New Straits Times – “TEHRAN: Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi wrote a letter to United Nations (UN) Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to protest against the anti-Islam film produced in California, which has sparked protests across the Muslim world, Iran’s Mehr News Agency (MNA) reported.

Meanwhile, the Iranian ambassador to the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hamid Reza Dehqani on Monday said that foreign ministers of Muslim countries will soon discuss the issue of the insult to Prophet Muhammad.

Dehqani said that given the fact that the sentiments of Muslims were hurt by the insult to Prophet Muhammad, foreign ministers of member states will discuss ways to deal with the issue during their 39th meeting and also during the 67th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The 39th meeting of the OIC foreign ministers is scheduled to be held in Djibouti in November and the 67th session of the UN General Assembly opens at the UN Headquarters in New York Tuesday.” Source – New Straits Times.

    Yes, I’ve seen it before, and that “Hadith” isn’t authentic. It’s a hoax. Regardless, I’m sure that the Iranians are very pleased to see Obama in office. Knowing the twisted mindset of the Iranian leadership, they probably view his Presidency as a “gift” from Allah.

    Radicals would very much prefer a weak American president who shows no love for Israel over a strong one who does, and given the fact that a pro-Arab Spring Obama has enabled, encouraged and emboldened the rise of Islamism in the Middle East throughout his Presidency serves as a reminder as to why he continues to receive strong support from Arab Americans and Islamist front groups such as ISNA and CAIR. And Iran would be no different. If Obama permits the advancement of Islam and Sharia Law in any way, shape or form, they’ll gladly prefer the enemy they know over the enemy they don’t.
