DR Congo: Islamic Terrorists Behead Breastfeeding Mothers At Church-Run Hospital – “A terrorist attack on civilians took place on Friday night in the North Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, killing around 20 people, many of them sick and confined to hospital beds. Nigeria: Pastor’s Daughters Among Boko Haram Kidnap Victims In Chibok – “Two daughters of a Pastor (names withheld), a woman and her baby were amongst the seven people allegedly abducted by suspected members of Boko Haram terrorists… the incident took place on Wednesday about 8p.m., where about 15 people were abducted, but eight escaped, as the insurgents were few in numbers and were not fully armed. A resident, John Yusuf, said: ‘The insurgents did not shoot at anybody, nor destroy any property in Shikarkir during the invasion.’ Another community leader in Chibok who pleaded unanimous said in a text message, yesterday, that: ‘I am shocked and saddened by the attack on Shikarkir ward, Chibok. My heart goes out to the families of the seven abducted, including the pastor’s two daughters, a woman with her children, and the wife of Mr. Smith Shikarkir with her baby. Nigeria: Islamists Kills Four Farmers, Burns Down Church – “Senator Ali Ndume, representing Borno South under the All Progressives Congress (APC), has condemned the renewed wave of terrorist attacks in parts of his constituency, describing the situation as ‘deeply worrisome’ and unacceptable… four farmers were gruesomely murdered by Boko Haram insurgents while working on their farmlands in Kwam village… The senator added that the killings were not isolated incidents, noting that the insurgents had intensified assaults across multiple communities. ‘Just last week, a Church and other infrastructures in Pemi were set ablaze, and yesterday (Wednesday), there were reports of Boko Haram invasion in the Shikarkir community…’ He criticised the inability of security operatives to consistently safeguard remote settlements, saying the absence of a sustained security presence has emboldened insurgents to carry out attacks without resistance.” Read more.

Nigeria: Christians Beg Trump For Help Before They Are Wiped Out As Bodies Pile Up And Villages Disappear – “Nigeria’s Christians are being pushed to the brink of extinction – and could be wiped off the map within two generations without urgent international intervention. That’s the chilling warning from Emeka Umeagbalasi, the outspoken founder of Nigeria’s International Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Law (Intersociety). And he’s not mincing his words. Uganda: Islamists Kill Christians For Selling Pork Near Mosque, Destroy Christian Businesses – “Five Christians were killed and 44 others injured on Nov. 4 after an Islamist leader incited Muslims to attack Christians over pork sales near a mosque in Yumbe… violence erupted after reports spread that Christian merchants were openly selling pork near Munir Mosque, a move many Muslims described as provocative and disrespectful to their religion, which forbids consumption of pork… the unrest began following a video that circulated on social media showing Sheikh Kasim Abdalla of Munir Mosque urging Muslims from the wider West Nile sub-region, and even from Sudan and Somalia, to support what he termed ‘Operation Albadiri,’ likening it to an ancient Islamic battle… protesters began attacking Christian-owned shops and homes, area sources said. During the protest, Abdalla told his followers, ‘Yumbe was dedicated to Allah from the beginning. We cannot allow pork shops to operate here. Burkina Faso: Terrorists Target Christians For Mass Murder, ‘The Goal Was To Spread Fear’ – “On Oct. 6, terrorists conducted two mass murders in Burkina Faso dioceses within hours of each other. In the Nouna Diocese, three teenagers were travelling from Mali to begin the school year. Terrorists stopped the bus, pulled the teenagers out, and shot them… Hours later, shots were fired at vehicles traveling from Nouna to Dédougou, killing 15 people. The previous day in the Fada N’Gourma Diocese, a catechist was kidnapped during Sunday Mass. ‘He was specifically targeted… The goal is to spread fear among the Christians. Sometimes the Christians are permitted to pray, but just as quickly they can be subjected to abuse, to make them flee.’ Several days before this incident, another catechist from the same diocese was ambushed and killed while returning from a pastoral meeting in Diabo. Burkina Faso has seen rising terrorist threats since 2015, when Jihadist groups linked to al-Qaida and the Islamic State group took over the Sahel region. Ethiopia: More Christians Killed By Islamists In Latest Round Of ‘Ethnic And Religious Cleansing’ – “Three Orthodox Christians were killed on Monday in the latest string of attack in East Arsi… the victims were working on a harvest in their farms. They were riddled with bullets to death in the farm… victims are identified as Diacon Ejigu (apparently serving in a church), Tilahun Boge and Tsadkane Serawitu who is said to be a ten years old boy. Government forces deployed to the area seem to have failed to prevent killings. Furthermore, an unspecified number of youth from the area are reportedly arrested over disclosing information on the killings and kidnapping of Orthodox Christians in the area… Thousands of followers of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church are reportedly displaced from locations where there had been recurring attacks against Orthodox Christians. Political observers and activists seem to allege that killings in Arsi were orchestrated with a goal of ethnic and religious cleansing.” Read more.

Nigeria: Hundreds Killed During Jihadist Turf War – “Clashes between rival jihadist factions in northeast Nigeria have claimed some 200 lives in the restive Lake Chad area, intelligence, militia and jihadist sources told AFP Monday. Fighting between Boko Haram and rival militants from the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) group broke out in Dogon Chiku on the shores of Lake Chad on Sunday, in the latest bout of infighting for territorial control fuelled by ideological rifts. ‘From the toll we got, around 200 ISWAP terrorists were killed in the fight,’ Babakura Kolo, a member of an anti-jihadist militia assisting the Nigerian military, told AFP. A former Boko Haram jihadist, who has since renounced violence but follows jihadist activities in the region, also said ‘around 200 ISWAP fighters were killed in the clashes”, with several of their weapons seized.'” Read more.

A Christian woman resident of Maalula told the media saying, ‘They arrived in our town at dawn and shouted ‘We are from the Al-Nusra Front and have come to make lives miserable for the Crusaders,’ the woman who was identified as Marie, further narrated that after their first advance against the town, Christians started fleeing

The town was home to considerable large Christian population. According to estimate, about 5,000 of the residents of Maalula speak Aramaic, the language spoken by Jesus himself. The militant outfit has tightened its grip over the Maalula in order to use it as a launching base for anti-regime attacks.” Read more.

Georgia: Muslim Woman In Burqa Attacks Family For Flying An American Flag – “A family in Lawrenceville said they were attacked by a total stranger just because they were flying an American Flag. Amina Ahra, 30, was arrested on two counts of simple battery after being accused of attacking a mother and daughter at their home. Dami Arno told police she was in the garage talking with her daughter when she said Ahra came out of the woods wearing a full Burka, grabbed the flag from off the mailbox and charged at them… ‘A lady walked out of our woods in a full Burka, full attire, stares at us for a minute, then grabs my American flag off of my mailbox and charges towards us with it, just swinging it with all her might,’ the wife and mother said.” Read more.

Texas: Muslim Assaults, Spits On Cops, Says He’s Affiliated With The Islamic State – “A man is in jail, charged with assaulting and harassing an officer with the Arlington Police Department. Investigators tell CBS 11 News, something that suspect said during the incident also prompted police to notify the FBI. Wahib Sadek now faces charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and assaulting a public servant…  Police say they found several firearms inside Sadek’s car. Investigators also learned later that Sadek allegedly threatened another woman with a knife before the incident in Arlington… Agents with the FBI were contacted because police say during the arrest Sadek claimed to be affiliated with the ISIS terrorist group.
