mother and other needy people in the spirit of rejoicing on the birth of the boy.

Residents and workers around Ijeshatedo had since the birth of the new baby listened to more Allahu Akbar than they might have done, probably in the last few years. Every new person that visited the new baby kept shouting Allahu Akbar, apparently to glorify God.

The mother of the baby, Kikelomo Ilori, had confessed to have tried to abort the baby, despite several warnings from the church. Kikelomo was until the birth of the baby, a Christian and the young baby was born at a Cherubim and Seraphim church. This has also created serious arguments on religious superiority.

Kikelomo, while speaking on the birth of Abdul Wahab, stated that a friend of hers, Kehinde Ogunlana, took her to the church after the baby refused to come, when the pregnancy was due. It was after she had spent many days at the church that she finally delivered a baby boy, whom many are now describing as a miracle baby…

Imams and Islamic scholars from different Islamic organisations and foreign missions, all paid their respect to what they described as ‘miracle of [Allah].'” Read more.

Lying Wonders Update: Islamic Scholars Now Say the Qur’an Can Be Used to Cure Non-Muslims

11/17/2011 Leave a comment

Here’s a wonderful update to this story.  As it turns out, the Qur’an can cure an infidel after all, even if they’re worthy of death and destined for hell, “the most vile of created beings” (Qur’an 98:6). The only caveat, however, to invoke this miraculous healing by the power of Greyskull Allah is that you first pay one of the best of peoples so that they can recite it for you. (And it’s probably wise to hire a male, since men are worth more according to the Qur’an and possess twice the intelligence of a women, so you’ll likely double the bang for your buck).  But, if it doesn’t work, it’s probably because he didn’t recite it in Arabic. If that still doesn’t work, it’s possible that his Arabic was broken.  And if perfect Arabic doesn’t work, maybe you didn’t pay him enough …

2 Thessalonians 2:9-12, “The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.”

“MADINA – Two scholars specializing in Dawah and Qur’an studies have agreed that it is permissible to use the Qur’an to cure non-Muslims. However, they differed about whether to recite it in a non-Arabic language.

Dr. Ali Bin Ghazi Al-Twaijri, professor of Qur’an studies at the Islamic University here, said that it was allowed. ‘It’s permissible for non-Muslims to use the Qur’an as a cure. The reciter of the Qur’an may receive an amount of money for reciting it.’

Al-Twaijri listed the virtues of the Qur’an in curing illnesses and urged Muslims to recite it on daily basis. The majority of scholars agree that it is a Sunnah to use the Qur’an as a source of healing and cure for physical and non-physical diseases.

Al-Twaijri added that it is permissible to recite the Qur’an in a non-Arabic language when using it to cure illnesses.

Sheikh Abdul Mohsin Al-Obeikan, adviser at the Royal Court, told Al-Hayat Arabic daily that Islamic laws allow for the Holy Qur’an to be used in this manner. ‘The Shariah doesn’t ban a Muslim from reciting the Qur’an to a non-Muslim for the purpose of healing. There are no specific conditions for such recitation. But reading the Qur’an in a non-Arabic language is permissible for interpretation and exegesis purposes only.'” Source – Saudi Gazette.

Come to think of it, maybe Barack ObamaEric Holder and Janet Napolitano should hire someone to invoke the “Qur’anic Cure” and deliver them all of their insanity. I have a good idea precisely which verses would begin to do the trick.  In an effort to not offend women’s groups, however, it’s pretty much a foregone conclusion that they’ll likely call upon someone like Azizah al-Hibri. Not only would they fail to get the best bang for their borrowed buck — which is no big surprise since wasting money has now become a popular hobby in Washington — al-Hibri will, in accordance with the Islamist agenda, just pretend that those verses don’t really exist anyway …
