Wikipedia Knows Obama is Not Eligible to be President, Scrubs Vattel Reference to ‘Natural Born Citizenship’

A reference to a key source, cited by the Founding Fathers in their development of the Constitutional qualifications for the Office of Presidency, is now missing from Wikipedia’s entry on Natural Born Citizenship in the wake of Barack Obama releasing his “long form birth certificate”.   Emmerich de Vattel defined ‘Natural Born Citizenship’ in his 1757 landmark treaties “The Law of the Nations” as “those born in the country of parents who are citizens” …

Rival Palestinian Factions Reach Landmark Reconciliation Pact

“Palestinian factions Fatah and Hamas on Wednesday proclaimed a landmark, Egyptian-mediated reconciliation pact aimed at ending their bitter four-year rift. The Palestinian president seized the occasion to deliver a scathing criticism of Israel, saying he would not succumb to its blackmail over the future of Mideast peacemaking.

‘We forever turn the black page of division,’ the Western-backed Mahmoud Abbas said at the declaration ceremony in the Egyptian capital Cairo, promising to ‘soon’ visit Hamas-held Gaza Strip.”  Read more.

Colorado Graphic Artist Questions Obama Birth Certificate

By Don Coleman – “GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Even after the White House offered up President Obama’s birth certificate, there are still those who are questioning it’s legitimacy.

One Grand Junction man who works as a graphic artist says he has discovered something strange about the certificate. ‘There’s no doubt that it has been edited and quite significantly,’ James Colby said.

He’s been involved in graphic arts since 2004 and has never had a reason to doubt our president’s birthplace. In fact, he says he is politically independent. Yet, Colby says he can’t ignore the obvious.

After downloading the birth certificate straight off of the White House’s website, he started noticing the apparent flaws in a computer program called Adobe Illustrator.

‘Legitimate digitized, scanned documents will always have [a] faded appearance… There are too many jagged features, here.’ he said as the scoured the certificate. ‘So, it’s not a single document, it’s actually ‘compositive’ layers.'”  Read more.

Why Does Obama Have 2 Different Birth Doctors?

By Bob Unruh – “The White House release of a copy of Barack Obama’s long-form Hawaian birth certificate continues to raise more questions – since the name of the president’s attending physician differs from previous published reports.

The name on the purported birth certificate lists Dr. David Sinclair as the obstetrician who delivered Obama in 1961.

But reports by the Buffalo News and supposedly confirmed by the hoaxbusting website Snopes.com indicate the name of Obama’s birth physician was Dr. Rodney T. West.

Here is an image of what the White House claims is Obama’s official, long-form birth certificate, with Sinclair’s name listed as the doctor.

Yet a report that West was the attending physician – and not Sinclair – comes from Snopes.com, the self-described ‘definitive Internet reference source’:

White House to Release Death Photo of Osama Bin Laden; Update: Nevermind

President Obama has decided that he will release at least one photo of Osama Bin Laden after his recent death by US Navy SEALs.  Will it put conspiracy theorists to rest?  Details coming soon …

Panetta: “The government obviously has been talking about how best to do this, but I don’t think there was any question that ultimately a photograph would be presented to the public.” (Source)

Update:  Obama changes his mind, doesn’t want to release evidence proving Bin Laden’s death.  It might be ‘inflammatory.’  Killing the terrorist is perfectly ok, but showing a picture will hurt other terrorist’s feelings.

WikiLeaks: Osama Bin Laden Killed After Tip-Offs from Guantanamo

By Tim Ross – “Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), who was repeatedly subjected to methods including ‘waterboarding’ and stress positions, provided the CIA with the name of bin Laden’s personal courier, according to US officials.

A second source – also an al-Qaeda ‘leader’ held at Guantanamo Bay – then confirmed the courier’s identity, sparking an intense manhunt that resulted in the dramatic final raid.

Secret documents seen by The Daily Telegraph disclose that this second source – the terrorist operations chief, Abu Faraj al-Libi – played a key role in finding ‘safe havens’ for bin Laden and lived in the military town where he was finally found.

The killing of the world’s most wanted man as a direct result of information obtained from Guantanamo detainees such as KSM will reignite the debate over whether torture is a legitimate interrogation technique in the ‘war on terror’. Washington Times Reporter: Obama’s Birth Certificate a Forgery, This May Be ‘Much Larger Than Watergate’

Alfred Lambremont Webre (ALW) interviews Robert Stanley (RS), weekly correspondent for the Washington Times investigative radio. Here is an excerpt I’ve put together from the interview.

ALW: “Has there been any response so far from the White House?”

RS: “… Actually there was. The document, when first posted on Wednesday, was different from the document that they posted on Thursday using the same link. The difference was that the resolution of the … second version was actually much lower resolution. And then, that night, somebody must have alerted them that there was a problem with the document and they, they broke the link, they took it down off of the White House website. I was alerted by people in the media in my circle who said, ‘Wow, what happened to the link?’…

Let’s go back to what we were talking about earlier. The National Review Online has tried to say that … the reason there’s layers in this document is because it’s an artifact of scanning through OCR, which is Optical Character Recognition. It’s a program I’ve used for many years and I’ve never seen this, this what they’re claiming to be, you know, an ‘artifact’. … The other reason I find that completely false is that you only use OCR if you want to edit a document like this. You would never do something like that for, you know, scanning an official document. It would just be a JPEG file…”

ALW: “Have the hospital officials, or any of the officials from the State of Hawaii Birth Certificate Registry said anything about the obvious forensic fraud in this document?”

RS: “Not that I know of. I got up very early this morning to help break the story. It really only surfaced yesterday, Thursday morning… People are still getting the news on this… I would be very surprised if there isn’t some sort of congressional investigation, the FBI should be involved. The media is going to have to play catch-up on this. And the other problem is the mainstream media, basically, has an agenda here, politically. They don’t want to see Barak Obama smeared like this, so typically I think they’re going to be hesitant. I think they’re going to try to dismiss it as nonsense initially, but within a week — the following weeks ahead — there’s just no way that this story is going to die and people are going to be able to sweep it under the rug…”

ALW:  “Do you think we have another potential Richard Nixon here?”

RS:  “Yeah, that’s the analogy I thought of and we discussed [this] earlier today on Washington Times Radio.  However, I would say that if all this is accurate the way I’m reporting it, if this is true, I would say this is much larger than Watergate in its scope…

Opinion Maker: World Intelligence Agencies Call Obama’s ‘Birth Certificate’ a Blatant Forgery

Even if this is true I am sure that we’ll not be hearing any official statements from foreign intelligence agencies any time soon with respect to the veracity of Obama’s recent ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ release.  It wouldn’t be politically expedient.  Regardless, it seems to me that this release is having the opposite effect than the pro-Obama naysayers envisioned:  instead of dousing the flame of the ‘Birther’ movement and the upcoming release of Jerome  R. Corsi’s book (the Trump machine notwithstanding), this release has done nothing but add fuel to the fire.

On one hand, Obama supporters will proclaim this document as real and absolute proof that he was born in the US.  On the other hand, ‘Birthers’ will see this as proof that Obama continues to lie and conceal facts surrounding the true nature of his status.  And some of those in between who were not ‘Birthers’ before this past week are forced to raise an eyebrow or two, seeing good reason to give credence to the movement now more than ever before…

Intelligence and law enforcement services are experts on fake documents since they have to deal with large numbers of counterfeit documents, such as birth certificates, passports, identity cards and driver’s licenses, as well as currency. Intelligence agencies are also experts at forging their own documents for their clandestine agents.

Within 24-hours of the release of the long form Certificate of Live Birth on April 27, intelligence agencies from Britain and China to Germany and Russia examined the document and concluded it was a forgery based on the fact that Barack H. Obama Sr.’s race, listed as ‘African,’ was a monumental error, considering that not only the United States, but other English-speaking nations described Africans and those of African descent as either ‘Negroes’ or ‘blacks’ in 1961.”  Read more.

North Carolina Bill Would Ban Courts from Using Sharia Law

BY MICHAEL BIESECKER – “RALEIGH — A group of Republican legislators is backing a measure that would make it illegal for judges to consider ‘foreign law’ when making rulings in North Carolina’s courts.

Though the federal and state constitutions already guarantee the supremacy of U.S. law in domestic cases, primary sponsor Rep. George Cleveland said he is concerned that Shariah law could gain a foothold in American communities with sizable Muslim populations.

House Bill 640 makes no mention of the Islamic legal code. But Cleveland said Shariah would be defined as a ‘foreign law’ under his bill, and therefore banned from North Carolina’s courtrooms if the legislation he proposes is approved.”  Read more.

Report on Deputy Consulate General of Israel, Pacific NW Region Talk & Discussion, April 28, 2011

By Kurt Jorgensen – “Tonight Gideon Lustig, the Deputy Consulate General stationed in San Francisco, gave a 45 minute talk and answered questions for about ½ hour before an audience of around 40 people at Neighborhood Church in Chico, CA. Probably everyone in attendance was an evangelical Christian.

Gideon is a Jew who was born in and currently resides in Jerusalem when not stationed in SF. He owns a home there and is within a 10-15 minute walk of the old city.

Mr. Lustig is about 30 years old, married, and spent 10 years in the Israeli Defense Forces. He has a degree from Hebrew University in Jerusalem in Arab Studies. He is a third generation Israeli; his grandparents emigrated from Europe to escape the Holocaust. His grandfather fought in unspecified battles in defense of Israel.

Mr. Lustig was very sincere, even tempered, had a good command of English and was dressed in a business suit.

As a diplomat, Mr. Lustig was predictably very diplomatic, and didn’t offer a lot of specificity, but some of his answers were revealing.”  Read more.

Obama’s Birth Certificate: Why the Numbers Are Off

Terrence Lakin to be court-martialed and sent to prison for having dared ask questions the White House until now has resolutely dismissed with ridicule and disdain.

A key problem for Obama is that birth certificates issued to twin girls born one day later at Kapi’olani hospital, the Nordykes, are the Rosetta Stone of deciphering both Obama’s previously released short-form Certification of Live Birth and the newly released purported copy of his long-form birth certificate.

Update: More Expert Opinion– “Photoshop expert and author of more than 17 books on computer graphics Mara Z. sent this in: This is so maddening to listen to the media on this recent revelation… it’s such an obvious fake.

… if you open the PDF in Illustrator (instead of Photoshop) – Select the entire document and go to the Object menu and choose Clipping Mask > Release. Repeat as necessary until all clipping masks are released. Also open the Layer and turn off the visibility of each clipping group and you can see all the numerous places in which information was added (edited) into the form.

Lastly, look at the attached 1961 sample image found on the Internet of a legitimate 1961 Hawaii Birth Certificate (which someone posted to show what a real certificate would look like from that year in Hawaii)… look at the marks on this Internet version and you can see this was the template for Obama’s BC handiwork. The handwriting is exactly the same between posted Internet image and Obama’s fake version — the placement of boxes and marks are in the exact same position, dates are where the modified clipping masks occur to adjust dates to fit for Obama, but the handwriting of dates match (except for the clipping mask changes). Even the Cert. number is only off by the last two digits (which…you guessed it… happens to be a clipping mask layer).”  Read more.

Forensic Psychiatrist on Obama’s ‘Birth Certificate’ Speech: President Was ‘Nervous’, ‘Odd’ – Why?

Dr. Keith Ablow, Forensic Psychiatrist: “If you listen to [President Obama’s speech after the release of the birth certificate] and you don’t get into the forensic pathology related to the document itself, from a psychological standpoint it’s a curious speech.  He doesn’t say one in a billion people — one in a million — will find fault with this because there are outliers for everything.  He says 25% of people might have  a prob, that’s a very curious sort of calculus, like why?  Why would only the majority of Americans consider this to be sufficient evidence of his birth?  I wasn’t interested in looking at the birth certificate so much until the speech, which was preceded by a huge rambling series of excuses about why we shouldn’t look at it too closely…

If you’d had inserted two sentences to say, ‘Look of course it’s not real but we have things to do in the country’ I’d say that’s consistent with the tone of the speech… I found him to be quirky, a little nervous, summoning, odd, pauses and smiles… Why be bemused?  Why not just release it two years ago?  It’s not bemusing…”
