Rep. Keith Ellison ‘Sanitizes’ Radical Verses of the Koran in Bill Maher Interview

“Matthew Shaffer of NRO (as noted here by Ethel Fenig) exposed Keith Ellison’s mendacious taqiyya (Koran-sanctioned Islamic dissimulation) theater during the Congressman’s testimony at Thursday’s Homeland Security Hearings on American Muslim radicalization.

The next day, during a 3/11/11 interview with Bill Maher (on ‘Real Time With Bill Maher’), responding to Maher’s complaint that, ‘[Islam] comes from a hate-filled holy book, the Koran, which is taken very literally by its people,’ Ellison invoked a deceitfully redacted extract of Koran 5:32, and the ostensible Koranic paean to ‘tolerance,’ verse 2:256.

Ellison’s disingenuous response was predictable.

Following the murderous acts of jihad terrorism committed on September 11, 2001, Ibn Warraq highlighted the tragic irony of many apologists quoting selectively from Koran 5:32, ‘whoso slays a soul …shall be as if he had slain mankind altogether; and whoso gives life to a soul, shall be as if he has given life to mankind altogether’, attempting to demonstrate that the Koran disapproved of violence and killing. “It is all happening and far more quickly than even I had anticipated; and yet, the events are so surreal that they seem to be happening in slow motion, as if we are dreaming or in a really bad movie.

That is because we view it all—but are helpless before it.

The natural disasters: an earthquake which may have killed more than 10,000 people in Japan and an unintended Japanese nuclear meltdown are fully matched by the moral and man-made disasters in Libya and in Itamar, the West Bank town in which Palestinians slaughtered five members of the same Israeli family. In addition to the 35 and 36 year old parents, Udi and Ruth, the child victims were thee months old Hadas, 4 years old Elad, and 11 years old Yoav.

Palestinians were seen giving out candy to celebrate this Cowardly Kill. The President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, refused to condemn this cowardly attack…

Palestinian terrorists are Baby Killers par excellent. From the beginning of the Second Intifada in 2000, they have killed at least 123 Israeli children—on purpose, not accidentally. They have shot up teenagers while studying, have tried to kill children in nursery schools and child care centers. Palestinian terrorists have even killed children at Itamar. In 2002, Habash Hanani did so, and he is currently being glorified by the Palestinian Authority…”  Read more.

Pakistani Christian Villagers Come Under ‘Wrath’ of Local Muslims and Police

ANS – “Pakistani Christian residents of Hakim colony in Chak [village] 48-NB, Sargodha, Pakistan, are claiming that they have been experiencing the ‘wrath’ of local Muslims and police, following a complaint from an influential Muslim landlord that he had been robbed of a large amount of money.

Sources have since alleged to ANS that several Christian youths have been arrested and tortured by the police to try and extract confessions from them about the robbery they say they had nothing to do with.

Khalid Masih, a driver who lives in this colony, told ANS in a face-to-face interview, that the case began on Saturday, February 12, 2011, at about 1800 hours (Pakistani Time), when some unidentified dacoits [armed robbers] looted and absconded with the equilavent of about $20,218.84 USD in Pakistani Rupees from the home of a local Muslim landlord.

After the robbery, Masih said, the landlord then registered a complaint at the local Cantonment Police Station in Sargodha under section 392 [armed robbery] of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), against the ‘unknown robbers.’

Masih then claimed that the Muslim investigating officer and his close aid started ‘arresting and harassing’ some of the Christian villagers of the Hakim Colony.

Three Christian youths, identified as Saleem Masih, son of Taj Masih, Saleem Masih, son of George Masih, and Mohsin Masih, son of Younas Masih, were then arrested and ‘beaten on their buttocks in an vicious manner’ with clubs, a long piece of ‘tire’ and ‘remained shackled’ for several days in the this police station, he said.

I personally saw their wounds that they told me they had sustained due the chains that police tortured them with to try and get them to confess to this crime that they claimed they had not committed.”  Read more.

A new poll conducted by the National Association of Evangelicals reveals that a majority of its members would agree that the recent earthquakes in Haiti, New Zealand and Japan are signs of the soon coming return of Jesus.

The survey shows that more than half of respondents adhere to the theological position known as Premillennialism, which interprets the Book of Revelation to be speaking of yet future events. In contrast, only 17 percent of those polled say they believe most biblical prophecy has already been fulfilled. Read more…

Christians in Iran Sentenced for “Crimes Against The Islamic Order”

Luke 21:12-13, “… they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and rulers for My name’s sake.  But it will turn out for you as an occasion for testimony.”

“IRAN (ANS) — Five Iranian Christians were sentenced on March 8 to one year’s imprisonment for ‘Crimes against the Islamic Order.’

Christian Solidarity Worldwide (CSW) http://www.csw.org.uk says Pastor Behrouz Sadegh-Khandjani, Mehdi Furutan, Mohammad Beliad, Parviz Khalaj and Nazly Beliad, all members of the Church of Iran, a Jesus-Only Pentecostal denomination, were found guilty by the Revolutionary Court in Shiraz. They have 20 days to appeal the sentence.

CSW reports the five men were arrested last June, but released on February 13 after posting high bail payments. They had spent nearly eight months in prison in Shiraz on charges of apostasy, political meetings, blasphemy and crimes against the Islamic Order. However, four of the charges were dropped during the trial.

A source close to the defendants revealed that in the period between his arrest and late November 2010, 33-year old Pastor Sadegh-Khanjani was held in solitary confinement and given access to his attorney only once.

CSW said: ‘His health suffered due to extremely unhygienic conditions and the infliction of deliberate harm.'” Read more.

Radioactive Contamination Found on 17 U.S. Navy Crewmembers in Japan

“Seventeen U.S. Navy crew members have been contaminated with low-levels of radiation during disaster relief missions in Japan, military officials said Monday.

The radioactivity was detected when the service members returned to the aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan aboard three helicopters. They were treated with soap and water and their clothes were discarded.

‘No further contamination was detected,’ the military said.

The helicopters were also decontaminated.” Read more.

Tide of 1,000 Bodies Overwhelms Quake-Hit Japan

“TAKAJO, Japan – A tide of bodies washed up along Japan’s coastline, crematoriums were overwhelmed and rescue workers ran out of body bags as the nation faced the grim reality of a mounting humanitarian, economic and nuclear crisis Monday after a calamitous tsunami.

Millions of people were facing a fourth night without water, food or heating in near-freezing temperatures in the northeast devastated by an earthquake and the wave it spawned. Meanwhile, a third reactor at a nuclear power plant lost its cooling capacity and the fuel rods at another were at least briefly fully exposed, raising fears of a meltdown. The stock market plunged over the likelihood of huge losses by Japanese industries including big names such as Toyota and Honda.”  Read more.

“A hydrogen explosion occurred at Tokyo Electric Power Co.’s Fukushima Dai-Ichi No. 3 reactor at 11:01 a.m. local time today, Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said…

On March 12 a hydrogen leak caused a blast that destroyed the walls of the No. 1 reactor. Four workers were injured in the explosion, while no damage was reported to the container holding the reactor’s radioactive core, according to Tokyo Electric…”  Read more.

Sea Bass Breeder Finds 50,000+ of His Fish Dead

“KOTA TINGGI, March 13 (Bernama) — A seabass breeder was shocked today to find more than 50,000 of the fish dead in the cages he kept at the mouth of Sungai Sedili Kecil, about 50km from here.

Fifty-seven-year-old Zakaria Jaafar estimated his loss at RM320,000. He made the discovery when he and three workers inspected his 114 cages at about 10am. ‘I do not know why the fish died. I have never experienced anything like this since I started breeding seabass 12 years ago,’ Zakaria said.” Read more.

Matthew 24:11, “And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.”  More evidence that the Islamic world — Imams of both the Sunni and Shi’ite horns of radical Islam — continues to prophecy about the impending arrival of the “12th Imam”, aka “The Mahdi”.

“CHABAHAR, Iran (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) – Sunni Friday prayer imam of Chabahar said here Monday Sunni folks believe in reappearance of Imam of the Time, like Shi’a folks, and his glorious reappearance is near at hand.

Mowlavi Abdorrahman Mollazehi made the comment speaking at the huge gathering of Shahwezhi Tribe and affiliated tribes in the presence of Sistan-o-Balouchestan region tribal heads.
