FBI Counter-Terror Official: Al Qaeda ‘Thrives’ After Dictators Fall

By Lee Ferran – “On the same day reports emerged of a new al Qaeda video that praised the revolutions sweeping the Arab world, one the U.S.’s top counter-terror officials warned the terror organization ‘thrives’ in the political unrest that follows.

‘The governments of Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen have drastically changed in the last six months,’ FBI Assistant Director of Counter-Terrorism Mark Giuliano said Thursday. ‘They are now led by transitional or interim governments, military regimes, or democratic alliances with no established track record on counterterrorism efforts. Al Qaeda thrives in such conditions and countries of weak governance and political instability — countries in which governments may be sympathetic to their campaign of violence.'” Read more.

Christian Beheaded by Islamists, More Face a Menacing Upsurge in Attacks Across the World

“Recent incidents of brutal anti-Christian violence and persecution suggest that vulnerable believers are facing a menacing upsurge in such attacks across the world.

For example, in Afghanistan the Muslim Taliban have beheaded an Afghan Christian, Abdul Latif, in Herat Province. A video of the murder sent to Barnabas Aid shows one of the killers saying:

All praise be to our creator almighty god that he helped and blessed the holy warriors … so that we can implement the commandment of god on this infidel … so that he is punished according to his wrong deed, he is punished according to the commandment of god so that it is a warning to other infidels.

They shout ‘Allahu Akbar’ (‘god is great’) over and over again during the beheading, and they bring an execution notice to hang on the wall.”  Read more.

‘Million of Martyrs are Marching to Jerusalem’ and ‘Here We Come’: Protesters in Egypt Call for Jewish Genocide

By Roee Nahmias – “Hundreds of Egyptians protested Thursday evening in front of the Israeli consulate in the coastal city of Alexandria. Egyptian security forces were deployed in the area and blocked entry into the consulate building.

The protesters waved Palestinian flags and called to expel the Israeli ambassador and open the Rafah crossing at the border with the Gaza Strip.

Demonstrators held signs reading ‘Gaza, my only love’, ‘Million of martyrs are marching to Jerusalem’ and ‘Here we come’ – written in Hebrew.

The crowds also called to launch a ‘third intifada’ on May 15, as initially stated on the popular Facebook page, which stirred controversy in Israel.”  Read more.

Muslim Group in Malaysia Declares Jihad Against Christians Who … Disagree With Them

By Asrul Hadi Abdullah Sani – “KUALA LUMPUR, April 15 — An umbrella coalition of Muslim groups held a protest today and declared bloodshed against ‘extremist’ Christians that insult and ridicule the position of Islam in the country.

The Muslim Organisations in Defence of Islam (Pembela), comprising 20 groups, protested after Friday prayers at the National Mosque against Putrajaya’s release of Malay-language bibles and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s promise to never impound the Alkitab again.

A group of 30 men dressed in white shirts and skullcaps gathered at the main entrance of the mosque after prayers with placards saying ‘Allah is great! We Ansarullah (helpers of Allah) are watching you!'”  Read more.

Christian Girls Forced to Convert to Islam; Rapes, Coersion, Abuse

By Agenzia Fides – “LAHORE, Pakistan (Agenzia Fides) – In Pakistan forced conversions to Islam, rapes and forced marriages are on the rise. The victims are mostly Hindu and Christian girls, belonging to religious minorities, complain Fides local sources. This has been a worrying phenomenon for the Church in Pakistan for some time and that the Church is trying to address, looking for the cooperation of institutions but it is an uphill battle.

‘The Christian girls are the weakest and most vulnerable, because their communities are poor, defenceless and marginalized, therefore easily exposed to harassment and threats. Often they do not even have the courage to denounce the violence,’ says a sister to Fides.”  Read more.

Report: Hezbollah and Iran Planning Imminent Attacks Against Western Targets

“BEIRUT, Lebanon, April 13 (UPI) — Hezbollah and Iranian Revolutionary Guard operatives are planning attacks on western targets in the coming days, a Lebanese report said.

The report was based on information gathered by western intelligence agencies monitoring the “recent abnormal movements of cadres suspected of belonging to Hezbollah or the Iranian Revolutionary Guard,” the Beirut Observer Web site said Tuesday.

The report said the attacks are meant to divert global attention from indictments the international United Nations tribunal is expected to serve in the investigation of the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.”  Read more.

Israel National News: Will 2012 See The Beginning of Gog-Magog?

The State of Israel seems to have lost a major measure of its support in the non-Jewish world and is being stampeded into abandoning large parts of the Land of Israel to the tender mercies of sworn enemies who have no peaceful intentions at all – the Palestinians.

These are Arabs who constitute a ‘national entity’ invented recently of whole cloth and which never existed in world history. Their wish is to destroy the State of Israel and kill as many Jews as possible in the process. Prime Minister Netanyahu is being pushed into formulating a plan of further concessions, beyond those already granted …

The Palestinian enemy fully expects this scenario to materialize and so, steadfastly refuses to negotiate. Since the ‘World’, lead by US President Barack Hussein Obama whose father was a practicing Moslem, does not punish them in any way for not negotiating, they feel vindicated in this assessment.

Let us consult Jewish sources to see if there are hints as to upcoming events. First we will review a possible scenario constructed from the Palestinian declared intentions and from prophetic sources that correlate with them. 1,000 Militants Attack Non-Muslim Villages in Nigeria

“… Meanwhile in Bauchi, where serious electoral fraud was uncovered in run up to the vote, attacks by armed Fulani men on non-Muslim areas have continued. On Thursday 7 April at least ten people were killed in Bar Arewa village in Bogoro LGA when it was stormed at midnight by up to 1,000 men armed with guns and machetes. Almost every home in the village was destroyed and some elderly people were reported to have been burnt to death in their homes.

During the previous week around five people died in similar attacks on the villages of Yola and Goska Bong in Bogoro LGA. Attackers are thought to be part of a group of around 2,000 militants from Niger, Katsina, Kano, Sokoto and other northern states that have been attacking non-Muslim villages since 10 April. In a comment to a Nigerian newspaper a survivor of one of the attack said ‘They wanted to prevent us from voting in the elections, so they burnt houses so our voter cards would be burnt.'”  Read more.

Palestine is Genocide

By Daniel Greenfield – “On the 11th of March, two Arab Muslim men climbed through the window of a home in the village of Ithamar, and massacred an entire family, killing both parents, stabbing a 4 year old boy twice in the chest, murdering an 11 year old while he sat up reading in bed and slitting the throat of a 3 month old baby girl.

A week later, Israeli and Arab pollsters conducted a survey in the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem. A third of the Arabs surveyed supported these atrocities.

All the justifications for a Palestinian state fall away in the face of this simple fact. That a third of the residents of any Palestinian state favor the murder of Jewish children. Not to achieve any larger goal, but just because they are Jewish children. To call for a Palestinian state in the face of that fact is to advocate genocide.”  Read more.

Killer Subway Blast in Minsk a ‘Terrorist Act’

By YURAS KARMANAU – “An explosion has torn through a key subway station in the Belarusian capital of Minsk during evening rush hour killing 11 people and wounding 126.

An official said the blast was a terrorist act.

President Alexander Lukashenko did not say what caused the explosion at the Oktyabrskaya subway station, but suggested outside forces could be behind it.

‘I do not rule out that this gift could have been brought from outside,’ Lukashenko said. The authoritarian leader, under strong pressure from the West over his suppression of the opposition, has frequently alleged outside forces seek to destabilise his regime.

Deputy prosecutor-general Andrei Shved said the blast was a terrorist act, but did not give further details.” Read more.

Arab League to Appeal for Gaza ‘No-Fly Zone’

It was only a matter of time before the Arab League, hot off the heels of their success in convincing the UN Security Council to implement a no-fly zone over Libya to protect the al Qaeda-linked rebels, would set their sights on Gaza.  So let me get this straight — the Arab League wanted al Qaeda-supported rebels protected, and now they want a second terrorist organization, Hamas, protected too?  Am I missing something here?

By William EDWARDS – “AFP – Arab League chief Amr Mussa said on Sunday the organisation will ask the UN Security Council to impose a no-fly zone over Gaza, which Israel has pounded with air strikes in response to rocket fire.

Mussa told an emergency meeting of Arab League ambassadors that ‘the Arab bloc in the United Nations has been directed to ask for the convention of the Security Council to stop the Israeli aggression on Gaza and impose a no-fly zone.’

Israeli and Palestinian officials were on Sunday floating a ceasefire to end fighting in the coastal strip where Israeli air strikes have killed at least 18 people since Thursday.” Read more.
